The problem of late replacement of infusion mattresses for patients in a medical institution is still common today. It still helps him closely with the nurses' negligence in monitoring the patient's infusion condition. This condition is very dangerous for the patient's health. Therefore the making of infusion monitoring equipment based on NodeMCU esp8266. This tool works by relying on the results of sensor readings that are inserted into the microcontroller which will be processed by NodeMCU. The sensor used in making this system is the sensor module, the sensor reading sensor is the intended emission sensor - in this case, means the drip drops, the sensor will count the number of drops. From the number of drops, it can be used to count the drip infusion. In this study, it can be concluded that the NodeMCU ESP 8266-based infusion monitoring tool using the IR Obstacle sensor component has been successfully made through the functionality test process.

This paper reports a study into the errors of process forecasting under the conditions of uncertainty in the dynamics and observation noise using a self-adjusting Brown's zero-order model. The dynamics test models have been built for predicted processes and observation noises, which make it possible to investigate forecasting errors for the self-adjusting and adaptive models. The test process dynamics were determined in the form of a rectangular video pulse with a fixed unit amplitude, a radio pulse of the harmonic process with an amplitude attenuated exponentially, as well as a video pulse with amplitude increasing exponentially. As a model of observation noise, an additive discrete Gaussian process with zero mean and variable value of the mean square deviation was considered. It was established that for small values of the mean square deviation of observation noise, a self-adjusting model under the conditions of dynamics uncertainty produces a smaller error in the process forecast. For the test jump-like dynamics of the process, the variance of the forecast error was less than 1 %. At the same time, for the adaptive model, with an adaptation parameter from the classical and beyond-the-limit sets, the variance of the error was about 20 % and 5 %, respectively. With significant observation noises, the variance of the error in the forecast of the test process dynamics for the self-adjusting and adaptive models with a parameter from the classical set was in the range from 1 % to 20 %. However, for the adaptive model, with a parameter from the beyond-the-limit set, the variance of the prediction error was close to 100 % for all test models. It was established that with an increase in the mean square deviation of observation noise, there is greater masking of the predicted test process dynamics, leading to an increase in the variance of the forecast error when using a self-adjusting model. This is the price for predicting processes with uncertain dynamics and observation noises.

The microstructure and mechanical properties of the 7085 ingot casting was tested by OM, SEM and EDS, the fatigue damage was observed in the driving test process, the temperature gradient distribution was adjusted observably by using the FEM simulation analysis. By adjusting the pouring temperature, many micro shrinkage metallurgical defects were eliminated, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation were raised to 498MPa, 362MPa and 7.4% at the T6 heat treatment state.

Electric automated vehicles are zero-emission, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly vehicles, and testing and verification is an important means to ensure their safety. Because of the scarcity of dangerous scenarios in natural driving roads, it is required to conduct accelerated tests and evaluations for electric automated vehicles. According to the scenario data of the natural road in cut-in conditions, we used the kernel density estimation method to calculate the probability distribution of the scenario parameters. Additionally, we used the Metropolis–Hastings algorithm to sample based on the probability distribution of the parameters, and the Euclidean distance was combined with the paired combination to accelerate the simulation test process. The critical scenarios were screened out by the safety indicator, and the feature distribution of the critical scenario parameters was analyzed based on the Euclidean distance clustering method, so as to design importance sampling parameters and carry out importance sampling. The study obtained the distribution characteristics of critical scenario parameters under cut-in conditions and found that the importance sampling method can accelerate the test under the condition of ensuring that the relative error is small, and the improved accelerated simulation method makes the overall calculation amount smaller.

in the detection of chloramphenicol residues in fermented food, there are often problems of slow detection speed. Using UPLC-DAD method, a rapid detection method of chloramphenicol residues in fermented food based on UPLC-DAD method is designed. According to the characteristics of chloramphenicol, set up the detection reagent, select the detection equipment, and form the detection laboratory. It is usingUPLC-DAD method to design the test paper, using the set test reagent to deal with the sample to be tested, according to the design results of the test process, combining the reagent with the sample, to determine its specificity. Chloramphenicol residue was detected by test paper. So far, the rapid detection method of chloramphenicol residues in fermented food based on UPLC-DAD method has been designed. Compared with the original detection method, the detection speed of the detection method designed in this paper is significantly higher than the original method. In conclusion, the rapid detection method of chloramphenicol residues in fermented food based on UPLC-DAD method is effective.

Abstract In this industrial era, all areas of life have been entered. There are five central issues that support performance, namely numerical physical devices, production tools, programs, interfaces, and networks. The Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (Moodle) in order to support Industrial technology has been equipped with adaptive test facilities. Adaptive Moodle can be used to organize a communicative and interactive test process because of the communication features (chat, messaging, or forum). In addition, Adaptive Moodle can be used to administer online tests. Adaptive tests are tests whose quiz presentations will adjust to the user’s abilities. The results of the research that has been carried out regarding the selection of items on the Moodle-based computerized adaptive test (CAT) were obtained: (1) The Moodle adaptive test worked successfully in accordance with the research objectives, (2) Based on user responses, the selection of items on the Moodle adaptive test items had worked well for the exam, (3) The Moodle adaptive test can run according to its function, namely adaptive to the user’s ability.

Abstract Neural network has made remarkable achievements in the field of image classification, but they are threatened by adversarial examples in the process of application, making the robustness of neural network classifiers face danger. Programs or software based on neural network image classifiers need to undergo rigorous robustness testing before use and promotion, in order to effectively reduce losses and security risks. To comprehensively test the robustness of neural network image classifiers and standardize the test process, starting from the two aspects of generated content and interference intensity, a variety of robustness test sets are constructed, and a robustness testing framework suitable for neural network classifiers is proposed. And the feasibility and effectiveness of the test framework and method are verified by testing LENET-5 and the model reinforced by the adversavial training.

The use of strategic and well-planned feedback in the assessment process is key to promoting learning. This article  evaluates the role of the two-stage test process in guiding and assisting the learning of students in the second year of teaching materials at sendratasik Education Program, FBS Padang State University. After being given oral and written feedback without grades from the first test, students  were  given the opportunity to write different tests, the second test, and each was asked to choose which one was assessed. Students  are generally very positive about the assessment process, most participate voluntarily and fully, learn a lot differently for the second test, and there is evidence of meta-cognitive awareness and understanding. Nevertheless, some students have  difficulty and frustration in assessing the quality of their work. Discussions focus on learning processes and issues, on the usefulness of feedback and on formative test assessment procedures.

Abstract Under the background of “carbon neutralization”, the power transmission quality of power grid transmission lines becomes more and more important. This paper discusses the mechanical properties of aluminum conductor steel reinforced(ACSR), the main medium of electric energy transmission. This test simulates the real environment, takes the stress-strain curve and elastic modulus as the starting point, divides the test process into four stages, and compares the mechanical properties of the same conductor under different loads in detail. On this basis, the data difference and performance comparison of three different sections of ACSR are obtained. Finally, the commonness and difference of different cross-section conductors are analyzed, and the precautions in the test process are given. The conclusion of this paper can promote the quality improvement of power transmission conductors.
