A computing model in which the computing resources such as hardware, software and data are provided as a service via web browser or light-weight desktop machine on the internet is termed as Cloud computing. This computing model demolishes the requirement of keeping the resources of computer locally hence reducing the cost of worthy resources (Llorente, Montero & Moreno, 2012). A typical cloud is affected by various security concerns such as Temporary Denial of Service (TDOS) attacks, hijacking session issues, flashing attacks and theft of user identity. The motto of this study is to overcome the research gap between the cloud security constraints and the existing security danger. An investigation into the present cloud service models, presently applied security measures, security standards and their level of flawless shielding has been done. This thematic study helped in disclosing various security issues and their counter measures whereas the empirical study facilitated in acknowledgement of the botherings of users and security analysts in regards to those solution strategy. The empirical methods used in this research were interviews and questionnaires to justify the theoretical findings and to gain the originality of practitioners dealing with cloud security

Abstract –Today Security issue is the topmost problem in the cloud computing environment. It leads to serious discomfort to the Governance and end-users. Numerous security solutions and policies are available however practically ineffective in use. Most of the security solutions are centered towards cloud technology and cloud service providers only and no consideration has been given to the Network, accessing, and device securities at the end-user level. The discomfort at the end-user level was left untreated. The security of the various public, private networks, variety of devices used by end-users, accessibility, and capacity of end-users is left untreated. This leads towards the strong need for the possible modification of the security architecture for data security at all levels and secured service delivery. This leads towards the strong need for the possible adaption of modified security measures and provisions, which shall provide secured hosting and service delivery at all levels and reduce the security gap between the cloud service providers and end-users. This paper investigates the study and analyze the security architecture in the Cloud environment of Govt. of India and suggest the modifications in the security architecture as per the changing scenario and to fulfill the future needs for the secured service delivery from central up to the end-user level. Keywords: Cloud Security, Security in GI Cloud, Cloud Security measures, Security Assessment in GI Cloud, Proposed Security for GI cloud

Cloud computing is one of the emerged technologies in the past decade. Tremendous growth is noticed in the usage and implementation of Cloud computing. Although cloud spectrum is widely popular still there are lot of challenges and issues to be addressed for its optimal usage. Vulnerabilities and threats to the cloud services leads to attacks and exploitation of resources as well as data breaches and privacy violations that need to be addressed at the cloud customer satisfaction level. This paper highlights different cloud security issues and their security requirements. The review aspects and findings of the paper can be used as a reference for further appropriate and effective implementation from the suggested practically viable cloud security solution in an independent manner or using as a hybrid technique.

Cloud computing refers to the basic setup for an emerging model of service delivery, that has the advantage of decreasing the cost by sharing computing, infrastructure including storage resources. This can be combined with on-demand delivery mechanism relying on a pay-per-use model. Cloud computing offers an added level of risk because of essential services provided by it to a third party, which makes it difficult to maintain data privacy and security. Security in cloud computing is a critical aspect, which has various issues and challenges related to it. Cloud service providers/ brokers and the cloud service users should make aware of safety cloud. That is the cloud is safe enough from all kinds of the threats, so that the users do not face any problem like; loss of data or data theft. There is a possibility that, a malicious user can enters the cloud by imitating an authentic user, thus corrupt the entire cloud. It can affect many users who are sharing these types of clouds. This chapter mentions the list of parameters that disturb the security of the cloud. This also explores the cloud security issues and challenges faced by cloud service provider/brokers and cloud service users like; data, privacy, and infected application. Finally, it discusses the countermeasure for handling these issues and its challenges.

Establishing identity has become very difficult in the vastly crowded cloud computing environment. The need for a trustworthy cloud authentication phenomenon has increased in the wake of heightened concerns about authentication and rapid advancements in cloud computing, database access, and Internet communication. Face recognition is a non-intrusive method, and facial characteristics are probably most common biometrics features used by humans to identify others. Authentication for cloud computing using face recognition is based on security issues related to data access and cloud database in a cloud. It can provide a satisfactory level of security measures to users and service providers, cloud consumers, and different organizations. In this chapter, the authors cover different research aspects related to cloud security.

Cloud computing means a set of Information Technology services offered to the users over the web on a rented base. Cloud computing has several benefits like pliable, planning, scalability, combination, and rebate .Security is one in every of the most challenges that hinder the expansion of cloud computing. This study introduces a brief analysis of the issues and challenges of cloud computing security. “Cloud computing services will be varied and must be defined from the perspective of the users of the service. Security of information keep within the cloud is most imperative test publically cloud setting. Due the security issues, information are uncovered by Cloud Service Providers (CSP) and others clients of cloud. To verify the information from security lapse, we are using Security Algorithm , named MONcrypt SSA to protect the data in cloud depository . The proposed technique is depend on information jumbling strategies. The MONcrypt SSA depends on Security as a Service (SEaaS). In this we can utilize the JAVA to recreation of results is utilized for measure the security of propose and existing jumbling procedures. MONcrypt contrast and present jumbling procedure that is Base64Encoding .The anticipated strategy gives better and shrewd security in examination with present obscurity strategies. Not at all like present system, MONcrypt diminishes the size of information that will be transferred in distributed storage.

Cloud enables computing as a utility by offering convenient, on-demand network access to a centralized pool of configurable computing resources that can be rapidly deployed with great efficiency and minimal management overhead. In order to realize the benefits of the innovative cloud computing paradigm, companies must overcome heightened risks and security threats associated with it. Security and privacy in cloud is complex owing to newer dimensions in problem scope such as multi-tenant architectures and shared infrastructure, elasticity, measured services, viability etc. In this paper, we survey existing literature on cloud security issues and risks which then guides us to provide a section on auditing based to address the identified risks. We also provide a discourse on risk assessment frameworks to highlight benefits using such structured methods for understanding risks. The main contribution of the paper is investigation of current innovations in cloud computing that are targeted towards assisting in effective management of aforementioned risks and security issues. The compilation of discussed solutions has been developed to cater to specific cloud security, compliance and privacy requirements across industries by cloud service providers, software-as-a-service (SaaS) application vendors and advisory firms.

Cloud computing is a technology where it provides software, platform, infrastructure, security and everything as a service. But this technology faces many security issues because all the data or information are stored in the hands of the third party. The cloud users unable to know where the data are store in the cloud environment and also it is very difficult to analyze the trustworthiness of the cloud service providers. In this technology providing security is a very big challenging task. This challenge was overcome by developing different cloud security algorithms using cryptographic techniques. Recently many researchers identified that if the cryptographic algorithms are combined in a hybrid manner it will increase the security in the cloud environment. Even though, many research works are still carried out to improve security in the cloud computing environment. In this research article, a new step was taken to develop a new cloud security algorithm
