Individual distance teaching introduces individual services in traditional network teaching, overall considers learning conditions of students at different levels and the relevance of teaching contents so as to make the individual learning program for students in the learning process. Meanwhile, it provides students with the most matched teaching resources. At present, the common network teaching system has the problems of insufficient intelligence and lack of individuation. Agent-based individual network teaching system is an autonomous intelligence system with immediate feedback. It is provided with real-time monitoring and information filtering function as well as teaching analysis and collaborative learning function. Based on the study on Agent technology and current situation of network teaching, Agent-based individual network teaching system was constructed in this paper. The practical application effect of the network teaching system was analyzed by taking the course Modern History outline of China as the object of experiment. This paper provided theoretical and data support for the research on individual distance teaching and network teaching system so as to exploit the potential development direction of future network teaching.

The key of the network teaching system is how to provide appropriate teaching resources and adopt different teaching strategies according to different users. In this paper, data mining is used in network teaching system, and builds a personalized network resources database. According to the information of the user, find the relevant rules and provide the learning resources for each learner to adapt to their needs. The results demonstrate that this proposed approach for improving the level of personalized service in network teaching system is effective.

In the basis of the integration of traditional and network teaching, a network teaching system based on webquest and mindmap was established. Around webquest and mindmap, the main modules of the system had been designed and a new inquiry teaching model had been established, in which the teacher-leading and student-centered idea was introduced and intellectual analysis feedback circle was designed. By inputting teaching tasks, teaching situation and teaching resources, and by means of teacher's just-in-time guidance and student's thinking and inquiry, the system could output the final complete mind maps and inquiry conclusions. The system was applied to the "principles of computer network" course and empirical research was carried out in the experimental class. The experimental results show that, the network teaching system can stimulate student's learning interest, and improve student's comprehensive qualities and innovation ability.

As a new teaching assistance system, mobile network teaching system is built for those learners whose learning space position and time are irregular and self-learning requests increase. From the view of expanding the mobile function on the Moodle platform, this paper sets up a mobile network teaching system supporting different mobile devices access the system through wireless communication network, which meet teachers’ and students’ needs to get teaching resources conveniently, fast and efficiently and self-learn anytime, anywhere.

The traditional English teaching system has certain problems in the acquisition of teaching resources and the innovation of teaching models. In order to improve the effect of subsequent English online teaching, this paper improves the machine learning algorithm to make it a core algorithm that can be used by artificial intelligence systems. Moreover, this paper combines the WBIETS system to expand the system function, analyzes the needs of the English network teaching system, and constructs the system function modules and logical structure. The data layer, logic layer, and presentation layer in the system constructed in this paper are independent of each other and can be effectively expanded when subsequent requirements change. In addition, this paper solves the problem of acquiring English teaching resources through the WBIETS system. To evaluate the performance of the English network teaching system, this paper performs comprehensive mathematical and experimental analysis. The experimental results show that the system constructed in this paper basically meets the actual teaching requirements.

With the development of network education, the importance of the research network teaching system is more and more prominent.
