В статье приводится описание разработки усовершенствованной системы регулирования аппарата укладки проволоки на стане тонкого волочения. Модернизация системы регулирования направлена на устранение недопустимого режима работы стана, когда намотка проволоки на катушку осуществляется без ее равномерной укладки, вследствие выхода из строя механизма реверсирования укладчика. Разработана функциональная схема системы защиты от остановки укладчика в процессе намотки проволоки на катушку. Реализация данной схемы выполнена на базе существующих систем регулирования преобразователей частоты в электроприводах аппаратов намотки и укладки. Приведено описание работы защиты от остановки укладчика. The article describes the development of an improved system for regulating the apparatus for laying wire on a thin drawing mill. The modernization of the control system is aimed at eliminating the unacceptable mode of operation of the mill, when the wire is wound on a coil without evenly stacking it, due to failure of the stacker reversal mechanism. A functional diagram of the stacker stop protection system was developed during the process of winding wire onto a spool. The implementation of this scheme is based on existing systems for regulating frequency converters in electric drives of winding and stacking machines. The description of the operation of the protection against stopping the stacker is given.

During the season, the pomegranate fruit develops from the 5th generation in full and in part from the 6th generation. In order to protect the pomegranate from pomegranate fruit, it is desirable to support all methods of the adaptive protection system (in particular: organizational-economic, agrotechnical, physico-mechanical, biological and chemical), bringing the number of pests to IZMM and below.

In this paper, we propose P-detection and 1-Persistent CSMA/CA protocol. Using average cycle method, we established the mathematical model of the protocol. Through derivation, we obtain the throughput expression of this protocol. Simulation results show that this protocol improves the throughput and it is effective to enhance the system performance. Using this protocol, we completed the FPGA design of communication control system in WSN. The product passed waveform simulation and it is downloaded to the DB2 platform. Test results confirm the throughput of system has been increased, achieving the improvement of communication protocol for WSN.

Now computer terminals, communication control, and network technology continues rapidly developed, the rapidly expanding range of information exchange, has been covering the field device to the control and management at all levels of networking, industrial control monitoring is not only limited to on-site monitoring, on-site scheduling. The development of industrial monitoring control system is a history of development of centralized monitoring and control to the network monitoring control.
