Quality of the service and effectiveness of service operations system are considered as important aspects of achieving the customers' satisfaction of any service organization. Since it is considered as the low cost, safe and enjoyable travelling method by the passengers, it is need of the hour to identify the customer satisfaction towards the development of transport service methods in the Bangladesh especially in Launch Service. The major objective of this study is to identify the impact of inland transport service quality on passengers' satisfaction. The present study has been attempted to understand and examine the factors influencing the passenger’s satisfaction in the Launch Service. The study is exploratory in nature and used factor analysis to identify the foremost significant factors of Passenger’s satisfaction with service quality. By questionnaire survey we put our survey into five category those are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy (24 type question). Also, we took a part in photography survey. From photography and questionnaire survey we made a data and put that data into analysis. By analysis the data we made some pie chat and find a result. Though the satisfaction level is not good. From the result it is shown that bollard quality, dock railing system, mooring ropes quality, staff accommodation; those four parts of the launch terminal is very poor. Although bollard quality, cleanliness, dock to dock joint, snapback zone, watchtower service; those five parts of launch terminal is poor. Also, the docking system, lighting system, loading and unloading system, security system for passenger’s, hawker’s volume, terminal maintenance is average; those five parts of launch terminal is good. It is disappointing to say that there isn’t any canteen facility for the passengers. The rest of the part of the launch terminal is good. We also recommended some suggestion which improvement could make a far better passenger’s satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality; Service Variables; Launch Terminal; Structural Equation Modeling

The main aim of this study is to explore the impact of the dimensions of Umrah service quality on customer satisfaction for Umrah and customer loyalty for Umrah in the travel industry. Increasingly intense competition and structural shifts in the business environment are now pushing companies to adopt a customer-focused strategy that elevates the value of customer-related constructs such as customer satisfaction, quality of service, and consumer loyalty in describing the success of a company. Umrah service efficiency, Umrah customer satisfaction, and Umrah customer loyalty were calculated from the literature using a 5-point Likert scale. Structural equation modeling was carried out to analyze the impact of Umrah service quality on customer satisfaction in Umrah and customer loyalty in Umrah. The result showed that all dimensions of service quality influenced customer satisfaction and loyalty of Umrah's customers. The study's key drawback is that it was confined only to the Malaysian nation. Second, the present study only focuses on the traveling industry in Umrah. The results clearly indicate the dimensions of the quality of Umrah service that the practitioners must concentrate on in order to provide a better quality of service.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of trust, privacy, service quality and customer satisfaction on the success of electronic customer relationship management (E-CRM) systems. Design/methodology/approach In this paper, a new model for determining the critical factors in the success of E-CRM systems is presented. The suggested model is verified using partial least squares with structural equation modeling. A questionnaire is designed and collected from 378 taxpayers in East Azerbaijan province of Iran. Findings The outcomes reveal that customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by the perceived quality of service. Customer satisfaction, in turn, is significantly impacted by the trust. Therefore, the quality of service, trust and privacy, through customer satisfaction, significantly affects the success of E-CRM systems. Research limitations/implications The main limitation can be referred to the clients that would not cooperate well as they were avoiding to give much information about the financial issue. Also, the study was conducted only in the context of Iran and a limit sample was utilized. Practical implications The research results help service providers improve E-CRM. Originality/value This study sheds light on identifying the antecedents of trust, privacy and quality of service that affect customer satisfaction; it may contribute to the theoretical framework for customer satisfaction in the context of the E-CRM. The results of the research offer practical implications for marketing managers and practitioners who prepare strategic plans and implement tools to improve the productivity or performance of the E-CRM systems. Moreover, customer satisfaction is related to the success of E-CRM systems as a result of trust, privacy and service quality. This research offers new insights into E-CRM intentions from a taxpayer in Iran.

Purposes: Women with diabetes (WD) are more severely impacted by the consequence of suboptimal diabetes control. This study aims to examine the impact of demographic and disease characteristics, baseline self-stigma, role strain, diabetes distress on Hemoglobin A1C (A1C) levels, quality of life (D-QoL) and 6-month A1C levels in younger WD. Methods: This study was a 6-month prospective study. In total, 193 WD aged 20–64 years were selected by convenience sampling from three outpatient clinics in Taiwan. Demographic and disease characteristics, self-stigma, role strain, diabetes distress, A1C levels, and D-QoL were collected at baseline. A1C levels were further collected 6 months later. Structural equation modeling was conducted to test the hypothesized model. Results: The final model supported that higher baseline D-QoL directly associated with lower concurrent A1C levels and indirectly associated with lower 6-month A1C levels through baseline A1C levels. Higher baseline self-stigma, role strain, and diabetes distress directly associated with lower baseline D-QoL, and indirectly associated with higher 6-month A1C levels through D-QoL. Conclusion: Improving self-stigma, role strain, and diabetes distress should be considered as promising strategies to improve D-QoL in young WD. D-QoL plays a mediation role between baseline self-stigma, role strain, diabetes distress and subsequent glycemic control in younger WD. Enhancing baseline D-QoL is fundamental to improve subsequent glycemic control.

Measuring the quality in higher education can be performed on a more general level, usually by adjusting the instruments for measuring the quality of services in general, or through instruments that are related most directly to the study program. In any case, in methodological terms, one should keep in mind the relevant scientific knowledge regarding the treatment of a model that describes the relations of quality and its dimensions. In addition to appropriate theoretical observations, a primary marketing research was conducted in this paper, in order to determine whether and to what extent the expected quality of the study program affects the intention to enroll in it. In this particular case, students of the Faculty of Economics in Subotica (n = 89) evaluated (in June 2021) the expected quality of the master study program Digital Marketing (which is to start at this faculty in the forthcoming academic) and expressed their intentions to enroll in that program. Structural equation modeling was used. The results indicate that the expected quality positively and statistically significantly affects the intention to study the study program. The construct of the expected quality itself is statistically significantly formed by the dimensions of quality in the following order (according to the strength of the impact): Generic Skills, Good Teaching, Clear Goals and Standards, Appropriate Workload, and Appropriate Assessment.
