BACKGROUND: With the gradual improvement of market economy, people' s consumption level is constantly improving, and the quality requirements are getting higher and higher. OBJECTIVES: In order to study the management accounting information analysis platform based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and realize the goal of accounting computerization, the application of AI in expert system is applied to the field of accounting information analysis. METHODS: The combination of subsystems is applied to the construction of AI accounting information Web system, and the feasibility analysis of its theory and technology is carried out. RESULTS: The results show that its effect is obvious: accelerating the flow of all information and promoting the change of enterprise management mode. Moreover, compared with the traditional system algorithm, the accuracy of the system model is improved by 6% and the time delay is reduced by 9ms, which makes the overall management level of the enterprise further improved, the scope of enterprise competition further expanded, the cost of enterprise saved

Neuropsychological functioning after mTBI is individualized and dynamic, with no currently known predictors and usually having a trajectory of gradual improvement. It is still a challenge to identify specific cognitive profiles associated with mTBI. One of the causes is the transient character of TBI symptoms as they are not appearing immediately after the injury. Another explanation resides in the individual and group variability of cognitive impairements following mTBI, which also affects the standardisation of the neuropsychological tests to use in mTBI assessment batteries (Iverson et al., 2013; Prince & Bruhns, 2017; Tulsky et al., 2017). Presently concussion has no accepted definition or diagnostic criteria. Also, there is no standard (or gold standard) for screening or properly identifying and diagnosing all population with concussion. (Borg et al., 2004). Patients with mTBI could evolve in a bunch of physical, cognitive, and emotional symptoms (Permenter et al., 2021) that are usually known as post-concussion syndrome (PCS). In terms of symptoms, we target neuropsychological evaluation of four key domains (“higher-order attention”, “executive function”, “episodic memory”, and “speed of information processing”) implicated in chronic impairment after mTBI. Alternatively, studies on the EEG frequency domain shed new light on the possibility to have a diagnostic marker based on QEEG patterns identified in the mTBI population and some prognostic factors for the PCS syndrome.(Rapp et al., 2015; Thornton & Carmody, 2009). Given the particularities of neuropsychological functioning after mTBI we emphasize the need of a mixed methodology, using both electrophysiological and psychoneurological tools, to provide the best sensitivity and specificity in assessing cognitive and functional deficits and in predicting further PCS.

Introduction: Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies are novel immunotherapies for the treatment of hematologic malignancies. They are administered in specialized centers by a multidisciplinary team and require the careful coordination of all steps involved in manufacturing and using cellular therapies. The Maturity Model (MM) is a tool developed and used for assessing the effectiveness of a variety of activities. In healthcare, it may assist clinicians in the gradual improvement of patient management with CAR T-cell therapy and other complex treatments. Methods: The START CAR-T project was initiated to investigate the potential of a MM in the setting of CAR T-cell therapy. Four Italian clinics participated in the creation of a dedicated MM. Following the development and test of this MM, its validity and generalizability were further tested with a questionnaire submitted to 18 Italian centers. Results: The START CAR-T MM assessed the maturity level of clinical sites, with a focus on organization, process, and digital support. For each area, the model defined four maturity steps, and indicated the actions required to evolve from a basic to an advanced status. The application of the MM to 18 clinical sites provided a description of the maturity level of Italian centers with regard to the introduction of CAR T-cell therapy. Conclusion: The START CAR-T MM appears to be a useful and widely applicable tool. It may help centers optimize many aspects of CAR T-cell therapy and improve patient access to this novel treatment option.

<p class="abstract"><strong>Background:</strong> Dislocation remains at the forefront of complications after primary total hip arthroplasty (THA). In our study, we talk about the use of constrained liners and its outcomes in an unstable hip.</p><p class="abstract"><strong>Methods:</strong> The total number of patients included in the study was 15. The total number of hips in the study were 15. The age group of the patients varied between 51 years and 89 years with mean age group of 73 years. The most common indication in our study was dislocation contributing 60% (n=9) of the hips.<strong></strong></p><p class="abstract"><strong>Results:</strong> The post-operative mean Harris hip score (HHS) at immediate post-operative was 67.6. There was a gradual improvement in the HHS through 6 months (77.6), one year (83.3), two years (86.7) and 3 years (90.33). There were no cases with post-operative septic or aseptic loosening in the radiological analysis. The mean cup inclination was 34.3. Out of the 13 hips, in eight hips the femoral stem was in varus. Five hips had a centrally placed femoral stem. Stability management in THA have seen the component design take centre stage, primarily with the use of larger diameter femoral heads and the rise in popularity of constrained acetabular liners (CAL). Several authors have done studies which talk about the stability of this implant design and the reliability of this implant in unstable hips and in hips where instability was expected.</p><p class="abstract"><strong>Conclusions:</strong> In our study, proximal femur tumours, dislocated total hips, abductor insufficiencies and aseptic loosening all showed good results.</p>

The ecological degradation caused by unreasonable development and prolonged utilization threatens economic development. In response to the development crisis triggered by ecological degradation, the Chinese government launched the National Barrier Zone (NBZ) Construction Program in 2006. However, few in-depth studies on the Loess Plateau Ecological Screen (LPES) have been conducted since the implementation of that program. To address this omission, based on the remote sensing image as the primary data, combined with meteorological, soil, hydrological, social, and economic data, and using GIS spatial analysis technology, this paper analyzes the change characteristics of the ecosystem pattern, quality, and dominant services of the ecosystem in the LPES from 2005 to 2015. The results show that from 2005 to 2015, the ecosystem structure in the study area was relatively stable, and the area of each ecosystem fluctuated slightly. However, the evaluation results based on FVC, LAI, and NPP showed that the quality of the ecosystem improved. The vegetation coverage (FVC) increased significantly at a rate of 0.91% per year, and the net primary productivity (NPP) had increased significantly at a rate of 6.94 gC/(m2∙a) per year. The leaf area index (LAI) in more than 66% of the regions improved, but there were still about 8% of the local regions that were degraded. During these 10 years, the soil erosion situation in LPES improved overall, and the amount of soil conservation (ASC) of the ecosystem in the LPES increased by about 0.18 billion tons. Grassland and forest played important roles in soil conservation in this area. Pearson correlation analysis and redundancy analysis showed that the soil conservation services (SCS) in the LPES were mainly affected by climate change, economic development, and urban construction. The precipitation (P), total solar radiation (SOL), and temperature (T) can explain 52%, 30.1%, and 17% of the change trends of SCS, respectively. Construction land and primary industry were negatively correlated with SCS, accounting for 22% and 8% of the change trends, respectively. Overall, from 2005 to 2015, the ecological environment of LPES showed a gradual improvement trend, but the phenomenon of destroying grass and forests and reclaiming wasteland still existed.

Today's corporate landscape is undergoing a transformation process, and India is not untouched by these phases of transition as humans are replaced by computers and brick-and-mortar firms are substituted by e-commerce companies. In the midst of these shifts, issues such as labour dynamics have changed dramatically. One such consequence is the Gig Economy. With the gradual improvement in the labour market and the focus of government on localisation, it remains important to analyse the widespread influence of growing gig culture in making India a self-reliant economy. This chapter of the book therefore seeks to review the different components of the gig economy along with the advantages and disadvantages and how gig can contribute towards a localised and self-reliant Indian economy. The chapter also evaluates the regulatory framework of the gig economy in India. The chapter also proposes a conceptual model incorporating various pillars that could serve as an analytical framework for the rapidly increasing number of concepts and policy proposals.

Background: The underlying cellular and molecular mechanisms involved in the development of tendinopathy due to subacromial supraspinatus tendon (SST) impingement and the response to subsequent removal of impingement remain unknown. Purpose: To investigate the involvement of Indian hedgehog (IHH) signaling in the development of SST tendinopathy and the subsequent healing process after the relief of subacromial impingement in a novel mouse shoulder impingement model. Study Design: Controlled laboratory study. Methods: A total of 48 male wild-type C57BL/6 mice were used in this study. Supraspinatus tendinopathy was induced by inserting a microsurgical clip into the subacromial space bilaterally. Eleven mice were sacrificed at 4 weeks after surgery to establish impingement baseline; 24 mice underwent clip removal at 4 weeks after surgery and then were euthanized at 2 or 4 weeks after clip removal. Thirteen mice without surgical intervention were utilized as the control group. All SSTs were evaluated with biomechanical testing; quantitative histomorphometry after staining with hematoxylin and eosin, Alcian blue, and picrosirius red; and immunohistochemical staining (factor VIII, IHH, Patched1 [PTCH1], and glioma-associated oncogene homolog 1 [GLI1]). Results: The mean failure force and stiffness in the 4-week impingement group decreased significantly compared with the control group ( P < .001) and gradually increased at 2 and 4 weeks after clip removal. Histological analysis demonstrated increased cellularity and disorganized collagen fibers in the SST, with higher modified Bonar scores at 4 weeks, followed by gradual improvement after clip removal. The IHH-positive area and PTCH1- and GLI1-positive cell percentages significantly increased after 4 weeks of clip impingement (20.64% vs 2.06%, P < .001; 53.9% vs 28.03%, P = .016; and 30% vs 12.19%, P = .036, respectively) and continuously increased after clip removal. Conclusion: The authors’ findings suggest that the hedgehog signaling pathway and its downstream signaling mediator and target GLI1 may play a role in the development and healing process of rotator cuff tendinopathy due to extrinsic rotator cuff impingement. Clinical Relevance: This study suggests the potential for the hedgehog pathway, together with its downstream targets, as candidates for further study as potential therapeutic targets in the treatment of supraspinatus tendinopathy.

Peri-trochanteric femoral fractures are among the most prevalent fractures in the aged population. Injury and trauma are the leading causes of intertrochanteric fractures. The intertrochanteric aspect of the femur is made up of dense trabecular bone and lies between the greater and lesser trochanters. The female to male ratio for sustaining these fractures is seen between 2:1 and 8:1.Patients with femoral neck fractures are usually in geriatric age group. The dynamic screw approach is used to treat intertrochanteric fractures surgically. An 88year old male patient with left intertrochanteric fracture, diagnosed on x-ray after a fall in toilet was operated and was referred immediately for physical therapy, which included strengthening exercises, balance retrainig, and breathing exercises. According to the case study, a physiotherapy treatment technique resulted in considerable and gradual improvement of functional goals.

Phytoplankton studies were carried out in the lower course of Poland’s largest river, the Vistula. This section of the Vistula has changed much since the 19th century due to regulation of the bed and limitation of its flood banks. In the years 1994–2020, hydrobiological studies of physical and chemical parameters and phytoplankton were carried out. On the basis of these studies, this research investigated the water quality of the river. Since 2000, a gradual improvement in water quality in the river has been observed, as manifested by decreasing phytoplankton biomass (from over 15 mg/L in 1994 and 2003 to less than 10 mg/L in the 2000s) and lower chlorophyll a concentrations (from 48 µg/L in 1998 to 12.5 µg/L in 2020). The river’s ecological potential index, calculated on the basis of indicator species of phytoplankton and chlorophyll a concentration, also indicates a progressive improvement. In the 1990s, the ecological potential was poor; at the turn of the century, it was moderate; and in the following years, the phytoplankton studies showed an ecological potential that was good or moderate (slightly below the lower threshold of good potential).

Under the influence of complex urbanization, improving the carbon emission efficiency (CEE) plays an important role in the construction of low-carbon cities in China. Based on the panel data of 283 prefectural-level cities in China from 2005 to 2017, this study evaluated the CEE by the US-SBM model, and explored the spatial agglomeration evolution characteristics of CEE from static and dynamic perspectives by integrating ESDA and Spatial Markov Chains. Then, the spatial heterogeneity of the impacts of multi-dimensional urbanization on CEE were analyzed by using the Geographically and Temporally Weighted Regression (GTWR). The results show that: (1) with the evolution of time, the CEE has a trend of gradual improvement, but the average is 0.4693; (2) from the perspective of spatial static agglomeration, the “hot spots” of CEE mainly concentrated in Shandong Peninsula, Pearl River Delta, and Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration; The dynamic evolution of CEE gradually forms the phenomenon of “club convergence”; (3) urbanization of different dimensions shows spatial heterogeneity to CEE. The impact of economic urbanization in northern cities on CEE shows an inverted “U” shape, and the negative impact of spatial urbanization on CEE appears in the northwest and resource-based cities around Bohai Sea. Population and social urbanization have a positive promoting effect on CEE after 2010. These findings may help China to improve the level of CEE at the city level and provide a reference for low-carbon decision-making.
