The management system formation of organizational and legal security of a business entity is a com-plex optimization process of decision making in dynamic and constantly changing conditions, which can simultaneously be characterized by uncertainty. In the classical formulation of the problems of modeling the optimized legal system of the sub-ject provides one objective function. In most cases, this function is a delineation of the economic component and will be a single criterion for increasing profitability while attracting cost constraints. Such a problem would be the only solution using linear programming theory. Such a theory will provide the development of the simplex method. But the situation of recent years with the use of single-criterion vector optimization problems allows us to consider them as partial, especially due to the involvement of factors of influence of different nature (economic, organizational, legal), which still have a system-ic influence. The latter, in turn, will not always be appropriate for the application of multi-purpose directed influence on a business entity. It is determined that the objective of the agricultural business entity objectively does not have a single de-nominator. Thus, the study of individual sources allows to distinguish at least economic and non-economic groups. In this way, a business entity cannot directly focus solely on the influence of a single purpose, economic, organizational or legal. Therefore, a business entity must identify several of the most significant landmarks. An example of a more successful appli-cation of vector analysis to the conditions of organizational and legal support of agricultural business entities is the use of a genetic algorithm. It is the basis for the gradual improvement of final solutions and the variety of methods for constructing global vector optimization criteria that will provide the corresponding adaptability functions. The application of this ap-proach, as well as the use of modern software under the conditions of validity and adequacy of the target functions, will become a reliable tool for the best directions of the strategic management development in the system of organizational and legal security of the subjects of agricultural business. The subject of the research – is a set of organizational-economic relations arising in the process of structural transformation of financial and credit relations in the agricultural business. The purpose of the article is a retrospective analysis of structural transformations of financial and credit relations in the agricultural business, evaluation of the effectiveness and feasibility of the introduction of agricultural receipts as a new instrument of lending to the agricultural business of the regions. Methodology of work – system-structural and comparative analyzes (to determine the effectiveness of the crediting mechanism according to the agricultural receipts of the farmers of the region); monographic (when studying the problems of the functioning of the mechanism of lending to agrarians by agrarian receipts) economic analysis (when carrying out a comparative analysis of the mechanism of classical bank lending to the agrarian business and the mechanism of lending to agrarians according to agrarian receipts); modeling and forecasting (when determining ways to overcome the existing deficiencies in the mechanism of lending to agrarian business entities of the region according to agrarian receipts). The results of the work – a retrospective analysis of the structural transformation of financial and credit relations in the agricultural business was carried out. The mechanism of crediting agrarians according to agrarian receipts and the scale of its distribution in the agrarian business of the region are considered. A comparative analysis of the mechanism of classical bank lending to the agrarian business and the mechanism of lending to agrarians according to agrarian receipts was carried out. In the framework of the pilot project “Agrarian receipts in Ukraine” of the international financial corporation (IFC) in partnership with the Swiss Confederation in Ukraine, the example of the Poltava region defined the effectiveness of the crediting mechanism according to the agrarian receipts of the agrarians of the region. The advantages and disadvantages of the mechanism of crediting the subjects of the agrarian business on agrarian receipts are noted. The ways to overcome the existing shortcomings of the mechanism of crediting the subjects of the agrarian business of the region according to agricultural receipts are determined. Conclusions – according to the results of the conducted research, the effectiveness of the mechanism of lending to the agricultural business of the regions according to agricultural receipts was proved, its advantages and disadvantages were noted, and attention was also focused. Proposed in Art. 7 of Law No. 5479-VI clearly delineate cases and restrictions on the debtor’s reimbursement of expenses incurred by the lender with the acquisition of the right to grow and harvest the pledged crop of agricultural products, which will ensure the principle of equality of parties on economic benefits and distribution of credit risks according to agricultural receipts.

In general Banach spaces, we consider a vector optimization problem (SVOP) in which the objective is a set-valued mapping whose graph is the union of finitely many polyhedra or the union of finitely many generalized polyhedra. Dropping the compactness assumption, we establish some results on structure of the weak Pareto solution set, Pareto solution set, weak Pareto optimal value set, and Pareto optimal value set of (SVOP) and on connectedness of Pareto solution set and Pareto optimal value set of (SVOP). In particular, we improved and generalize, Arrow, Barankin, and Blackwell’s classical results in Euclidean spaces and Zheng and Yang’s results in general Banach spaces.
