Service to the community provided by each agency is currently a major concern. The speed of service provided will increase public confidence in the institution. Therefore, all institutions both private and government make every effort to provide the best service in various ways including the use of Digital services. The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Langkat Regency is one of the institutions that provides various public administration services to the public such as making KTP, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, and others. The method of service is still not optimal. Therefore it is necessary to have a media that is a system that integrates the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Langkat Regency with the community with the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) supported by SMS Gateway technology that can help people get the information they need easily and quickly and saving time. The purpose of this research is to analyze and prove the influence of customer relationship management (CRM), service quality and entrepreneurship orientation to competitive advantage and marketing performance and to analyze and prove the influence of competitive advantage to marketing performance of the public market in East Java Province. The object of this research is the whole market unit of the public in East Java Province spread over 29 regencies and 9 cities in East Java Province amounting to 335 units of the public market. The unit of analysis (analysis unit) in this research is a revitalized public market that is 67 public market in East Java Province. While the observation unit is a trader or tenant of a community market stand in East Java Province. The number of public market traders in the market that has been revitalized today is 25,000. In this study, researchers measured the marketing performance of the Public market in East Java Province based on the perception of the trader or tenant stand, so the measure of marketing performance is perceptual. The sample used is 190 merchants. The number is spread across 67 units of the public market in East Java Province. The model to be used in this research is the model of causality or relationship. To test the proposed hypothesis, the analysis technique uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), with AMOS statistic software. The results of hypothesis testing: Customer relationship management, Quality of service and entrepreneurial orientation significantly influence the competitive advantage of the market public in East Java Province. Customer relationship management and service quality significantly influence the marketing performance of the public market in East Java Province, while the orientation of entrepreneurship has no significant effect on marketing performance of the public market in East Java Province. Competitive advantage influences the marketing performance of public market significantly in East Java Province.

Customer relationship management (CRM) plays a crucial role in any organization because success or failure depends on a company’s relationship with its customers. The objective of this study is to see how CRM can play an important role in the public and private sector banks in Bihar, India. The sample for the study consists of 250 bank managers from both public and private sector banks in Bihar. A CRM questionnaire developed by the researchers was used to measure CRM in the banking sector. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. Inferential statistics including t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to analyze the data. The t-test results show that both the public and private sector banks differ significantly in the variables of customer contact by phone/e-mail, customer care, and innovation and quality. The ANOVA results showed that the four groups (public sector males, public sector females, private sector males, and private sector females) differed significantly in the eight variables (commitment; citizenship behavior; customer contact by phone/e-mail; planning; improved retention & better targeting of new customers; top management support; innovation and quality; and technological readiness.

This paper tries to find the ways to improve the service quality which government supply for business and public and improve service satisfaction. In order to find the methods, the paper firstly introduce the conception of Government Customer Relationship Management, then analysis the relationship of Customer Relationship Management and Government Customer Relationship Management, build e-government application model of Government Customer Relationship Management, propose the ways of e-government application of Government Customer Relationship Management, through establish the service concept of “citizen-centered", innovation and integration of communication and service channels, we can improve the relations of customer and government, improve the public satisfaction.

Citizen relationship management (CiRM) refers to a cluster of management practices, channel, and IT solutions that seek to use private sector customer relationship management (CRM) in the public sector. Goals can be improving citizen orientation, better accountability, and changing the citizen government relationship. I begin with an overview of citizen orientation in government and the emergence of CiRM. The following section starts with a look at the underlying principles, goals, and components of customer relationship management. Accordingly, there is an in depth discussion and definition of citizen relationship management. Aspects such as the citizen government relationship, technology, public participation, and organizational changes are addressed. Finally, future trends and conclusions are drawn.

Information technology is rapidly developed in this century that impact to various aspects of the organization really need information technology to support the performance and everyday business processes. In health services, information technology is required to process and storage the patient medical records, so that the patient's medical record is well preserved, and competitive advantage can be obtained between patient and polyclinic. The application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach can be developed by implementing information system of medical record history to get new patient and retain existing patient, improving relationship with patient and maintaining patient loyalty as well as supporting the company/organization to provide excellent service to customers in real time through the advantage of information technology. The aims of this research are to understand patient medical record by CRM approach and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system design, system validation using Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and using software testing Model ISO 9126. The result of this research are Medical Record History Information System and the result of system validation with FGD is 100% accepted, the result of system test using Model ISO 9126 is good with success rate 82,86%, so it can give contribution to polyclinic.
