Role of Social Pedagogue in Teamwork in Educational and Other Institutions

As helper professions, social pedagogical professions relate to working with behavioral problems, emotions, and working on interpersonal human relationships in order to provide assistance to others, people who are in crisis, distress, and who need it. The goal is to achieve changes in the behavior and activities of the individual, which requires interdisciplinarity and teamwork. In order to successfully perform work in institutions where they find their place social pedagogues and be successful members of the team that works with its members, all engaged professionals need to know the essence, reasons, prerequisites, criteria that the working group needs to meet in order to act as a team. The study will contribute to improving the quality of life of all categories of educators with whom they work, all of which will contribute to faster, more efficient, and rational resolution of practical problems in the field of education and educational work.

The article examines the influence of social capital on the quality of life of the Russian population and its particular components. The authors point to the problem associated with the social capital of the individual and determine the levels, namely the micro-level (interaction of individuals), meso-level (interaction with organizations), and macro-level (interaction with government bodies, etc.), which form the social capital. In the course of the analysis, the authors reveal the theoretical and methodological approaches of foreign and Russian scientists to the concept of social capital and its components. Based on empirical data from sociological research conducted in 2019, the article analyzes the structure of values of the adult population of Russia, highlights the characteristics of social capital and the degree of their influence on the formation of the quality of life. In the course of the research, the authors focus on the micro-level of the formation and influence of social capital, highlighting such components as a social activity and material security of an individual. In the course of the study, it was found that the social capital of a person affects the quality of a person's life, to a certain extent, forming the circle of his/her interests and values, as well as providing real opportunities for the realization of the interests of the individual and meeting his/her needs. The obtained results of the analysis can be useful for further study of the quality of life.

The subject of this research is the state of economic security of municipalities and their role in ensuring economic security of the Russian regions. The object of this research is provision of economic security of the Russian regions. The article employs the methods of qualitative, quantitative and multi-criteria analysis for ranking regions and municipalities, as well as the methods of systematization and generalization. The author substantiates the relevance of ensuring economic security on the regional and municipal levels due to the fact that the crucial socioeconomic processes associated with economic activity of an the individual and phenomena determining the quality of life take place namely in the regions and municipalities. The main conclusion consists in determination and application of the most significant scientific approaches and methodologies, as well as best organizational practice of ensuring economic security of the municipalities, which allows detecting the threats and threshold values of the indicators of economic security indicators, and improving the quality of assessment of their level of economic security. This enables the mobilization of municipalities in the activity of ensuring their economic security and socioeconomic development. Experience has proven that the level of economic activity and quality of life is growing in the regions, where municipalities successfully solve the issues of their economic security. The scientific novelty of this study consists in revealing and analyzing the currently most important results in the sphere of economic security of the regions and municipalities, as well as in outlining the promising directions of research and their use in solution of the issues of economic security and socioeconomic development of the Russian regions and municipalities.

BACKGROUND With the emergence of health psychology and clinical psychology, the interplay between psychologists and health in medical sciences has become a growing topic of interest, which is visible in enhancing the quality of health status and wellbeing in clinical practices. Health requires interdisciplinary team assessments in addressing the holistic needs of the individual. Thus, understanding the cognitive process will help in understanding how to prevent tumor prognosis and body dysfunctions through any possible means. OBJECTIVE The ultimate aim of the present study is to analyses the role of psychologists in identifying patients' emotional and mental suffering for quality of life. It is also to identify the contributions of the psychologists in restoring, maintaining, and promoting health and wellbeing in the individual life experiences. METHODS The current study is an analytical review of the collective documents and literature. RESULTS Psychologists with adequate working knowledge in treatment procedure and functioning were visible more effective in attending to the patient's needs with regards to pain and symptom management. The contributions of the psychologist's inpatient ill experience serve as a critical care medicine that restores patient psycho-emotional and mental wellbeing helps in revitalizing the individual physical strength and delivers the quality of life. It is a restoration therapy against mental disharmony and emotional suffering in clinical practices. The psychologists not only address the disorder issues but also work in order to prevent it from happening in individual experience by identifying several causes of stressors with timely and appropriate treatment interventions. CONCLUSIONS Among all the assessments that existed in the mental health diagnosis, the interventions of the clinical psychologists play the most crucial role in encountering the existential disorders and the stressors challenges for quality assessment and positive health outcomes. The psychological skills, knowledge, and principles are the core elements for the mental diagnostic process, in preventing health risk behavior, disability, and its negative outcomes. The intervention of the psychotherapeutic approach is visible effective in alleviating patient mental instability, disabilities, discomfort, and enhances mental wellbeing. It is also helpful in maintaining health, promoting health conditions, improves the health care system, and formulated quality treatment plans and policies. In a clinical setting, the goal of psychotherapy is to act in the best interest of the patient by preserving patient autonomy, integrity, dignity, and to promote social roles and responsibilities. In mentally ill diagnosis patients experience several stressors that need special attention through multidisciplinary team interventions to encounter with the biological, social, emotional, and spiritual domains of needs, which were mostly the outcomes of patient acute disorder symptoms. Thus, the integration of biomedicine with the psychological approach to mentally ill diagnosis is the only effective way to enhance patient quality of life and wellbeing. The psychologists, on the other hand, received numerous training to encounter with the intellectual challenges, psychotic and neurotic understanding of the human brain and emotions through the neuroscientific approach to the causes of human mental disorders. The role of psychologists is not only to enhance the treatment process; they can conduct clinician group discussions on effective coping skills, strategies, educate patients and family on mental health diagnosis procedures, and the importance of the psychological aspect of mental health care. It is also important to have a psychodynamic evaluation of the treatment procedure and its progression to formulate a better treatment plan.

Resumo: A atuação do profissional farmacêutico se tornou indispensável no cuidado com a saúde do idoso. principalmente na educação de um consumo de medicamentos consciente e seguro. Em decorrência do envelhecimento, o indivíduo se torna mais propenso a evoluções patológicas, e assim aumentando o consumo de medicamentos. Isso amplia as possibilidades de erros relacionados aos fármacos, como interações, reações adversas e incidentes relacionados a administração medicamentosa. Desta forma, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo realizar uma revisão integrativa sobre a importância do acompanhamento farmacêutico na promoção da qualidade de vida dos idosos polimedicados e detectar prováveis riscos relacionados ao uso de medicamentos. A metodologia empregada consiste em um estudo de pesquisa bibliográfica com abordagem integrativa. A busca pelas publicações foi realizada através das plataformas Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Pubmed, Google Acadêmico e Periódico CAPES. A literatura disponível indica que o farmacêutico possui papel fundamental na orientação medicamentosa do idoso polimedicado, garantindo um tratamento farmacoterapêutico mais eficaz e seguro, e assim proporcionando maior qualidade de vida durante o processo de envelhecimento.Palavras-chave: Automedicação; Polifarmácia; Uso Inadequado de medicamentos. Abstract: The role of the pharmacist has become essential in caring for the health of the elderly. mainly in the education of a conscious and safe consumption of medicines. As a result of aging, the individual becomes more prone to pathological developments, thus increasing the consumption of medications. This expands the possibilities of drug-related errors, such as interactions, adverse reactions and incidents related to drug administration. Thus, this study aimed to carry out an integrative review on the importance of pharmaceutical monitoring in promoting the quality of life of polymedicated elderly people and detecting probable risks related to the use of medication. The methodology used consists of a bibliographic research study with an integrative approach. The search for publications was performed using Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Pubmed, Google Scholar and Periódico CAPES. The available literature indicates that the pharmacist has a fundamental role in the medication guidance of the polymedicated elderly, ensuring a more effective and safer pharmacotherapeutic treatment, and thus providing a better quality of life during the aging process.Keywords: Inappropriate use of medications.
