The DC-bias monitoring device of a transformer is easily affected by external noise interference, equipment aging, and communication failure, which makes it difficult to guarantee the validity of monitoring data and causes great problems for future data analysis. For this reason, this paper proposes a validity evaluation method based on data driving for the on-line monitoring data of a transformer under DC-bias. First, the variation rule and threshold range of monitoring data for neutral point DC, vibration, and noise of the transformer under different working conditions are obtained through statistical analysis. Then, the data validity criterion of DC bias monitoring data is proposed to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of data validity based on data threshold, continuity, impact, and correlation. In addition, case studies are carried out on the real measured data of the DC bias magnetic monitoring system of a regional power grid by using this evaluation method. The results show that the proposed method can systematically and comprehensively evaluate the validity of the DC bias monitoring data and can judge whether the monitoring device fails to a certain extent.

It is all kinds of data monitoring for ICU that are very important, on the one hand, it can provide reliable reference for medical personnel, so that they can care for critical patients in time, on the other hand, it also can avoid bringing trouble which is caused by instrument to severe patients. Through the mining technology of time series data ,this paper uses online segmentation algorithm of time series, establishing continuous monitoring data model for ICU and creating a time series Table, from the data of which, it can quickly extract monitoring data, and do real-time analysis. On this basis, this paper also puts forward an evaluation method for on-line segmentation algorithm performance , and also puts forward a kind of algorithm to speed up the time sequence segmentation recursion method, which can quickly extract the key components in the data, so as to accelerate the analysis on continuous monitoring data . Finally, through the continuous monitoring and analysis on the pressure of the severe patients who are inserted artificial airway balloon, this paper tests the reliability of the algorithm, and through the analysis and comparison with the data, it proves the quickness of algorithm, and provides a theoretical basis for analysis on continuous monitoring data for ICU.

Big data has been studied extensively in recent years. With the increase in data size, data quality becomes a priority. Evaluation of data quality is important for data management, which influences data analysis and decision making. Data validity is an important aspect of data quality evaluation. Based on 3V properties of big data, dimensions that have a major influence on data validity in a big data environment are analyzed. Each data validity dimension is analyzed qualitatively using medium logic. The measuring of medium truth degree is used to propose models to measure single and multiple dimensions of big data validity. The validity evaluation method based on medium logic is more reasonable and scientific than general methods.

The measurement performance of road vehicle automatic weighing instrument installed on highways is directly related to the safety of roads and bridges. The fuzzy number indicates that the uncertain quantization problem has obvious advantages. By analyzing the factors affecting the metrological performance of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument, combined with the fuzzy mathematics theory, the weight evaluation model of the dynamic performance evaluation of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument is proposed. The factors of measurement performance are summarized and calculated, and the comprehensive evaluation standard of the metering performance of the weighing equipment is obtained, so as to realize the quantifiable analysis and evaluation of the metering performance of the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing instrument in use, and provide data reference for adopting a more scientific measurement supervision method.

In this study, a hydrochemical investigation was conducted in Shuangliao city to identify the hydrochemical characteristics and the quality of groundwater using descriptive statistics and correlation matrices. And on that basis, combined with Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), an improved two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the groundwater quality. The results indicate that the major cations and anions in groundwater are Ca2+ and HCO3-, respectively. The chemical types are mainly HCO3—Ca type water, some areas are complicated due to the influence of human activities. The evaluation results show that the water quality in the area is mostly III type water, and the groundwater quality in some areas is IV or V water due to the influence of primary geological conditions or human activities. The groundwater quality in the East Liaohe River Valley and Shuangliao urban area is relatively poor, and in the northwest part which is the saline alkali soil area is also relatively poor.
