For the selection of employees, there are usually many factors in fulfilling the assessment in order to get a maximum target. Especially in the field of call centers, it is required to have qualified skills which can solve problems complained of by customers. So that as a call center who receives incoming calls or can be called inbound calls, it must be the key to solving problems and be able to convey good suggestions. However, to get the value of the agent so that its performance is good, there are parameters that must be achieved, namely acd call, acd time, aux time, available time, staffed time and agent skill. best. By doing this, the monitoring system is very easy and more efficient to find out which agents are underperforming or agents who have reached the performance target. For this reason, an application with a case study was created in order to achieve the maximum target. This application will greatly help the team, namely Teamleader, Taber, Spv, Manager as they play an important role in evaluating agents in their performance.

Abstract: The use is still the traditional way by trying corn seeds planted by farmers in Tanjungbalai in Asahan Regency. Farmers will choose maize seeds that are fast growing, but will have poor yields on fruit size, resulting in less satisfactory yields. As a result a problem arises that will occur in the absence of determining a number of criteria that can get quality corn seeds. Farmers are not familiar with the use of technology in getting good corn seeds. This requires the use of a system that is able to answer and provide solutions in the selection of corn seeds using a number of criteria and alternatives to superior corn seeds. This research uses AHP method decision support system with comparison of criteria and alternatives in the selection of superior corn seeds in producing the best alternative. Keywords: AHP, alternatives, criteria,  farmers superior corn seeds  Abstrak:  Penggunaan masih cara yang tradisional dengan mencoba  bibit jagung yang di tanam oleh para petani di Tanjungbalai di Kabupaten Asahan.  Petani akan  memilih bibit jagung yang waktu tanamnya cepat, namun akan memiliki menghasilkan yang kurang baik pada ukuran buah mengakibatkan hasil produksi menjadi kurang memuaskan. Akibatnya timbul suatu masalah yang akan terjadi dengan tidak  adanya penentuan sejumlah kriteria yang bisa  mendapatkan bibit jagung yang berkualitas. Para petani kurang paham dengan penggunaan teknologi dalam mendapatkan bibit jagung yang bagus. Hal ini diperlukan penggunaan sistem yang mampu menjawab dan memberikan  solusi dalam pemilihan bibit jagung menggunakan sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif bibit jagung unggul. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan metode AHP dengan perbandingan kriteria dan alternatif pada pemilihan bibit jagung yang unggul dalam menghasilkan sebuah alternatif yang terbaik. Kata kunci: AHP, alternatif, bibit jagung unggul, kriteria,  petani

AbstrakPemilihan program keahlian bagi siswa SMK diperkenalkan sebagai upaya untuk mengarahkan siswa terhadap bakat dan minat serta kemampuan siswa tersebut. Tetapi sebagian besar siswa masih kebingunan ketika diberikan pilihan program keahlian. Bahkan siswa memilih program keahlian dengan cara ikut-ikutan dengan teman-temannya. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan suatu media untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan dalam memilih program keahlian. Supaya hasil pemilohan program keahlian yang dilakukan siswa melalui sistem lebih obyektif dan berkeadilan diusulkan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Desain penelitian ini berupa perancangan sistem pemilihan program keahlian dibuat dengan berbasis web. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan mampu memudahkan siswa untuk menentukan program keahlian.�Kata Kunci � Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Program Keahlian, Web.�AbstractThe selection of department for vocational students is �introduced as an effort to guide students towards the talents, interests and abilities of students. But most students are still confused when they are given a choice of department. Even students choose a program followingh their friends�. Decision support system is a medium to make easy for students to make a decision in choosing a department. In order that the results of the piloting of the expertise program carried out by students objectively and equitable system, it is proposed to use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The process of selecting a laptop must be based on the capabilities and needs of the buyer. Buyers are faced with a large selection of laptop brands with various specifications, based on that we can make a decision support system aimed to help buyers select a laptop that fits the criteria of Style, Reability and Price, and takes alternatives Samsung, HP and Lenovo. This study used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Obtained results from Samsung, HP (Hewlett-Packard) and Lenovo.

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

Abstract   Supported technology development with the development of software or hardware that is increasingly going forward will be much helpful in facilitating decision-making. Sometimes in doing decision-making still do not subjectively based on criteria which should be specified. As an example of the educational units of the current difficulty in decision making the selection of the students Excel in school, that is because still use conventional means which allow the existence of a subjective assessment. Hence the need for a system which can help in making decisions objectively based on the criteria specified to determine the best students. Decision support method used to determine the best students namely Hierachy Process Analytical method (AHP) using five criteria, i.e. the value of the report, the list of attendance, spiritual attitude, social attitudes and skills. In making this application, using the PHP programming language to manipulate data in the database and build the Application Programming Interface (API) and Javascript to process data on the side of the user interface and uses MySQL as the database. This research has succeeded in designing a decision support system is the selection of the best students who objectively and accurately by the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process web-based. The result of the decision support system showed that of the 10 selected alternative, alternative 7 (A7) getting the best students ranked first with a value of 0.184, next is an alternative 5 (A5) with a value of 0.170.   Keywords: AHP, Decision Support System, Selection Of The Best Students   Abstrak   Perkembangan teknologi yang didukung dengan perkembangan software maupun hardware yang semakin maju akan banyak membantu dalam mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Terkadang dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan masih dilakukan secara subjektif tidak berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang seharusnya ditentukan. Sebagai contoh dari satuan pendidikan saat ini kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan siswa berprestasi di sekolah, hal tersebut dikarenakan masih menggunakan cara konvensional yang memungkinkan adanya penilaian secara subyektif. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik yaitu metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan lima kriteria, yaitu nilai rapor, daftar kehadiran, sikap spiritual, sikap sosial dan ketrampilan. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk mengolah data di database dan membangun Application Programming Interface (API) dan Javascript untuk mengolah data di sisi user interface serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Penelitian ini telah berhasil merancang sistem ini pendukung keputusan pemilihan siswa terbaik yang objektif dan akurat dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process berbasis web. Hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 alternatif yang dipilih, alternatif 7 (A7) memperoleh peringkat pertama siswa terbaik dengan nilai 0,184, selanjutnya adalah alternatif 5 (A5) dengan nilai 0,170.   Kata kunci: AHP, Pemilihan Siswa Terbaik, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan
