Purpose: Social media healthcare is becoming increasingly important in healthcare as many individuals seek healthcare information and support through online social media platforms. Social media healthcare is an emerging field; however, it is not clear what factors influence an individual’s acceptance of its usage. Based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, the study explores the factors that influence acceptance of social media usage for healthcare by consumers. Design/Method: Using a purposive sampling approach, the researchers sent a validated questionnaire link to participants through social media platforms. A total of 260 responses from respondents were analyzed using SmartPLS3. Results: Analysis of the data revealed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and satisfaction significantly impact consumers’ behavior intention to embrace social media health information. The effect of four identified factors: “PE” (β = .415, t-value = 3.194, p < .001), “EE” (β = -. 3.98, t-value = 2.443, p < .015), “SI” (β = .593, t-value = 3.774, p < .000), “SAT” (β = .312, t-value = 2.676, p < .008). Conclusions: Social media health is vital to healthcare seekers, especially where it enables consumers to manage their health. On implication, the study provides healthcare givers and professionals insight on how to approach and advance social media healthcare education and interaction with consumers.

Cyber Security is a process that’s designed to protect networks and devices from external threats. It is important because it protects all categories of data from theft and damage. This paper addresses Cyber Security, Need of Cyber security and its Measures. In today’s world we found that the amount of threats like data theft, scams, and phishing are increasing day-by-day. So this explains how the cyber security is important while dealing with internet. It can be prevented by following the security measures. To overcome the barriers related to security issues we have to spread awareness about cyber security and its measures. Cyber security is one of the most important aspects of the fast-paced growing digital world. The threats of it are hard to deny, there is no perfect solution for cybercrimes but we should try our best to minimize them.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a multigenic endocrine disorder observed in women of reproductive age. Although the condition is characterized by the presence of polycystic ovaries and excess production of androgens, the exact aetiology has not been well deciphered due to the unavailability of a suitable model organism. Defects in the two prime biomarkers namely CYP11A and CYP19A1, have been found to play a role in disease progression. The objective of this study was to carry out an in-silico assessment of these two genes to identify a potential model organism for the efficacious study of PCOS. Bioinformatics tools such as BLAST and EMBOSS were used for local and global alignment respectively, to find sequence homology and thereby, establish a model organism. Sequence comparison was followed by phylogenetic analysis and secondary structure prediction of the enzymes encoded by the respective genes. Our in-silico study revealed Gorilla gorilla to be an ideal candidate for the study of PCOS owing to its high sequence and structural similarities with the human gene counterparts. Future prospects of the research include in-vitro analysis of the biomarkers on Gorilla gorilla ovarian theca cell line to pave the way for therapy.

Due to the limited availability of fresh water and the high cost of land for plant culture, microalgae cultivation has attracted significant attention in recent years and has been shown to be the best option for CO2 bio-sequestration. Bio-sequestration of CO2 through algae bioreactors has been hailed as one of the most promising and ecologically benign methods available. This research study was taken up to alleviate certain limitations associated with the technology such as low CO2 sequestration efficiency and low biomass yields. In this study three distinct cyanobacterial strains, Chlorella sp., Synechococcus sp., and Spirulina sp., were tested in 10 litre raceway ponds for their capacity for CO2 bioconversion and high biomass production under various CO2 concentrations at different EC. The highest growth rate of all tested cyanobacterial strains was observed during the first 4 days of cultivation under CO2 5% to 10%. Additionally, all these cyanobacterial strains were explored for their bioremediation capabilities. The results showed that the Chlorella sp., Synechococcus sp., and Spirulina sp. were able to remove COD of the wastewater by 56%, 48% and 77% respectively and the BOD removal efficiency was 48%, 30% and 52% respectively. The primary results indicated that the Spirulina sp. was to be the best cynobacteria studied in terms of biomass production, CO2 bioconversion, and bioremediation capacities. Therefore, the Spirulina sp. was further scaled up in 1500 litre raceway pond for CO2 bio-sequestration and biomass production. The biomass collected was utilised to extract biomolecules such as protein, carbohydrate and lipids.

ICT stands for Information and Communication Technology. ICT plays a vital role in developing the rural area in various sector, it has helped to develop the rural sector in tremendous way. It is used in rural area for the growth of various field like education, agriculture, medical treatment and many other. However due to lack of growth and awareness about ICT among the rural people the process of development is very less, still it has a tremendous impact in the growth of rural area. The rural people need to know the importance of ICT for the faster improvement of rural sector this will also help ICT to work more efficiently. This paper mainly focused the different application of ICT in various sector to improve the condition of rural area and the challenges faced by ICT to develop rural areas.

Cyber Security is the protection of computer systems and networks from information disclosure, theft of or damage to their hardware, software, or electronic data, as well as from the disruption or misdirection of the services they provide. So basically it is the application of technologies, processes and controls to protect systems, networks, programs, devices and data from cyber attacks. It aims to reduce the risks of cyber attacks and protect against the unauthorized exploitation of systems, networks and technologies. Whenever we think about the cyber security the first thing that comes to our mind is ‘cyber crimes’ which are increasing immensely day by day. Various Governments and companies are taking many measures in order to prevent these cyber crimes. Besides various measures cyber security is still a very big concern to many. This paper mainly focuses on some of the techniques and perspectives on transforming the cyber security. Here we have discussed a new posture for cyber security in a networked world which explains how companies can use organizational structure and governance to enhance cyber security protections.

Benzaldehyde and its derivatives are the simplest in aromatic aldehydes and have wide range of use in different industries. Due to this reason, there exist a vast field of study of substituted benzaldehydes. Quantum mechanical calculations of geometries, energies, vibrational wave numbers and thermodynamic constants have been performed with Gaussian 09 program package using the beece-3-Lee-Yang-Parr- (B3LYP) functional supplemented with the standard 6-31G (DP). The optimized geometrical parameters obtained by computational methods. The thermodynamic properties as heat capacity, entropy and enthalpy of the titled compounds are derived also dipole moment, Polarizability and hyperpolarizability are calculated along with brief study of HOMO-LUMO is done.

India is a developing country and for its growth and advancement it is important to bring positive changes and implement new techniques .In this highly populated country ,it's crucial to tackle with the major issues like chronic unemployment ,high level of illiteracy ,women empowerment ,lack of medical facilities, etc. Strengthening and boosting rural livelihood plays a main role into development. The paper is focusing on promoting the rural economy and improving quality of life in remote places. ICT i.e. information and communication technology is powerful media for overcoming these challenges. ICT focuses on improving agriculture activities and enforcing communication and information technologies, helps people in rural area to grow and to create more sources of income. And decrease the poverty rate of the country. And this includes promoting sustainable agriculture, empowering women, introduce new techniques and equitable access to land, water, financial resources, education to all, strengthen health-care facilities, arrange training and awareness programs, expand access to market, promote gender equality and many more. ICT is helping and changing livelihoods of many and if this continues so there will be no gap between rural area and urban area.
