In our proposed model the RF transmitter and RFID Reader are embarked to plan. Totally when the train arrives the RFID Reader takes a gander at the tag, by then the RF Transmitter transmits the data about the section of train through radio wire and the RF Receiver set at the railroad intersection point gets the data about the zone of train and offers data to the Arduino. Arduino will control the servo engines to open and close the railroad portals. The LCD show additionally put at the blending to caution the pilgrims by displaying parcel of train from railroad crossing. The voice module other than set to caution the voyagers. On the off chance that the voyagers trying to cross the entry even after the voice sign about the landing of train then they will thusly get the fine with the assistance of camera and Raspberry pie. Modern wireless communication has gained a improved position as compared to previous time. Similarly, speech communication is the major focus area of research in respective applications. Many developments are done in this field. In this work, we have chosen the OFDM modulation based communication system, as it has importance in both licensed and unlicensed wireless communication platform. The voice signal is passed though the proposed model to obtain at the receiver end. Due to different circumstances, the signal may be corrupted partially at the user end. Authors try to achieve a better signal for reception using a neural network model of RBFN. The parameters are chosen for the RBFN model, as energy, ZCR, ACF, and fundamental frequency of the speech signal. In one part these parameters have eligibility to eliminate noise partially, where as in other part the RBFN model with these parameters proves its efficacy for both noisy speech signals with noisy channel as Gaussian channel. The efficiency of OFDM model is verified in terms of symbol error rate and the transmitted speech signal is evaluated in term of SNR that shows the reduction of noise. For visual inspection, a sample of signal, noisy signal and received signal is also shown. The experiment is performed with 5dB, 10dB, 15dB noise levels. The result proves the performance of RBFN model as the filter.The performance is measured as the listener’s voice in each condition. The results show that, at the time of the voice in noise environment, proposed technique improves the intelligibility on speech quality.


Nowadays, automatic traffic light control is becoming an important requirement for travelers and number of road users especially for emergency service providers such as ambulance drivers, fire fighters etc... Various alternatives have been proposed, but it has certain limitations.One such example is using an RF transmitter mounted on the ambulance which will communicate with the RF receiver mounted on the signal post in the traffic control system. A special algorithm is provided to control the traffic signals automatically by pressing the key provided in the keybord on the ambulance by the driver.But in this case, there is big trouble for car accidents or road accidents, because of automatic adjustment and a large number of vehicles, and there is a problem of delay in first aid service, with these overcrowded roads. This paper describes a solution that is "Intelligent Ambulance with Automatic Traffic Control” which includes the accident detecting, alerting and tracking mechanism with an automatic traffic light controlling system to overcome this delay of first aid service. An ambulance can thereby easily finde a freeway to reach the victim in a minimal time and thereby providing first aid as soon as possible. This is possible by using an RF transmitter on the ambulance which will communicate with the RF receiver mounted on the signal post in the traffic control system. To control the traffic signals automatically, and to move towards the location in minimal time, a specific algorithm is proposed in this paper. Thus, the traffic light gets controlled by the intelligent ambulance itself, in such a way that it could provide free path to the ambulance[1].

Statistical analyses were applied to test the hypothesis that an improved innovation process could better discriminate between new product return on investment pass or fail probability.

Despite increased attention from scholars and policy makers, the growth of informal entrepreneurship and its challenges have been reported continuously and are growing frequently. However, there is an inadequate study on informal entrepreneurship growth in view of resources and capabilities. Thus, the objective of this paper is to propose a model of informal entrepreneurship in view of resources and capabilities by examining the existing literature and field study data in the context of a developing country. An exploratory field study was undertaken, where fourteen interviews were conducted. A content analysis technique was applied to identify the resources and capabilities factors with their associated variables and a research model was developed. Outcomes from field study recognized the resources and capabilities factors and variables, as well as their relationships. It vibrates well with the existing literature and establishes the proposed model. This study proposes a model for future informal entrepreneurship research and identifies theoretical and policy implications.

The methodology of the existing displacement control is illustrated taking the shield of twin tunnels of Line 4 underpassing the upline tunnel of existing metro Line 1, for example. Vertical, horizontal, and convergence displacement of the existing tunnel is monitored and analyzed in detail in this paper. Shield parameters are predefined and adjusted based on the feedback of the displacement of Line 1. Short-term displacement of the existing tunnel is greatly influenced by the relative distance between the shield face and the existing tunnel and shield parameters. The shapes of horizontal and convergence displacement curves are similar. Line 1 is reinforced, and a new analysis method is firstly proposed for the design of reinforcement of the existing tunnel which is verified by the analytical methods derived from prior studies. The results show that the change of reinforcement stiffness has a greater effect on the normalized bending moment and the normalized shear force of the existing tunnel, and reinforcement of 25 rings on either side of the intersection point is the best choice in this case. The proposed model can be widely applicable for reinforcement design and safety check of the existing tunnel.

Internet of Things (IoT) plays a pivotal role in easing the work of people. Internet of Things is a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, animals, or people that are provided with unique identifiers (UIDs) and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. The unique identifiers mentioned above are RF transmitters, which use electromagnetic fields to automatically identify and track tags attached to objects. Using RF technology, we will decrease manually achieved workloads considerably and RF technology is universal, useful, and efficient. The microcontroller is used to extract information from the RF transmitter and send it to the system with the help of a Wi-Fi module. By incorporating these technologies, it helps us in tracking the bicycles and do the required analysis. This project is primarily designed to monitor bicycles in a bicycle club. It is used to identify the location of bicycles that are used within a particular area. The hardware architecture consists of a transmitter, RF receiver, microcontroller, Wi-Fi module, Web server, and database server. The web server and database server are located in the master station. The RF transmitters are distributed around an open area. They are programmed with a unique ID for each bicycle. The communication between the tag reader and the webserver is done via microcontroller and Wi-Fi modules.

The major issue faced in restaurants and hotels is the quality of service provided by them especially ordering of food. Traditionally, it used to take a long time for food ordering as waiter used to note down orders, place it kitchen and the food was prepared. It also involved traditional pen and paper method and the process was time consuming. It also involved a lot of wastage of paper. Hence, we have designed the smart restaurant in which the orders will be placed paperless using Arduino UNO, TFT touch display connected to the kitchen chef directly using RF Transmitter. This acted as the transmitting side. At the receiving side, the order placed is seen on LCD screen and indication of buzzer with the help of RF Receiver and I2C Module confirmed the placing of order to kitchen. Hence, the workers focused on billing and other work process and provided better quality services. We found out that this method is useful in many ways like- It not only saved the wastage of paper but also reduced the burden on the waiters and workers to great extent. Time management was also done as more and more customers could be handled by taking their orders and provide quality service. This setup is quite practical on basis such that this system can be implemented for small startups hotels and restaurants. The investment cost is also one-time investment as it requires less maintenance. The only fact it requires is to update the system as per our convenience and new offers. It also required average skilled labor to operate. Hence, we can conclude that this system is eco-friendly as it saves the paper usage by directly giving the order to kitchen and chef. The second grasping factor is that the waiters can involve them in other process of billing and other process. Hence it promotes the multi-tasking process. Third factor covered is that fresh food can be served at a faster rate to the customers due to this table-kitchen friendly process. It even eliminates the errors occurred due to traditional methods and also involves constant upgradation and upliftment of the system helps in better customer end services.


The article is devoted to the consideration of the good nature existential foundations. Good, as a transcendental phenomenon, reveals itself in a person as a powerful mechanism of its internal development – spiritual needs. Need, unlike desire, is not just a requirement of the human body. Need is a way of relationship, that is, communication with objective reality. This life aspiration is responsible for the personality realization as an active, creative, responsible part of co-existence. Therefore, all aspects of human life and communication, and productivity, and harmony, depend on the state of the needs system satisfaction. It is these existential conditions that correspond to the principles of ethical absolutism. Thus, the intersection point of ethics and human (ethical and anthropological principles), the condition for the interaction and implementation of the principles of ethics is concentrated in the development of our soul needs. The soul seeks to go beyond the egoistic desires of the flesh. Therefore, to hear the “voice” of the soul (both one’s own and that of a loved one), to respond to its call, a person can only when the desire to know the world around him conquers the desire to possess this world. In this regard, we are talking about the fact that the basis for the spiritual needs of humans is the need for love. The need to love resonates with the basic ethical principle “love of one’s neighbor”. Therefore, working on our own egoism, we realize the whole complex of spiritual needs: in knowledge, communication, freedom, creativity. So, the need to love is the highest metaphysical force in which the nature of good is concentrated, both on the ontological and existential levels.
