Research relevance: article deals with the problem of increasing the effectiveness of educational and cognitive independence of those who go in for the Kyrgyz national wrestling kuresh. Research objectives: setting educational, upbringing and health-improving tasks that contributes to the increase of educational and cognitive independence (OPS) of those who go in for kuresh wrestling. Research materials and methods: the work describes teaching method, the originality of the theoretical and practical approach to the transfer of special information through the implementation of: observation, discussion and partial search. Research results: the type of occupation of young kuresh wrestlers predetermines the ratio of ways and techniques, their mutual significance, use of unusual approaches in the upbringing of those who go in for kuresh wrestling. Conclusions: in kuresh wrestling, the system of questions should correspond to the traditionally established stages of the studied aspects of educational and cognitive material and technical and tactical action.

The range of available aluminum alloy powders for laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) is restricted to mainly Al–Si based alloys. Currently aluminum alloy powders, designed for lightweight application, based on Al–Mg (5000 series), Al–Si–Mg (6000 series), or Al–Zn–Mg (7000 series), cannot be processed by LPBF without solidification cracks. This has an impact on the potential of LPBF for lightweight applications. In fusion welding, solidification cracks are eliminated by using filler materials. This study aims to transfer the known procedure to LPBF, by supplementing EN AW-5083 (AlMg4.5Mn0.7) with AlSi10Mg. EN AW-5083 and two modifications (+7 wt.% and +15 wt.% AlSi10Mg) were produced by LPBF and analyzed. It was found that, in EN AW-5083, the solidification cracks have a length ≥200 µm parallel to the building direction. Furthermore, the solidification cracks can already be eliminated by supplementing 7 wt.% AlSi10Mg. The microstructure analysis revealed that, by supplementing AlSi10Mg, the melt pool boundaries become visible, and the grain refines by 40% relative to the base alloy. Therefore, adding a low melting point phase and grain refinement are the mechanisms that eliminate solidification cracking. This study illustrates a practical approach to eliminate solidification cracks in LPBF.

Corporate governance is a very significant concept, however, there is another factor, which affects the profitability of corporations with equal importance - the employee. Research in this area helps to increase such awareness and to fulfill everyday needs in order to improve the functioning of many entities. In this regard, the study uses a sample that comprises 100 employees (50 from corporations and 50 from small companies). Through direct research tools such as questionnaires, this article shows more insights into the described matter. Different perspectives enable readers to create the full view. Most respondents prefer to work at small companies, nevertheless, corporations also have strong points. The study results may be used as a practical application for a wide range of people - from regular employees to managers and CEOs to create modern entities based on developed management and a practical approach towards an employee.

This chapter approaches the problematic of communication in teaching-learning activities in higher education during the crisis generated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors have proposed to present a theoretical and practical approach to the effective communication in teaching, with the objective of knowing which are the opinions of students on communication skills and motivation of them in the classroom. The study included a total of 261 students from different faculties at the University of Bucharest, who were a Likert-scale survey in the period May -July 2020. Results of the analysis of research data shows that students have seen their ability to concentrate and motivation to perform tasks affected, but they did not leave university. In this respect, most difficulties were in carrying out teamwork than individual. The adaptations made by the university during confinement have been positively appreciated. The research findings coming according to recent studies confirm that without communication the teaching and learning process will not take place.
