The purpose of the work is to develop an automated quality control system for welded joints of cable car structures designed and manufactured at the Skado LLC enterprise (Samara) in order to improve the quality of control. The analysis of requirements for welded structures and welded joints of cable cars is carried out, methods of control of welded joints are considered. A block diagram of an automated system for quality control of welded joints based on the method of ultrasonic testing has been developed. The analysis of ultrasonic sensors on phased arrays is carried out. The sensors and actuators of the system are selected. A scheme for interfacing system elements with a programmable logic controller has been developed. The structure of the system and the scheme of interfacing the system elements with the programmable logic controller are described. A method for performing control has been developed.

The reliability of ultrasonic testing (UT) of the quality of welded joints of polyethylene pipelines, made end-to-end with a heated tool, is considered in comparison with mechanical tests and radiography. The greatest detection of solid defects is provided by ultrasonic inspection with the use of chord tipe probes (not less than 90 %). When detecting defects translucent for ultrasound (lack of penetration, lack of fusion, etc.), the reliability decreases to 70÷80 %. The quality of Vessel Traffic Management and Information Systems depends on the quality of all subsystems, in particular the quality of control centers. The most commonly used quantitative indicators of the control centers' quality are: reliability, availability, safety, and system failure. Therefore, a block diagram of reliability and the model for reliability / availability (Markov model) have been created in this paper and a detailed analysis and calculation of the quantitative indicators of critical components (servers) of the control center have been performed. The quality functioning of the control centers will enable gathering, processing, storing and dissemination of timely, safe, and reliable data and information to the services in charge of monitoring and management of maritime traffic.

В работе рассмотрен один из вариантов повышения эффективности диагностики судового электрооборудования прошедшего ремонт, путем автоматизации испытательного стенда судовых электрических машин. Представлена разработанная блок-схема автоматизированной системы по сбору и обработки данных, а также структурная схема стенда для испытаний электрических машин постоянного и переменного тока. Предложено спроектированное устройство, которое защищает электродвигатель от превышения предельно допустимых параметров, указанных в паспорте на электрооборудование. Приведён пример работы на автоматизированном стенде с помощью виртуального прибора, созданного в программе LabVIEW. Установлено, что стенд позволяет получать визуализацию всех измеряемых параметров в реальном времени и сохраняет полученные данные в память компьютера. Таким образом, автоматизация стенда диагностики судовых электрических машин позволяет повысить эффективность проводимых на нём работ, путём сокращения трудоемкости и повышением качества выполняемых операций.The paper presents one of the options for increasing the efficiency of diagnostics of ship electrical equipment that has undergone repair by automating the test bench. The developed block diagram of an automated system for collecting and processing data, as well as a block diagram of a test bench for testing DC and AC electric machines, is presented. A designed device is proposed that protects the electric motor from exceeding the maximum permissible parameters indicated in the passport for electrical equipment. An example of work on an automated stand using a virtual device created in the LabVIEW program is given. It was found that the stand allows you to get a visualization of all measured parameters in real time and saves the data in computer memory. Thus, the automation of the diagnostic stand of marine electrical machines allows you to increase the efficiency of the work carried out on it, by reducing the complexity and improving the quality of operations.

The technology of cybernetic models’ creating for the synthesis and refinement of algorithms for controlling the autonomous underwater vehicle’s (AUV’s) motion is considered. The paper gives a description of the following sequence of actions performed at each stage of the cybernetic model development: dynamic model type and parameters identification, controller type selection, construction and analysis of the considered control loop block diagram, determination of the controller’s optimal parameters. The synthesis of heading, pitch and depth stabilization regulators for streamlined shape AUV during propulsion engines controlling is performed. The results of numerical modeling and research of the various factors influence on the quality of control are presented.

This research was conducted in one of automotive manufacturing industry of shock absorber. Air remaining is the process of preparing Shock Absorber to achieve ideal conditions i.e. ready to test the quality of its damping power. The trick is to remove the gas fluid contained in the cylinder so that the fluid remaining in the cylinder is just the oil fluid. If there is still a gas fluid left in the cylinder at the moment of the damping test, the Shock Absorber will experience momentary loss of power and this will greatly affect the quality of the Shock Absorber. The high frequency of repetition in the process of testing the quality of the damping power Shock Absorber on the Damping Force Tester machine due to not ideally Shock Absorber condition. This condition is one of them caused by the error of method in previous process that is air remaining process. Based on the above problems, then we research and design of new methods of operation of auto air remaining machine and design the control system. The method used is to utilize the gravity and the density of the two types of fluid, namely oil and gas to optimize the elimination process in Auto Air Remaining machine. The gas fluid can be perfectly eliminated. Control system design using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The Input and Output of PLC has used are 19 of inputs and 19 outputs. This method ensures the removal of the remaining air process.

ABSTRACT The analysis of the possibility of improving the quality of control of circulating oil of high-speed diesel by polarization is carried out. Remote quality control of circulating oil is based on irradiation of the oil surface with an electromagnetic wave of linear polarization and reception of the reflected wave of vertical or horizontal polarization. Based on the result of measuring the reflected power, a decision is made regarding the internal structure of the oil to which this signal corresponds, by comparing its value with the criterion value for the quality structure of the oil. Keywords: circulating oil, high-speed diesel, dielectric constant of oil, emitted and reflected waves, criterion value.
