The article considers the slang of the fashion industry, systemization of slang units by speakers, as well as the main difficulties in translating English fashion slang into Ukrainian. It turns out that the vocabulary of fashion industry slang is enriched in epoch-making moments, important for the state as a reaction to turning points in history and to the emergence of new social phenomena. The article proves that fashion slang unites a large number of social groups: people working in the fashion industry, who create trends and fashionable novelties; fashion distributors and fashion buyers and even forms a new social group around them ‒ hypebeasts. The authors of the article analyse the slang of the fashion world through the prism of its interdependence and interaction with social networks and the Internet as a communicative space. Such methods of word formation of fashion slang units as metaphorization, word formation, appearance of telescopies have been considered in this scientific article. The presented research paper proposes to classify fashion slang by different groups of people who are somehow related to fashion, and thus cause the emergence of new slang units, forming their own kind of fashion slang, taking into account the peculiarities of their activities. It is emphasized that the basis for the formation of new slang of the fashion industry is the slang of young people mad about fashion, who build their own cult around it. The article also considers the most common ways of translating hypebeasts slang, such as transcoding (mixed and adaptive ones), transcription and transliteration.

The article deals with the problem of teaching students (for whom foreign language is not a specialty) an oral foreign language professional communication. A number of scholars’ woks, including methodologists and linguists devoted to this topic were analyzed. Numerous studies are dedicated to the problem of teaching oral speech in a nonlinguistic university but most of them are often concern only with the initial stage of education. Less attention is given to the problem of teaching senior students professionally oriented oral communication. Professionally oriented teaching refers to training based on the needs of students in teaching a foreign language dictated by the characteristics of the future profession or specialty. It involves the combination of mastering a professionally oriented foreign language with the development of the personal qualities of students as well as with the acquisition of special skills based on professional and linguistic knowledge. It is necessary to highlight the communicative intentions of business communication among other communicative intentions. A typical example of the natural conditions of communication in the specialty is the defense of master's projects. Oral speech during the defense of master's projects is a conversation, a special type of dialogue between the master and the examiner, which is based on the examiner's questions and the master's answers. This type of communication is typical for other situations of communication between specialists. As a result of the study, we came to the conclusion that the basis of the linguistic material in the specialty can be some complexes of information on certain topics composed of texts of different types of technical literature and presented not only in the form of printed sources but also audiovisual materials. The topics of oral speech, the choice of speech means to a large extent will be determined by the range of so-called selected problem questions-tasks. Training specialists in a non-linguistic university is carried out within a limited time as well as on a rather limited material therefore mastering spontaneous speech is quite problematic.

The article is devoted to the study of Roman jurisprudence during its heyday. Scientific novelty is expressed in the analysis of legal innovations that were developed by such lawyers of this period as (Gaius (II century BC), Papinian (II–III centuries), Paul (II–III centuries), Ulpian (II–III century) аnd Modestin (II–III centuries). Despite the great importance of the works of these jurists, their study does not differ significantly from a number of studies. The article points to the continuity in the history of Roman jurisprudence, which is manifested in the gradual registration of jurisprudence in a separate field, which has its own needs and requirements for the activities of jurists, their training and more. Historical and legal analysis of the activities of these lawyers indicates a certain evolution of jurisprudence from the rigid traditional system of queer law to a more mobile system of civil law, which was adapted to the new socio-economic and political conditions of ancient Rome. Jurisprudence gradually in the conditions of imperial Rome is made out in separate legal institute that provides not only consultations on these or those transactions, but also legal protection. The authors draw attention to the fact that the activity of lawyers was the defining stage that laid the foundations for further transformation of the legal system, its reception in some Western European countries of subsequent historical epochs.

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of national patriotic education of future coaches in Ukrainian higher educational institutions. This issue is especially acute in our difficult times of military conflict. Sports youth are the future of our state. Considering the fact that professional athletes represent our country in the international and world arena, the problem of national-patriotic education becomes extremely urgent and timely. Most of the time athletes spend in the gym, and therefore it is the coach that occupies an important link in the process of patriotic education. The coach acts as a leader and idol of young athletes in the training and educational process. And therefore, in our opinion, it is very important that the coach himself be a patriot of his country. The task of higher educational institutions specializing in the training of future coaches is to prepare not only highly qualified specialists in the field of physical education and sports, but also worthy citizens of Ukraine. The relevance and presence of the problem is due to the choice of the topic of our research. The article analyzes the essence and content of the national-patriotic education of future coaches, reveals the level of formation of the patriotic qualities of athletes and coaches, and offers methodological recommendations for their improvement.

This article informs about the impact of scientific and technological progress of the 1920s on everyday life of the Ukrainian emigration center in the interwar period of Czechoslovakia in 1918-1939. First of all, it is referred to technological novelties of the period in 1921-1929: cinematography, television, automobile manufacturing, fashion, medical industry, telegraph, and bank and post transfers. The proposed topic has not been submitted to the scientific audience yet, as far as the life of the Ukrainian emigration in the interwar of Czechoslovak Republic was considered mainly in the context of political and sociocultural work both emigrants themselves and the latest Ukrainian, Czech and Slovak historians. It is focused on two pointsin the proposed scientific intelligence: consideration of the everyday life of anti-Bolshevist emigration and of the lives of Ukrainian immigrants in Czechoslovakia which were arbitrarily distributed for four periods: 1918-1921, 1921-1925, 1925-1933, 1933-1939, all of which had its own specific features. Consideration of the Ukrainian everyday emigration life in the years 1921–1929 in the interwar of Czechoslovakia carried out with the help ofrecollection, memoirs, postal correspondence (letters) and archival documentation. Therefore, it implies the usage of general methods of the scientific research: analysis, analogy, historical and logical methods. The emigrational routine is a farsighted direction of the historical research, because it is the history of the small vivid worlds, peculiar alternative to the researches which are focused on global political and social processes and events.Everyday life is not minted in special decrees or laws;it is notrecorded in programs and speeches, as far as political and state history, and it is not honed by the financial gains in the economy, and by the cultural monuments, though it always exists like air, it goes unnoticed as time.

Innovation and inventive activities related to the development of highly efficient equipment, technological equipment, tools, means of mechanization and automation, and improvement of production technology are important in accelerating the pace of scientific and technological progress. Innovative and inventive activities are carried out on the basis of design and technological knowledge and skills. The greater the amount of this knowledge and skills the manufacturer has, and the deeper they are, the greater its potential capabilities are. Providing such opportunities to specialists is carried out within the walls of the Institutions of Higer EducationWestern Military District, in the process of teaching them the basics of scientific research, the basics of technical creativity of design and modelling. So far educational the design and technological activity is the preparation for the corresponding production activity, then the question arises: what is the content of design and technological activity in the conditions of modern production and what professional requirements it puts forward. To answer these questions, you need to analyze the activities of the designer and technologist. This analysis was carried out by us on the basis of literary sources and personal experience. The conducted researches confirm the importance of the systematic process of organizing and using intersubject relations, the necessity and expediency of applying the system of methods of technical creativity to activate the educational and cognitive activities of students of technological faculties of higher pedagogical institutions.
