The article examines the problem of improving the psychophysical health of primary school students. The development of their musicality through a combination of visual, auditory, tactile, and motor sensations in the process of making music is described. Improvement of speech, coordination of movements, and fine motor skills of hands, emotional and sensory sphere is analyzed. It is the integration of children with mental and physical disabilities into the general educational space that is one of the areas of humanization of the entire education system and meets the priorities of public policy.The role and features of the use of art-therapeutic methods in the work of a teacher of music/art to create a comfortable environment for the formation of a comprehensively developed personality of the applicant of primary education are analyzed. Primary school is of special importance. As a child's psychological stability, personality traits, and character are formed during this period of their development. The experience of a specialist-practitioner of general secondary educational institution №52 in Mariupol was used, who for many years successfully implements art-pedagogical methods and techniques in music/art lessons and extracurricular activities in primary school, which contribute to the development of the emotional sphere of students with special educational needs. Psychophysical conditions, the formation of stable interest, and love for music are presented. Removal of neuropsychiatric overload, restoration of positive emotional and energetic tone is revealed. The creation of such conditions will ensure high-quality mastering of art by junior schoolchildren with special educational needs, as well as contribute to their spiritual, moral, and psychophysical development, which is relevant in the modern world.

The purpose of the work is to substantiate the hygienic criteria of architectural and planning decisions of the educational space to ensure sanitary and epidemiological conditions of life of primary school students. Taking into account foreign experience. The conducted researches allowed: - to identify, in a retrospective analysis of the provision of the child population schools I, I-II, I-III degree, reducing the number of schools for 30 years by 30% and increasing the number of students only in the last three years by 323 thousand, which dramatically increased the burden on existing schools; - identify violations of the principle of proportionality of construction of new residential build-ings and the required number of schools for residents of new buildings, according to which new schools are not built, which leads to the use of schools located above the regulatory distance and causes their excess capacity; - to establish that in Ukraine the norm of the territory of school grounds for pupils of primary school age is 2-4 times less, than in other European countries; - to establish that sanitary normative distances between the educational institution and adjacent residential and public buildings were observed in 91% of rural school projects, while in urban ones only in 71%, which caused compaction of the settlement territory; - to determine in modern educational programs the absence of need in the territories of training-production and training-research zones (training grounds, research sites, greenhouses, geographical areas, etc.) and to recommend their use in sports, play and recreation zones in functioning schools; - to substantiate the need to take into account the territories of training and research and training and production areas in the design of specialized schools; - to determine that every third city school functioned with exceeding the normative indicator on class size by more than 23%, which leads to congestion of students and deterioration of sanitary and hygienic conditions and living conditions in schools; - to establish that the norms of natural air exchange during education are not observed and amount to 9 m3/h per child (if necessary 16 m3/h), which does not ensure air quality in the classroom and affects the deterioration of health and reduced efficiency of students; - to establish that for the implementation of the concept of a new Ukrainian school in the func-tioning schools there is a deficit of the area of the educational premises of the primary school in 16%; - to identify in the daily routine of students of grades 1-4 in 30% of cases the replacement of active motor games in the open air with activities with static mode ("sitting" mode) by increasing the duration of homework and attending extracurricular activities with extracurricular activities; - to establish the existence of close relationships between direct and indirect indicators of architectural and planning decisions, which are part of the formation of educational space, and the determinants of health of primary school students; - to substantiate a set of preventive measures and proposals for the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Regional Development in order to prevent the development of "school" occupational diseases of primary school students at the design stage of new and reconstruction of existing schools.

It was analyzed that theoretical bases of the realization process of the neuropsychological approach in the correction of the children's development who have difficulties in training based on needed complex diagnostics in the conditions of constant monitoring of a condition in their development, constant improvement of methods and receptions of inclusive training of primary school age pupils. It is determined that the application of corrective neuropsychological influence on the damaged development of personality is one of the important areas of correctional pedagogy, which uses the compensatory capabilities of the child's brain. The article describes the content and features of neuropsychological features of developmental correction of primary school age children who have learning difficulties (psychomotor skills, speech, cognitive processes, visual-objective perception, emotional disorders, etc.). Means of neuropsychological correction are presented, which are represented by two blocks: formation and development of a sensorimotor component of higher mental functions and development and correction of cognitive functions and components that are part of them. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of junior schoolchildren's creativity with special educational needs have been developed and experimentally tested, in particular: the creation of a creative development environment through the introduction of game teaching methods; intensification of subject to subject interaction of participants of the educational process in the conditions of inclusive education based on partnership pedagogy; maximum enrichment of subjects with creative content to increase the experience of creative self-expression of students in lessons and extracurricular activities successfully tested during the formative stage of the experiment.

When students with special educational needs (SEN) started to be educated in inclusive classrooms of the mainstream school, some issues concerning the organisation of the process of (self) education in the subject World Study came to the fore. The present research aims at revealing the views of mainstream primary school teachers on the difficulties of preparation for the classes on World Study and the process of organisation of (self) education, when students with SEN are educated in the same classroom. 62 mainstream primary school teachers took part in the research. The survey was conducted on the basis of a special questionnaire. It was established that half of the research participants expressed the opinion that they experience difficulties in preparing for the World Study classes in inclusive classrooms. The difficulties are in adapting the content of education, in the choice of teaching aids and methods, in preparing tasks for independent study. The difficulties caused by the preparation for World Study in inclusive classrooms, in teachers’ opinion, are related more to the education of different ability students, provision of individual support, combining teaching methods, giving attention to the student and stimulation of motivation. It is more difficult to give attention to every student with the greater number of students with SEN. The process of education is also made more difficult due to the fact that students with SEN are seldom active and very rarely can work independently. The problem of use of the motor games for the formation of the hoter harmoniously developed personality af the primary school age is considered in the article. The experience of the eminent scientists in the above – entioned problem is analyzed. The theoretical and metho-dologecal foundations of the system of Junior schoolchildren training by means ofphysical education, the general characteristics of the growing organism, the methods of development of the physical abilities, the pedagogical technology of the motor games activity development by means of the motor games are determind. The main modes of the motor games using in the physical culture lessons with junior schoolchildren are distinguished. The condifions of efficiency of the junior schoolchildren training process are defined as well. They have in full to solve the educational and health problems of the lessons, to remove mental and physical train by primary school students, to activate their motor activity. The authors present the results of the study of 122 Slovyansk general school pupils of the 3‐rd – 4-th forms. The possibilities of managment of the motor skills developing process of junior schoolchildren by the means of the special motor games with taking into account the number of repetitions ans rest are determind. It is proved, that the systematic use of sport games suitable varieties for development of motor abilities will contribute to the fomation of the physically healthy personality. The prospects fot futher researches in this area namely in elaborating the system of combination motor games and interactive teaching technologies introduction in the physical culture lessons are outlined.
