The author has elaborated an expert system to control partnering relations with a construction enterprise. The expert system is based on Mamdani fuzzy model. The purpose of the system is to improve the indices of assessing a construction enterprise by raising the level of partnering relations with other transactors in industry. The system indicates a recommendation supporting a decision-making system of any given construction enterprise and stating whether relations are to be preserved, changed or changed immediately to each of the fourteen relation parameters and for each of four transactors of enterprise's microenvironment. For every relation parameter, this decision is taken by the expert system with reference to the significance and assessment of this parameter identifying its influence on the success of a construction enterprise. Another task of the expert system is to select one parameter for each transactor which needs to be changed first. The process of choosing the parameter to be changed first for a given transactor is based on all input parameters. Santrauka Autorė sukūrė ekspertinę sistemą, padedančią kontroliuoti partnerystės santykius statybos įmonėje. Ekspertinė sistema pagrįsta Mamdani neapibrėžtumo modeliu. Šios sistemos tikslas—pagerinti statybos įmonės rodiklius keliant partnerystės santykių su kitais pramonės dalyviais lygį. Sprendimų paramos sistema, kuri gali būti taikoma bet kurioje statybos įmonėje, teikia rekomendacijas ir nurodo, ar partnerystės santykiai su kiekvienu iš keturių įmonės mikroaplinkos dalyvių turi būti išsaugoti, ar pakeisti, ar skubiai pakeisti, atsižvelgiant į kiekvieną iš keturiolikos santykius apibrėžiančių parametrų. Ekspertinė sistema priima sprendimus pagal kiekvieną santykius apibrėžiantį parametrą, atsižvelgiant į parametro reikšmingumą statybos įmonės veiklos sėkmei. Kitas ekspertinės sistemos uždavinys—parinkti kiekvienam dalyviui po vieną santykius apibrėžiantį parametrą, kuris turi būti pakeistas pirmiausia. Parametras, kuris turi būti pakeistas pirmiausia tam tikram dalyviui yra parenkamas atsižvelgiant į visus įvesties parametrus.

Now, the prophase preparation work of PCA process planning takes longer time, and it is prone to errors and lacks of through consideration and optimization. In addition, PCA process planning does not retain abundant knowledge and experience by good technological tool and means. This situation has no longer been suitable for the current development speed of PCA product. The purpose of this paper is to satisfy with efficient PCA process planning by using expert system technology with PCA process characteristic. A PCA process design-making expert system based on knowledge is designed and developed. This paper also shows system work-flow, knowledge management and process decision-making flow in detail.

The author proposes fourteen parameters for assessing partnering relations in construction enterprises. By means of these parameters, experts in construction enterprises apply a five‐point scale in order to evaluate enterprise relations with four transactors within its microenvironment. The parameters describing relationships are adopted as assessment criteria. The question of selecting the best construction enterprise for cooperation is a multi‐criteria issue. The author's solution is based on the ELECTRE III method and elaborates two alternative methods of selecting the best construction enterprise on the basis of the analysis of partnering relations between construction enterprises being studied and their transactors within the microenvironment and indicates one of the above introduced methods as preference. Two methods have been developed with a view to supporting a decision‐making system in a construction enterprise as regards the choice of a subcontractor. Relevant calculations can be made by the enterprise decision‐maker using the ConRel programme elaborated by the Cracow University of Technology. Santrauka Siūloma 14 parametru, kaip statybos imonese ivertinti partnerystes santykius. Remdamiesi šiais parametrais, statybos imoniu ekspertai pagal penkiabale sistema ivertina imones santykius su keturiais jos mikroaplinkoje veikiančiais partneriais. Santykius apibūdinantys parametrai naudojami kaip vertinimo kriterijai. Geriausios statybos imones pasirinkimas bendradarbiavimui – daugiakriterinis klausimas. Autores pateiktas sprendimas pagristas ELECTRE III metodu. Ji nagrineja du alternatyvius metodus, kaip geriausia statybos imone pasirinkti išanalizavus partnerystes santykius tarp nagrinejamu statybos imoniu ir mikroaplinkoje veikiančiu ju partneriu. Vienam metodui ji teike pirmenybe. Abu metodai papildo statybos imones sprendimu priemimo sistema, kai reikia pasirinkti subrangova. Imoneje sprendimus priimantis asmuo reikiamus skaičiavimus gali atlikti naudodamasis ConRel programa, parengta Krokuvos technologijos universitete.

The paper considers a fuzzy model of a system for the control of bakery products technology, as one of the tools for use in an expert system for making decisions. On the grounds of the selected parameters the technological process of the manufacture of bakery products in a small bakery is evaluated and the results of experiments and the operation of the fuzzy control model are compared.
