In this paper, the attitudes of experts are observed for the possible changes after taking a certain decision. The decision is taken by two persons with different fields of expertise. There is also an annotation of such changes due to the interference of a third person, which is main idea of this paper. These observations are done by developing fuzzy soft differential equations with the help of optimum fuzzy soft constants (OFSCs), which are obtained through the ranking coefficients. The ranking of alternatives is based on the coefficients, which are obtained through a decision-making process. Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is exploited to rank the alternatives, and the attitudes of resource persons are examined through phase portraits and line graphs of the respective system of differential equations. The utilization of TOPSIS is a practice of multi-criteria decision-making in the analysis of human behaviours. Dual hesitant fuzzy soft sets are taken to represent the initial data.

Imprecision in the decision-making process is an essential consideration. In order to navigate the imprecise decision-making framework, measuring tools and methods have been developed. Pythagorean fuzzy soft sets are one of the new methods for dealing with imprecision. Pythagorean fuzzy soft topological spaces is an extension of intuitionistic fuzzy soft topological spaces. These sets generalizes intuitionistic fuzzy sets for a broader variety of implementations. This work is a gateway to study such a problem. The concept of Pythagorean fuzzy soft topological spaces(PyFSTS), interior, closure, boundary, neighborhood of Pythagorean fuzzy soft spaces PyFSS, base and subspace of PyFSTSs are presented and its properties are figured out. We established an algorithm under uncertainty based on PyFSTS for multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) and to validate this algorithm, a numerical example is solved for suitable brand selection. Finally, the benefits, validity, versatility and comparison of our proposed algorithms with current techniques are discussed. The advantage of the proposed work is to detect vagueness with more sizably voluminous valuation space than intuitionistic fuzzy sets.

We introduce the concept of generalised interval-valued fuzzy soft set and its operations and study some of their properties. We give applications of this theory in solving a decision making problem. We also introduce a similarity measure of two generalised interval-valued fuzzy soft sets and discuss its application in a medical diagnosis problem: fuzzy set; soft set; fuzzy soft set; generalised fuzzy soft set; generalised interval-valued fuzzy soft set; interval-valued fuzzy set; interval-valued fuzzy soft set.

There are many uncertain problems in practical life which need decision-making with soft sets and fuzzy soft sets. The purpose of this paper is to develop an approach to effectively solve the group decision-making problem based on fuzzy soft sets. Firstly, we present an adjustable approach to solve the decision-making problems based on fuzzy soft sets. Then, we introduce knowledge measure and divergence degree based on α-similarity relation to determine the experts’ weights. Further, we develop an effective group decision-making approach with unknown experts’ weights. Finally, sensitivity analysis about the parameters and comparison analysis with other existing methods are given.

In real life situations, there are many issues in which there are uncertainties, vagueness, complexities and unpredictability. Neutrosophic sets are a mathematical tool to address some issues which cannot be met using the existing methods. Neutrosophic soft matrices play a crucial role in handling indeterminant and inconsistent information during decision making process. The main focus of this article is to discuss the concept of neutrosophic sets, neutrosophic soft sets, neutrosophic soft matrices theory and finally to discuss about neutrosophic soft block matrics which are very useful and applicable in various situations involving uncertainties and imprecisions. In this article, neutrosophic soft block matrices, various types of neutrosophic soft block matrices, some operations on it along with some properties associated with it are discussed in details.

The notion of soft set theory was initiated as a general mathematical tool for handling ambiguities. Decision making is viewed as a cognitive-based human activity for selecting the best alternative. In the present time, decision making techniques based on fuzzy soft sets have gained enormous attentions. On this development, this paper proposes a new algorithm for decision making in fuzzy soft set environment by hybridizing some existing techniques. The first novelty is the idea of absolute scores. The second concerns the concept of priority table in group decision making problems. The advantages of our approach herein are stronger power of objects discrimination and a well-determined inference.
