Introduction. Pedagogical universities and educational development institutes (EDIs) have a single activity space. However, the interaction in the scientific field between these educational institutions currently needs to be improved, and this requires an assessment of the current level of interaction. The research purpose is to analyze the current level of scientific interaction between pedagogical universities and EDIs. Materials and methods. The level of interaction between organizations was assessed in accordance with the model by L. Borrell-Damian et al. by three parameters: 1) the content of joint activities; 2) legal aspects of interaction; 3) the main forms of communication. The study involved EDIs and pedagogical universities subordinate to the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation from 46 regions of Russia (35 EDIs and 20 pedagogical universities), which representatives filled out a questionnaire using Google Forms. Results. The study shows that in scientific interaction, educational institutions primarily use its short-term options, among which scientific-practical conferences were most often indicated (70% of pedagogical universities and 74.3% of EDIs). Long-term options for scientific interaction are used much less often than short-term ones (the differences are significant for p≤0.0001, χ2EDIs=32.08, χ2pedagogical universities=1.54). The availability of a network interaction agreement was indicated by 45.7% of representatives of the EDIs and 25% of the pedagogical universities. Moreover, joint activities in scientific work plans is indicated by a significantly larger number of respondents: 50% of the pedagogical universities and 68.6% of the EDIs. The main communication option in the scientific sphere is an informal one, which is based on direct personal contacts (70% of the pedagogical universities and 77.1% of the EDIs). Formal communications are two times less common, the differences are statistically significant (χ2EDIs=20.63, χ2pedagogical universities=14.4, p≤0.0001). Conclusion. The current system of scientific interaction between pedagogical universities and EDIs may be assigned to the project level, since it is built on informal personal communications, focused on individual scientific projects with limited implementation periods, which are implemented with the execution of short-term contracts. Raising the level of partnership interaction up to a strategic one will increase the productivity and efficiency of scientific partnership.

With the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, the only way to learn and communicate with students is distance learning. The aim. Analyze the features of the student scientific circle on surgery in the mode of distance learning in quarantine. Materials and methods. When the pandemic has suddenly spread to all spheres of life, the only way to learn and communicate with students is distance learning. In Ukraine, distance learning is regulated by an order of the Ministry of Education and Science from 31.10.2013 № 1518 "On approval of the Requirements to higher educational institutions and institutions of postgraduate education, scientific, educational and scientific institutions that provide educational services in the form of distance learning to train and improve the skills of specialists in accredited areas and specialties." With the approval of distance learning, the work of the student scientific circle (CSC) "Sharp Scalpel" at the department also went online. The structure of classes during studies in the CSC consists of a theoretical part where students report the results of scientific research from literature sources according to the topics they work on with supervisors, as well as a practical part where they work directly with patients under the supervision of the CSC leader. Some classes are held in the vivarium, where they learn to suture the intestines of animals. Often the structure of practical training in the CSC is not so clear, because in the presence of an interesting clinical case in the hospital or operating room, students are fully engaged in practical work. Results. With the transition to distance learning, the structure of classes in the CSC has undergone a significant transformation - the most important and interesting part for the group has fallen, namely the possibility of contact with the patient. The group members were divided into two groups: Group I – 8 students (25%) - students who, in addition to the practical part of the lesson, are also interested in the theoretical part of the group, who continued to study literature sources according to the topic they received and actively prepared for the scientific-practical conference. Group II-22 students (75%) – those, who lost interest in the CSC, when the opportunity to work with the patient became inaccessible. Another disadvantage of online learning is the loss of society, are the possibility of direct communication between students is lost, the necessary skills in communicating with the patient are not acquired, which is extremely important in the medical profession. Conclusions. In the case of quarantine, distance learning is an important and necessary form of educational process, even in medical schools, but it can not replace live communication between students, with the patient and the teacher. Online learning does not provide a practical part of the CSC work, which is manifested in the loss of interest in classes in the CSC among students.

Bone tumor diseases are one of the main problems in modern clinical practice. After surgery, some of the tumor cells capable of proliferation may remain, leading to tumor recurrence. In addition, surgical ablation of bone tumors creates bone tissue defects. Therefore, the problem of manufacturing specific biomaterials with a dual function of treating bone tumors and regeneration of bone defects has become a priority. The use of methods of targeted delivery and local controlled release of drugs contributes to the creation of the desired therapeutic concentration of drugs in the disease focus and increases their bioavailability. In recent years, promising samples capable of effective controlled release have been developed in which cisplatin, doxorubicin and gemcitabine have been used as model chemotherapeutic drugs. These approaches have been promising and have shown the potential to destroy residual tumor cells, however, they may become resistant to such drugs, which leads to treatment failure. The main purpose of the review is to summarize the latest world experience in the synthesis, research and use of composites based on bioactive ceramic materials and modern antitumor drugs as promising implants, embodying a new generation of complex remedies for targeted delivery with osteoconductive and antitumor properties, prolonged action, for local application. Examples are given of bioglass application with cytotoxic / cytostatic components, as well as results of development of the newest directions of antitumor therapy of bones, in which acquisition of resistance of tumor cells is not observed. The antitumor functions of such multifunctional samples are performed, for example, by chemotherapy, photothermal therapy, magnetic hyperthermia, and photodynamic therapy. These data are of scientific, practical and methodical interest.

Modern science pays a lot of attention to solving issues of the company's functioning under the influence of crisis phenomena and processes. Nevertheless, the conditions of modern development associated with high risk, sudden transformations, crises and shocks, the main task is set by the study of the latest elements of company diagnostics. Based on this, diagnostics of the company's crisis state is a fundamental component of the successful development of agricultural companies. It is considered as one of the areas of economic diagnostics and is closely related to the diagnostics of the threat of bankruptcy. It is also important to note that the main component of diagnosing the level of effectiveness of antisipative management of enterprises with an agricultural direction is the definition of a system of criteria for identifying specific causes leading to a crisis situation and a failure in agricultural activity, which has a very important scientific, practical and methodological significance for economic science. The main purpose of the article is to study the problem of bankruptcy diagnosis at domestic enterprises, substantiation of theoretical provisions and development of practical recommendations for improving the diagnosis of antisipative management of enterprises in the system of management diagnostics. The article identifies the main tasks facing enterprises seeking to prevent and prevent the onset of crisis situations, analyzes the stages of diagnosis and considers the main models for predicting the bankruptcy of the enterprise. It was found that the models show real results only in the conditions for which they were created. That is, it is necessary to develop a model in which the assessment of the financial condition of agricultural enterprises would be based on domestic accounting and reporting standards, which would use the statistical, information base of domestic enterprises taking into account the specifics of the industry.

Aim. To investigate the distribution of a rare perennial species in Ukraine — Allium obliquum L. and prospects for the development of the plant as a vegetable and ornamental crop. Methods. Materials for the analysis of the state of distribution in the area of origin, problems and prospects of development of the species Allium obliquum L. in Ukraine have been studied and generalized based on the results of processing scientific sources of literature. On the basis of own researches of a species, the forecast concerning prospects of introduction of a species in domestic vegetable growing, and also as an ornamental plant, is made; the necessary scientific, practical and organizational measures are identified. Results. Non-traditional species of perennial bulbous plants have significant potential for development in the vegetable growing. These include Allium obliquum L. — a rare relict species of onion in Ukraine with a disjunctive range, now its status — endangered, listed in the Red Book of Ukraine, which has decorative and nutritional value. When used as a vegetable, Allium obliquum L. can grow in one place for 10–15 years. Development of this species in vegetable growing in Ukraine is possible through the introduction into horticulture and ornamental floriculture based on the results of a comprehensive and large-scale study of the species in nature and culture, a long process of acclimatization, reacclimatization and reintroduction. Conclusions. An important stage of the breeding process is the introduction and mobilization of genetic resources to form a collection of source material Allium obliquum L. of various ecological and geographical origins, selection of sources and donors of economically valuable traits and properties, their involvement in the breeding process. An urgent task in Ukraine is the development of methodological and regulatory documentation, which is necessary both at the stage of scientific and technical examination of potentially created varieties, and in the production of seeds and marketable products.
