The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology of strategic analysis of enterprise competitiveness. The methodological basis of the research is the use of general scientific methods: the method of analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization and comparison, and the means of modern computer technology for data visualization. The scientific novelty of the received results consists of developing a logical and linguistic methodology of competitiveness analysis in the long term. The article is devoted to the development of strategic analysis of the competitiveness of the enterprise. Relevance of research is caused by enterprises management in the modern markets that use innovations of products or technologies, constantly face competition, and according to its condition, should make decisions on strategic development in conformity with the country’s development market inquiries the society. Thus, the problem is not only for new companies but also for those that already function in the market and carry out planning of economic activity to become the market leader, not to lose leadership, to keep the positions. The given methodology can be used by any enterprise irrespective of the type of activity, form of ownership, or strategic goals. Conclusions. According to the study results, the methodology of strategic analysis, which is based on the study of potential internal development of the enterprise, taking into account the influence of external factors, which include macroeconomic factors of influence and market conditions. The basic approaches to the analysis of the competitiveness of the enterprise of foreign and domestic researchers are investigated in the article. The essential components of competitive advantages, which include price and non-price factors, are considered. Peculiarities of carrying out the analysis of the competitiveness of the enterprise after Porter are defined. The methodology of competitiveness analysis in the long term is developed. The main components of the strategic analysis are the estimation of activity scale in a long-term prospect, determination of strategic aims of the company, determination of aims of market coverage, selection of strategy type, selection of basic subjects of influence on competitive advantages, assessment of future relations with suppliers and buyers, assessment of cost price level, assessment of the quality of products and services and unique properties of products, formation of internal price policy. The purpose of the academic paper lies in assessing the state of income, expenditure and savings of households under conditions of pandemic instability. The research methodology is based on the statistical analysis of data on income, resources and savings of households in Ukraine for 2010-2020. The scientific novelty involves identifying the positive and negative effects of the pandemic on the household economy. Conclusions. The positive and negative effects of the impact of spreading the pandemic on the household economy have been revealed in the research, and as a result, the decline in economic activity and the growth of unemployment in Ukraine. It has been determined that in the period of 2020 pandemic, costs decreased by 2% and resources increased by 3%. In 2020, the share of expenditures on food and non-alcoholic beverages increased from 46,6% to 48,1% in 2019, and on non-food goods and services - decreased from 41,5% to 39,8%. The population with per capita equivalent total income per month, below the actual subsistence level, was 8,9 million people in 2019 (23,1%), in 2020 – 8,8 million people (23,2%). Despite experts’ assessments of the likely increase in poverty as a result of COVID-19 spreading under two scenarios (according to the absolute criterion, it will increase from 27,2 to 43,6%; according to an absolute criterion, it will increase from 27,2 to 50,8%). It can be noted that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the poorest sections of the population with low incomes. It has been determined that in the context of social-economic impact of COVID-19, families who find it more difficult to diversify their own incomes are the most vulnerable ones. The following categories have been most affected by the pandemic (they will have had the largest increase in poverty compared to the baseline scenario), namely: households with three or more children; single parents with children; households with children under three; single retirees over 65 years.Along with this, thanks to the monetary policy that has ensured a stable level of inflation and return on deposits, the share of household deposits has increased the most in the last ten years to 27%. However, it is worth noting that quarantine and the COVID-19 pandemic have led to a trend towards a partial flow of population resources from time deposits to card and savings accounts. After all, citizens sought to have free money in case of unforeseen expenses due to the uncertainty of the future development of events. Purpose – тo generalize methodical approaches to the interpretation of the category of capitalization in the forestry complex and to identify sources of funds that can provide an additional financial basis for the capitalization of forest resources. Research methodology. In the context of this work, the method of system analysis and synthesis was used, as well as a comparative method, which allowed to determine the optimal approach to the identified issues. Scientific novelty. The article summarizes the existing interpretations of the concept of capitalization, according to which the main methodological approaches to it are highlighted, in particular, as: the process of attracting and increasing the value of any assets (resources); the process of transformation of factors of production (assets, resources) into capital; performance of the entity. The article forms directions and relevant additional sources of funds for the use of forest resources, which can provide an additional financial basis for the capitalization of forest resources (assets). Conclusions. It is established that today it is impossible to assess forest assets as a source of environmental and social functions, as there is no methodology for calculating their value. It is noted that the only approach to the assessment of forest resources is only the actual cost of part of forestry products, including by- products and in-use use, hunting, harvesting of secondary forest materials and, accordingly, capitalization of only part of rent in real sales prices. period of restoration and formation of forest stands. The purpose of the article is to develop and apply the concepts and mechanism of fiscalization to the processes of managing the collection of payments from business entities to the budget for environmental offenses. The research methodology - application of the resource approach to the defini- tion of concepts, abstract-logical, system-structural and comparative analysis, ranking. The scientific novelty. The mechanism of fiscal management of nature users for their environmental pollution is revealed; the peculiarities of the calculation of the ecological tax, the distribution of the amounts of the current tax between the state and local budgets are indicated; applied innovations are substantiated taking into account the factor of ownership of natural resources. Conclusions. The need for environmental fiscalization is due to the environmental situation in the country, the fiscal system, energy and industrial security, pricing policy, business activity, the country’s international obligations and other factors. The purpose of the article – to analyze the peculiarities of forming the potential of a telecommunication enterprise and to suggest ways to increase the efficiency of its use. Research methodology. In the process of preparation of the article the methods of analytical, statistical and financial analysis were used. A scientific novelty is the proposal to use effective indicators of economic efficiency of the enterprise, such as profitability, profitability, cost, return on resources, investment, etc. to assess the effectiveness of the formation and use of the potential of the telecommunications enterprise. Conclusions. 1. The study of trends in the formation of the potential of telecommunications enterprises in Ukraine has determined that the pace of its development corresponds to the basic principles and principles of the concept of economic development and strategy of information society development adopted in Ukraine. The development of the economy of telecommunications enterprises is facilitated at the state level by developing new legislation in the information and telecommunications technologies sector in Ukraine, discussing and adopting new strategies for digital transformation aimed at using big data, blockchain, cloud technologies, robotics and the Internet of Things. 2. It is determined that the potential of a telecommunications enterprise is a unity of organizational, technical and information capabilities that contribute to the preparation and adoption of management decisions and influence its development. Features of capacity building determine the following components that ensure its functioning: software and hardware; personnel; information (databases); organizational, marketing, technical, technological, etc. 3. The system of financial indicators for definition of efficiency of functioning of the formed potential of the telecommunication enterprise is offered. 4. To ensure the formation of a strong potential of the telecommunications company in the work identified a number of key measures, including the creation of information systems, ensuring its operation by special staff, information security, creating new digital products and services, e-commerce and digital marketing. business analytics and big data management, etc. Key words: telecommunication enterprises, capacity building, potential structure of telecommunication enterprise, evaluation indicators, state support.

The article provides a retrospective analysis of the formation and evolution of foreign direct investment in terms of various economic theories taking into account changes in the stages of socio-economic development. The study of these historical and economic issues was carried out using systematic analysis and historical method; which allowed us to identify the genesis and analyze the evolution of economic theories on the formation and development of foreign direct investment. The author conducted a detailed study of the history of investment activities and management of foreign direct investment from the oldest origins in the ancient world to modern forms of innovation. It was found that at different times, repre- sentatives of various economic theories (open economy, market modernization, monopolistic competition, international capital movements, etc.) worked on under- standing complex investment processes, risk management and methods of obtaining economic benefits, who considered foreign direct investment as a guaranteed im- provement and development of society. The analysis of scientific literature and statistics shows positive social, po- litical, economic, technological and other effects of investment activities: job creation and training, export diversification and improvement of export perfor- mance, introduction of science-intensive technologies, activation of local firms – suppliers and subcontractors, the introduction of effective management methods, foreign exchange inflows, etc. Analyzing the genesis of economic theories, opinions and research, we conclude that humanity, feeling the need for savings, pays considerable attention to investment. The stages of the investment economy and the choice of methods of control over them indicate the urgency of this problem, and today scientists continue to discover new aspects of investment opportunities and develop innovative forms, mechanisms, tools of investment policy. The purpose of the article research of theoretical bases of personnel policy as bases of formation of innovative strategy in system of management of the organization, logical structuring of concept «personnel policy» and identification of personnel policy in modern practice of management of the organization. The research methodology consists in the use of analytical, logical, systematic methods, as well as a system-activity approach. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the comprehensive study of this issue and finding new methods of activating personnel policy in the management system of the organization. Conclusions. The main purpose of personnel policy should be the formation and optimal use of personnel to achieve the goals of the enterprise. As a component of the strategic goals of the organization, it should be focused on the specific results and prospects of the organization, whose effective activity directly depends on knowledge, competence, qualifications, discipline, motivation, ability to solve problems, desire to constantly improve their skills and skills of all staff. That is why personnel policy is an important component in the management system of the organization, the ultimate goal of which is to create a cohesive, responsible, highly productive team capable of performing tasks in conditions of uncertainty and risk. The purpose of the article is, taking into account the importance of marketing research in the field of tourism, to propose an adequate marketing strategy for a tourism enterprise in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology – the application of methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, forecasting, as well as the use of systemic, activity-based, histori- cal approaches. The scientific novelty is in the proposals for solving problems in the field of tourism, in particular, in conducting marketing research at travel companies in the conditions of Covid-19. Conclusions. As a result of the study, it was found that tourism organizations require market monitoring in the context of Covid-19, constant and consistent marketing research in connection with the reformatting of the market with new challenges of the time. The purpose of the article is to study the indicators of innovative development of Ukraine and determine its place in the innovation dimension among other European countries. The methodological basis of the study is the use of general scientific methods: the method of theoretical generalization and comparison, as well as economic and statistical analysis, which are used to study indicators of innovative development of Ukraine and Europe, as well as modern computer technology for data visualization. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that the main positive and negative tendencies, as well as perspective directions on the way of innovative development of Ukraine are revealed and its place in the innovation dimension among other European countries is determined. The paper analyzes the trends of innovation development of Ukraine for the period from 2012 to 2019. The study uses data from the Annual European Innovation Scoreboard (EIS) 2020, which publishes indicators of Ukraine and EU member states, as well as several non-European countries. It is established that in the vast majority of innovative areas Ukraine occupies the last positions among the considered countries. However, the analysis of the consolidated index of innovations shows that in recent years in Ukraine there is a tendency to slow growth of this index, and Ukraine belongs to the group of «modest innovators». For an in-depth analysis of the dynamics of innovation dimensions of Ukraine, the following types of indicators are also considered: «framework conditions», «investments», «innovation activities», «impacts». Conclusions. It was found that in the vast majority of innovation areas Ukraine occupies the last positions, but in this area there are some positive changes. In particular, the international competitiveness of the scientific base has improved; the environment in which enterprises operate has become more favorable for innovation; there is an intensification of innovation in the business sector; the links between cooperation between innovation institutions have expanded. The conducted research can be used for the formation and implementation of innovative development strategies of Ukraine, which will increase its rating and international competitiveness. Purpose of the article – study of the main directions of sustainable development of Ukraine in order to ensure the country’s competitiveness in the context of the formation of new technological structures («Industry 4.0, 5.0») and a new world order («Globalization 1.0, 2.0»). The relevance of the topic lies in the need to find ways to get Ukraine out of the systemic crisis and to shape the image of the future in the context of globalization and technological revolution. The scientific novelty article consists in studying the principles of sustainable development for compliance with the general laws of the universe and the laws of dialectics and scientific substantiation of compliance with the principles of building a society of the future recognized by the world community, in determining models for sustainable development of Ukraine and the principles of designing the economy of the future. Conclusion. For all years of independence, Ukraine has turned from an industrially developed country into a backward and poorest country in Europe with an economy of lagging growth, with the status of a «buffer zone» of geopolitical conflict on its territory and external control. To maintain sovereignty, ensure the country’s competitiveness in the transition and new technological structures and the quality of life of the population, at least at the level of the average for the EU countries, Ukraine needs to change course, develop and implement the Strategy of man-centered, multi-spiral, sustainable development.
