Serverless computing menjadi paradigma tren baru di cloud komputasi, memungkinkan pengembang untuk fokus pada aplikasi inti logika dan aplikasi prototipe cepat. Serverless computing memiliki biaya yang lebih rendah dan kenyamanan yang diberikannya kepada pengguna yang tidak perlu fokus pada manajemen server. Karena prospeknya yang bagus Serverless computing, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, sebagian besar vendor cloud utama telah meluncurkan platform komputasi tanpa server komoditas mereka. Namun, karakteristik platform ini belum dipelajari secara sistematis. Perlunya analisis platform ini secara kualitatif yaitu mulai dari pengembangan, penyebaran, dan aspek runtime untuk membentuk taksonomi karakteristik. Google Cloud Platform memiliki beberapa jenis serverless Computing, dalam artikel ini akan dijelaskan mengenai perbandingan antara beberapa Serverless Computing yaitu diantaranya Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud Run,dan Google Kuberenetes Engine (GKE).

The existing stand-alone multimedia machines and online multimedia machines in the market have certain deficiencies, so they cannot meet the actual needs. Based on this, this research combines the actual needs to design and implement a multi-media system based on the Internet of Things and cloud service platform. Moreover, through in-depth research on the MQTT protocol, this study proposes a message encryption verification scheme for the MQTT protocol, which can solve the problem of low message security in the Internet of Things communication to a certain extent. In addition, through research on the fusion technology of the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, this research designs scheme to provide a LightGBM intelligent prediction module interface, MQTT message middleware, device management system, intelligent prediction and push interface for the cloud platform. Finally, this research completes the design and implementation of the cloud platform and tests the function and performance of the built multimedia system database. The research results show that the multimedia database constructed in this paper has good performance.

Current consumption of cloud computing has attracted more and more attention of scholars. The research on Hadoop as a cloud platform and its energy consumption has also received considerable attention from scholars. This paper presents a method to measure the energy consumption of jobs that run on Hadoop, and this method is used to measure the effectiveness of the implementation of periodic tasks on the platform of Hadoop. Combining with the current mainstream of energy estimate formula to conduct further analysis, this paper has reached a conclusion as how to reduce energy consumption of Hadoop by adjusting the split size or using appropriate size of workers (servers). Finally, experiments show the effectiveness of these methods as being energy-saving strategies and verify the feasibility of the methods for the measurement of periodic tasks at the same time.

Background: Cloud platform is widely used in electric power field. Virtual machine co-resident attack is one of the major security threats to the existing power cloud platform. Objective: This paper proposes a mechanism to defend virtual machine co-resident attack on power cloud platform. Method: Our defense mechanism uses the DBSCAN algorithm to classify and output the classification results through the random forest and uses improved virtual machine deployment strategy which combines the advantages of random round robin strategy and maximum/minimum resource strategy to deploy virtual machines. Results: we made a simulation experiment on power cloud platform of State Grid and verified the effectiveness of proposed defense deployment strategy. Conclusion: After the virtual machine deployment strategy is improved, the coverage of the virtual machine is remarkably reduced which proves that our defense mechanism achieves some effect of defending the virtual machine from virtual machine co-resident attack.
