The concept of entrepreneurship in the digital era has been developed rapidly in recent years, and it has a more significant impact on a company’s sustainable innovation capabilities. In the digital era, entrepreneurship has gradually become a spiritual trait of organization members and appears on all levels of an organization. This research examines the impact of entrepreneurship on a company’s sustainable innovation capability in the digital era from the perspective of organizational commitment. Through a questionnaire survey, 378 valid questionnaires were collected. The results show that: entrepreneurship has a positive impact on sustainable innovation capability of enterprises; affective commitment plays a positive mediating role between entrepreneurship and enterprises’ sustainable innovation capability, while continuance commitment plays a negative mediating role between entrepreneurship and enterprises’ sustainable innovation capability; and perceived organizational support and person–organization value fit play a moderating role between entrepreneurship and organizational commitment. This article emphasizes the key role of entrepreneurship on enterprises’ sustainable innovation capability and discusses the realization path of the enterprises’ sustainable innovation capability from the perspective of organizational commitment.

This study aims to determine the influence of transfromational leadership, perceivedorganizational support, and employee engagement of organizational commitment. Thesurvey was conducted at Inspectorate Bekasi. There were 57 respondents selected throughpurposive sampling method. Respondents are permanent employees in the organizationand work for a minimum of five years. Based on the results of research by using multipleregression, and causal step mediation method, it can be conclude : (1) transformationalleadership has a positive affects to employee engagement, (2) perceived organizationalsupport has no positive affects to employee engagement, (3) transformational leadershiphas a positive affects to organizational commitment, (4) perceived organizationalcommitment has a positive affects to organizational commitment, (5) employee engagementhas a positive affects to organizational commitment, (6) employee engagement mediatesthe relationship between transformational leadership towards organizational commitment,and (7) employee engagement doesn’t mediates the relationship between perceivedorganizational support towards organizational commitment. The implication of this researchis if an organization has employees who instill a sense of employee engagement whoalways proud, enthusiasm of their work, and time feels fast at work will greatly affectorganizational commitment. Then, if having a transformational leader that directs themission to the organization, has a purpose, and expressed a sense of satisfaction inemployees will be able to increase the sense of employee engagement and organizationalcommitment. In addition, organizations that concerning of employees welfare, pride inemployees achievement, and appreciate the contribution of employees can also increaseorganizational commitment in Inspectorate Bekasi

Mobile cellular providers need to continuously upgrade their human resources capability to cope with market demand. In a high technology organization, knowledge is crucial to beating the competition. To accelerate knowledge dissemination, organizations can optimize their employees to share their experience and knowledge with others. This study examines the role of organizational support and affective commitment in enhancing knowledge-sharing willingness. We used a questionnaire to collect data from cellular companies in Jakarta, Indonesia, receiving 237 useable responses. The study reveals that if employees perceive that the organization provides adequate support, they become more willing to share their knowledge with others. Adequate support also increases emotional commitment, which in the end proves valuable to drive the willingness to share. Thus, affective commitment plays a mediating role in the relationship between perceived organizational support and knowledge sharing. These findings provide new insight into how to enhance the spirit of sharing between employees.

Thriving at work is one of the hottest topic of discussion now a days. As it has become one of the most important concern to increase learning and vitality of employees. Practitioners are looking for ways to increase employees thriving at work. This study analyzes the mediating role of civility on perceived organizational support and thriving; and between organizational reward and thriving. The purposive sampling technique was used. Self-reported questionnaires and online survey technique was used for collecting data. This study provides insights about the impact of Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Reward on thriving and mediating effect of workplace civility. This study provides implications to the professionals as how they can thrive at work and civility is one of the important factor that generates thriving of employees.
