The purpose of this study is to examine whether 1) Brand experience and brand image can predict brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. 2) brand experience and brand image can predict brand trust of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. 3) brand trust can predict brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. 4) brand trust mediates the prediction brand experience and brand image on brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. The sample in this study was 150 respondents in Jakarta who was selected by using the convenience sampling method. The result of this study show that 1) brand experience can positively predict the brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. While brand image cannot positively predict Adidas shoes in Jakarta. 2) Brand experience and brand image can positively predict brand trust of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. 3) Brand trust can positively predict the brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. 4) Brand trust can positively mediate brand experience on brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta. While brand trust cannot positively mediate brand image on brand loyalty of Adidas shoes in Jakarta.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menguji apakah 1) brand experience dan brand image dapat memprediksi brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. 2) brand experience dan brand image dapat memprediksi brand trust sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. 3) brand trust dapat memprediksi brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. 4) brand trust memediasi prediksi brand experience dan brand image terhadap brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden di Jakarta yang dipilih menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil berupa 1) brand experience dapat memprediksi secara positif terhadap brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. Sementara brand image tidak dapat memprediksi secara positif terhadap brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. 2) brand experience dan brand image dapat memprediksi secara positif terhadap brand trust sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. 3) brand trust dapat memprediksi secara positif terhadap brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta. 4) brand trust dapat memediasi prediksi secara positif brand experience terhadap brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta, sedangkan brand trust tidak dapat memediasi prediksi secara positif brand image terhadap brand loyalty sepatu Adidas di Jakarta.

This study is to examine the effect of brand experience and brand image on brand loyalty through brand trust. The population of this study is Ijjah_Collection customer via Shopee in Indonesia. The sample of this study consisted of 116 respondents using non-probability method. The method of collecting the data used questionnaire roomates then Analyzed using path analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. The results of this study Showed: (1) brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, (2) brand image has a positive effect, but is not significant on brand loyalty, (3) brand experience has a positive effect and signficant on brand loyalty through brand trust, (4) brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty through brand trust, (5) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty.

The aim of this research is to examine the positive influence of brand awareness, brand image, and brand trust on brand loyalty. The coffee shop business in big cities in Indonesia is growing rapidly. Each coffee shop strives to show its uniqueness. This competition has resulted in them competing to increase competitiveness by using logos, symbols, unique names – or what is usually called a brand to become a differentiator among the competitors. This study was done in a quantitative manner. The data was collected by using a questionnaire distributed using a survey method. Using a snowball sampling, a total of 436 samples were used and analyzed statistically using the partial least square – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach using SmartPls 3.0 program. The results show that brand awareness and brand trust had a positive effect on brand loyalty. However, the brand image did not have a positive effect on brand loyalty. This study is expected to provide input to the coffee shop management on how to increase their brand loyalty which can be done by increasing their brand awareness, brand image, and brand trust.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh langsung brand communication, brand experience, dan brand image terhadap brand loyalty serta pengaruh tidak langsung melalui brand trust. Sampel dikumpulkan melalui metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling kepada 78 responden pelanggan ritel furnitur di Jakarta yang dilaksanakan pada April 2021. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS- SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand communication, brand experience, dan brand image tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. Brand trust berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. brand communication tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand trust, sedangkan brand experience dan brand image berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand trust. Terakhir, brand trust tidak mampu memediasi brand communication terhadap brand loyalty, namun brand trust dapat memediasi pengaruh brand experience dan brand image terhadap brand loyalty.

One of the factors in the movement of the economy in Indonesia is supported by the development of new businesses, one of which is a coffee beverage business. Coffee drinks business in Indonesia is one of the fastest growing business. Developments in the business sector can be seen from the emergence of enhancement of new starbucks coffee shops . The top-leading coffee shop in the Indonesian market today is Starbucks, it is shown by numbers of Starbucks’ branches located almost in the entire region of Indonesia. The factor that makes Starbucks one of the strongest brand is the presence of customers who became loyal to the brand and make Starbucks as their first choice. The other factors that also affect the customer loyalty towards Starbucks are Brand Image, Brand Experience, Customer Satisfaction, Brand Trust, and Brand Love. Therefore, this research aims to examine the determinant factors of building customer loyalty of Starbucks’ customers in Jakarta and surrounding areas. The method of analysis used by researchers in this study was SmartPLS 3.0 with 150 respondents who have enjoyed Starbucks coffee. In this study there were nine hypotheses supported by previous researches. In the results of this study, there were six hypotheses accepted and three hypotheses were rejected. Through this research, researchers hope to provide benefits for the reader especially for those who want to know about the factors that affect the customer loyalty of Starbucks in Jakarta and its surrounding areas. PurposeAdopting the brand resonance approach, this research aimed to reveal the effect of emotional (perceived quality) and rational (brand trust) factors between brand experience and brand loyalty.Design/methodology/approachThis article uses the brand resonance model to examine the above-mentioned relationship. The sample of the study consisted of 385 sports consumers between the ages of 18 and 65 years. An online survey was used to collect data and surveys were delivered to sports consumers via social media. Using SmartPLS 3.0 software, a partial least squares structural equation modeling analysis was conducted in this study.FindingsThe results support the hypotheses and demonstrate the importance of quality and trust in building customer loyalty for companies in the sports industry. Brand experience has a positive direct effect on perceived quality, brand trust and brand loyalty. It has been revealed that there is an important intermediary role of perceived quality and brand trust that manages the relationship between customers' brand experience and brand loyalty.Practical implicationsThe findings of this study are essential for brands that want to develop and are included in the sports industry in the online shopping environment, which increases with the development of technology to create long-term loyalty in customers.Originality/valueIt reveals two mediating roles in the relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty, namely perceived quality and brand trust. These research results help to understand the processes of shaping the loyalty of sports consumers towards sports brands. Unlike previous studies, it examines this relationship in the sports industry by adding new mediator variables and contributes to the development of the model.

Alat  komunikasi  canggih  atau  yang  terkenal  dengan smartphone,  saat  ini sudah  menjadi  kebutuhan  bagi  sebagian  besar  orang. Dengan banyaknya perusahaan smartphone yang ada di Indonesia menyebabkan konsumen lebih sadar akan merek yang ada dan mengenalinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Salah satu smartphone flagship yang dikenal konsumen adalah iPhone. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan antara brand experience (sensory experience, intellectual experience, behavioral experience) terhadap brand loyalty (behavioral loyalty, attitudinal loyalty). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa seluruh dimensi brand experience berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand love dan brand trust . Brand love dan brand trust berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap seluruh dimensi brand loyalty. Brand love memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara seluruh dimensi brand experience dengan seluruh dimensi brand loyalty kecuali dimensi brand experience (intellectual experience) dengan brand loyalty (attitudinal loyalty). Brand identification tidak memoderasi secara positif signifikan hubungan antara seluruh dimensi brand experience dengan brand love dan brand trust. Brand identification tidak memoderasi secara positif signifikan hubungan antara brand love dan seluruh dimensi brand loyalty. Brand identification memoderasi secara positif signifikan hubungan antara brand trust dan behavioral loyalty. Brand identification tidak memoderasi secara positif signifikan hubungan antara brand trust dan attitudinal loyalty.

The purpose of the study were: (1) to develop a reliable and valid scale and model for sensory experience, (2) to empirically test the model using Roberts’ (2004) lovemarks theory by examining the effect of the two brand image dimensions on the lovemark experience (brand love and brand respect) and, (3) to examine the relationship among brand loyalty, brand trust and overall brand equity. The empirical results show that the model is found to be fit and the hypotheses are significant and the variables have a strong correlation with one another.
