PT. Meraki Digital Indonesia, or commonly called Meraki Group, is one of the multi-business companies that one of the businesses is a fashion trade. Management wants to know the performance of sales of rovue products needed by product managers to improve performance on sales of these rovue products. So we need an appropriate framework to measure the performance of this product. The variables used in this research refer to the SCOR model, namely Supply Chain external performance (customer-facing) and Supply Chain internal performance (Internal facing) and a combination with the AHP method is performed to determine which aspects require improvement by assessing the attributes of reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost, and asset management. From the results obtained by the performance of Meraki Group using the SCOR model is 62% or 62.61 points, and the benchmark analysis obtained four indicators that still have a gap, namely OFCT 5 days, USCF +71, and CTCCT 20 days.

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

OSIS plays an important role in supporting the implementation of activities at school, therefore the election of the student council president must really be based on careful calculations. The election of the head of the OSIS at SMK Karya Bahana Mandiri 1 is still carried out using a voting system or voting using paper media as ballots, so it requires a lot of paper and still found inaccurate value calculations due to human error. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that can assist in making decisions objectively based on predetermined criteria. The decision support method used to determine the student council president is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using six criteria, namely discipline, confidence, organizational experience, leadership, vision and mission, and achievement. This research resulted in a decision support system for the election of the student council chairman with the web-based Analytical Hierarchy Process method, using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as a database. The results of the calculation of the decision support system show that of the six alternatives chosen, alternative 02 (A02) aka Ahmad is ranked first with a value of 0.361. Keywords: Decision Support System, OSIS, AHP Method   Abstrak OSIS memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan di sekolah, maka dari itu pemilihan ketua OSIS harus benar-benar didasarkan oleh perhitungan yang matang. Pemilihan ketua OSIS di SMK Karya Bahana Mandiri 1 masih dilakukan dengan sistem pemungutan suara atau voting dengan media kertas sebagai surat suara, sehingga membutuhan banyak kertas dan masih ditemukan penghitungan nilai yang tidak akurat akibat human error. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk menentukan ketua OSIS adalah metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan enam kriteria, yaitu disiplin, percaya diri, pengalaman organisasi, kepemimpinan, visi misi, dan prestasi.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan ketua OSIS dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process berbasis web, mengunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil dari perhitungan sistem pendukung keputusan menunjukkan bahwa dari enam alternatif yang dipilih, alternatif 02 (A02) alias Ahmad memperoleh ranking pertama dengan nilai 0,361. In February, measurements of weight and height of children born in 2016-2020 were carried out in 25 villages. The data collection conducted by Juhar District officers was only based on height (TB) and weight (BB), these two criteria did not represent the determination of a child susceptible to stunting considering several other causes of stunting. For the selection of employees, there are usually many factors in fulfilling the assessment in order to get a maximum target. Especially in the field of call centers, it is required to have qualified skills which can solve problems complained of by customers. So that as a call center who receives incoming calls or can be called inbound calls, it must be the key to solving problems and be able to convey good suggestions. However, to get the value of the agent so that its performance is good, there are parameters that must be achieved, namely acd call, acd time, aux time, available time, staffed time and agent skill. best. By doing this, the monitoring system is very easy and more efficient to find out which agents are underperforming or agents who have reached the performance target. For this reason, an application with a case study was created in order to achieve the maximum target. This application will greatly help the team, namely Teamleader, Taber, Spv, Manager as they play an important role in evaluating agents in their performance.
