Several field studies have shown low levels of implementation of this type of catalog in organizations in various countries around the world, which is accentuated in public organizations. To address this problem, the main objective of this research is to demonstrate the contribution of a methodology for the construction of a catalog of information technology services in the management of technology services aimed at public entities, which is tested and assessed in terms of its levels of contribution to the information management of technology services. The methodology used in this research was tested and evaluated by 46 IT professionals working in public organizations in Ecuador, verifying the contribution levels of the proposal in four aspects: 1) the identification of information technology services, 2) the classification of information technology services, 3) feedback from the service catalog as a transversal component, and 4) the automation of all the processes described. Favourable results were obtained regarding the proposed methodology.

Indonesia's digital economy continues to experience positive growth. The growth of the digital economy causes the volume of digital banking transactions to continue to increase. This shows the potential in utilizing the fintech market to the fullest. However, this market has not been utilized properly because there are still unbankable people who have not been accessed by banking services. The presence of fintech is expected to be a solution to target the unbanked population. Based on the existing potential, fintech has the opportunity to be developed to increase the financial inclusion of Islamic banking in accordance with the 2020-2025 Islamic Banking Roadmap in Indonesia. With the largest Muslim population in Indonesia and through the role of Generation Z, which is a generation that grew up in the digital era, this can be a potential in increasing the role of fintech as an effort towards inclusiveness for the unbankable community. With the increase in community inclusiveness, it can encourage the acceleration of the development of Islamic banking. This study aims to optimize the role of fintech development in Islamic banking in achieving the objectives of the 2020-2025 Islamic Banking Roadmap in Indonesia. The method used in this research is quantitative research with data collection techniques through literature reviews and questionnaires. The results show that the majority of Generation Z have access to good fintech financial services. Thus, generation Z has a role in increasing the financial inclusion of Islamic banking through the use of technology services, namely fintech, so that in the end, increasingly inclusive banking finance can support the achievement of the vision of the sharia banking roadmap that has been launched by the OJK.

Abstract About one in five Americans is engaged in providing care to a family member. Caregivers (unpaid family members or friends) support older adults and persons with disability with a variety of conditions, including challenges in physical, cognitive, and mental health. In California, 4.5 million family caregivers are assisting individuals over the age of 18. The CA Department of Health Care Services funds 11 Caregiver Resource Centers (CRC) to support caregivers and, in 2019, provided support to expand information technology services through adoption of a statewide online assessment platform and client portal, CareNav™, to serve as a client record and referral tool. CareNav™ facilitates collection of consistent state-wide data that can inform program improvement and policy. This study evaluated the implementation process from the perspective of 35 CRC team members in guided focus group discussions. CRC staff identified several potential benefits to adopting CareNav™, including ease of client access and convenience, the ability to aggregate data to inform planning and policy, and a streamlined process for resource sharing. Challenges included customizing site-specific data needs, as well as concerns about equitable access to internet services. Ongoing evaluation will focus on validation and visualization of data, and translation of data into actionable information to improve quality and reach.

The use of new technology for educators makes it difficult for educators to update existing learning, knowledge skills, and various knowledge. However, the application of technology to the attitude of educators in adopting new technology is joined with the covid-19 pandemic, which requires educators to prepare technology. Technology readiness (TR) becomes a model in preparing technology that characterizes individuals using and adopting new technologies to achieve the desired goals. Perceived usefulness is an essential indicator of the attitude we take in the use of specific technologies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the TR of perceived usefulness in learning in the Covid-19 era. This research focuses on providing a general understanding and awareness of the importance of TR in everyday life. This type of research is quantitative, using univariate analysis and simple linear regression. This research design includes correlational research. The number of samples was 215 students were involved. The data collection tool uses an online questionnaire. The result is that school teacher education students in Yogyakarta have high TR abilities and positively affect perceived usefulness. This research implies that educators or stakeholders realize the importance of TR and technology services by encouraging positive attitudes towards technology to reduce reluctance to use technology.

Abstract In the big data environment, we develop personalized information of college libraries based on big data from three aspects: the overall architecture of the system model, the functional model of the system, and the design of system interface modules according to the design principles and requirements of the personalized information service system of the university library Service system design. In terms of the functional design of the platform, the service platform is divided into four levels: accurate identification of user needs based on big data, personalized customized services based on artificial intelligence, academic research and discussion space based on integrated media, and fine-grained subject resource aggregation based on knowledge. On this basis, a centralized model of individualized services of university libraries including internal and external personnel, information resources, technology, services, processes, platforms, and environment has been constructed.

Abstract The development of financial technology services has experienced extraordinary growth and can alter as source of fund for the community, especially start-up business or small scale entrepreneur. This development has also followed by negative aspect, namely the growth in the percentage of bad credit or the default rate of loan repayments of more than 90 days (TWP90). This is exacerbated by the absence of a sufficient regulation regarding the settlement of non-performing loans or defaults where this will cause high risk for fin-tech operators and financiers (investors). In fin-tech services, there are 3 legal relationships arise: 1) namely between loan recipients and loan service providers; 2) between service providers and lenders, and 3) between loan recipients and lenders. In addition, the validity of electronic agreements made in fin-tech services does not in conflict with the norms according to article 1320 BW concerning validity of agreement. Legal action that can be taken by fin-tech operators and investors are through litigation or non-litigation procedure respectively mediation, adjudication and arbitration. Keywords: Financial Technology; Fintech; Loans; Debt;Litigation; Non-Litigation.
