Technological transformation involves the integration of medium and small machine-building enterprises into a single field of virtual factories. The integration is based on the strategy of transition to digital production within the framework of national projects and the National Technology Initiative. Divergent thinking is regarded as a driving factor in production and management, which significantly affects all aspects of socio-economic activity. The convergent application of CAD / CAM / CAPP / CAE / CAO ideologies is at the initial stage of use, while individual process components are widely used at all levels of enterprises. The paper considers the development of a group of competencies that ensure the combination of advanced production technologies, as well as their distribution in the field of small and medium-sized machine-building enterprises. The production for markets of new qualities and the development of high-tech directions in the industry lead to the production of globally competitive products. To respond to these trends, deep automation, digitalization, and intellectualization of production processes are required, which implies the combination of material and digital virtual production. A dynamic environment and the challenges it entails need quick and effective decisions to remain competitive in the long term and the ability to accelerate adaptation processes. These total changes are accompanied by the development of fundamentally new business processes at all levels.

The article is aimed at a scientific-practical approaching the formation of strategic combined scenarios of diversification and integration development of enterprise on an alternative basis. To achieve the aim, the research in the article is carried out using the following methods: abstraction, scenarios, grouping, optimization, comparison. A scientific-practical approach to the formation of strategic combined scenarios of diversification and integration development of the enterprise on an alternative basis is proposed. This approach is based on the synchronism of business processes allocated according to the appropriate diversification convergence into certain business units, allowing to quickly take specific managerial actions depending on the chosen scenario. The features and conditions of using this approach are described. Using the main recommendations for the formation of strategic combined scenarios, possible scenarios of diversification and integration development of machine-building enterprises are chosen. It is proved that the selected scenarios contribute to the timely adoption of appropriate managerial decisions, which ensure the necessary effect for the successful strategic development of enterprise in the conditions of neotechnological reproduction.

Introduction. One of the leading causes of occupational health loss, especially in mining and machine-building enterprises, is the combined impact of industrial noise and vibration. The wide prevalence of cardiovascular diseases is one of the most important medical and social problems, due to persistent disability and high mortality, bringing prevention of health disorders to the first place as the basis for preserving labor longevity. The aim of study is to identify the main approaches aimed at preventing health problems in workers who come into contact with vibration and noise at mining and machine-building enterprises. Materials and methods. A survey and survey of 296 industrial workers was conducted. Group 1 (160 people) included men who were exposed to noise and vibration factors above the maximum permissible levels, group 2 consisted of 136 men who did not have direct contact with noise and vibration generating equipment. When conducting an in-depth laboratory and instrumental examination in a hospital setting, all workers additionally calculated the level of cardiovascular risk on the SCORE scale. Statistical analysis was performed using the software package "Statistica 6.0". Results. It is determined that the priority adverse factors of the working environment in production are noise and vibration. It has been shown that individuals who come into contact with these factors are more likely to detect violations of lipid metabolism and endothelial function, have a higher average heart rate and systolic blood pressure, and have an increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. Conclusions. Taking into account the obtained results of the proposed diagnostic approaches aimed at the prevention of health disorders among workers of industrial enterprises. If employees are found to have an increased cardiovascular risk, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth examination and timely medical and preventive measures.

The article deals with the assessment of the economic condition of machine-building enterprises . Three major automotive companies were considered as the object of research. Profitability indicators were adopted as the main evaluation indicator. To assess the economic efficiency of enterprises, a formula is proposed that takes into account the weight of its components.
