An electro-optic detector is one of the diagnostic setups used in particle accelerators. It employs an electro-optic crystal to encode the longitudinal beam charge profile in the spectrum of a light pulse. The charge distribution is then reconstructed using data captured by a fast spectrometer. The measurement repetition rate should match or exceed the machine bunching frequency, which is often in the range of several MHz. A high-speed optical line detector (HOLD) is a linear camera designed for easy integration with scientific experiments. The use of modern FPGA circuits helps in the efficient collection and processing of data. The solution is based on Xilinx 7-Series FPGA circuits and implements a custom latency-optimized architecture utilizing the AXI4 family of interfaces. HOLD is one of the fastest line cameras in the world. Thanks to its hardware architecture and a powerful KALYPSO sensor from KIT, it outperforms the fastest comparable commercial devices.

This electronic Logging while drilling (LWD) is a new sort of well drilling technology developed in recent years. As to the traditional cable borehole survey, the LWD method has many advantages because of its higher accuracy, higher geologic strata resolution capacity, much less time and cost. To meet the current logging technology needs, A data acquisition and processing system for logging while drilling is designed.It minutely introduces the collection system structure, acquisition Program, the digital design of LWD and discusses the design and the implementation of each functional module.The system which designed on the basis of the high precise DSP and FPGA implements signal pretreatment, high speed A/D control and digitalization of the phase sensitive demodulation etc, optimizes the acquisition and processing system and supplies a new way for the development of logging while drilling.Experimental results show that system performance has attained the design requirement.

With the rapid development of aerial UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), the design of real-time data acquisition and transmission system for the video signal has a new applied field. It is different from traditional video acquisition and processing system, aerial video signal has the problems of screen jitter and spatial interference. The processing algorithm of aerial UAV airborne video signal is put forward in the paper, and the platform of high speed procession is constructed based on chip TMS320DM642, and get a good effect.

In this paper, the real-time defects inspection was implemented via use of paralleled structure and high-speed operation of FPGA. The hardware circuit based on FPGA was established. According to signal characteristics of polymeric film defects, the preprocessing scheme of defect images based on FPGA was designed. The defect data were packed according to the defined format. Data processed were transferred to PC through USB2.0 real-timely to reconstruct defect microscopic images. The quantity of transferred data was decreased tremendously by this method. The inspecting speed was greatly improved.

According to the demand of data acquisition in power system, the intelligent wattmeter is constructed, which is based on DSP and FPGA as the data acquisition and processing system, meanwhile, the administration center of the intelligent wattmeter is based on single-chip computer 8051. With these, high speed, multi-point sampling, a large quantity accumulation and real-time calculation are realized. At the same time it reduces the effect of the measuring accuracy upon higher harmonic and the measuring accuracy could reach to 0.02 grade.
