“Black-box” warnings report valuable postmarketing safety data about prescription drugs, keeping practitioners informed about potential adverse events, drug interactions, key dosing information, monitoring and administration requirements, and at-risk patient populations. They are especially crucial for newly approved agents. A list of agents with black-box warnings does not currently exist; however Hospital Pharmacy will be publishing comprehensive lists by drug category in this column until November 2002. At that time, a complete list in wall chart form will be released. Hospital Pharmacy will update the data as salient information becomes available.

Purpose Roadmapping has been used as an approach to support market, product and technology-integrated planning, resulting in a document commonly known as a roadmap. Despite the gains made in relation to the technique, recent studies indicate that most users leave or have difficulties in sustaining the process (i.e. maintaining the updated roadmaps). This paper aims to present a framework for continuous roadmap updating that incorporates principles from agile management fields. Design/methodology/approach The framework was developed through action research in a manufacturing firm in the construction industry. Findings The results demonstrate a positive impact on the degree of continuous information monitoring, roadmap credibility and use of the roadmap during innovation strategy decisions. Originality/value The key contribution of this framework is the demonstration of a new strategy for carrying out the maps in which information is internalized by the organization itself, using agile teams, without commissioned specialists and as part of the work standards.

In order to solve data lack of underground water research and monitoring situation, a wide range underground water lever dynamic information monitoring network system was designed. Remote monitoring terminal based on the techniques of embedded and wireless transmission monitored the change of underground water level; Monitoring analysis center based on the JAVA technology of B/S architecture was designed to inquiry the real-time data, set parameter and analyze data, etc. An approximate water level point was obtained by adopting the modified small period prediction model and the weight distribution method. This enhances reliability of monitored data. By utilizing the technology of GPRS wireless data transmission and Ethernet technology, a remote and real-time data transmission channel was build. Large area application in Shanxi Province shows that the system has the stable performance and the reasonable structure. System can provide long-term reliable data for underground water research.

BACKGROUND Obtaining comprehensive epidemic information for the targeted global infection disease is crucial for travel health. However, different infectious disease information websites may have various purposes which may lead misunderstanding for travelers and travel health staff for the accurate epidemic control and managmement. OBJECTIVE Developed A Global Infectious Diseases Epidemic Information Monitoring System (GIDEIMS),in order to get comprehensive and timely global epidemic information. METHODS Distributed web crawler and cloud agent acceleration technology are used to automatically collect epidemic information for more than 200 infectious diseases from 26 established epidemic websites and Baidu news. Natural language processing and in-depth learning technology have been developed to intelligently process epidemic information collected in 28 languages. Currently, the GIDEIMS presents world epidemic information using a geographical map, including date, disease name and reported cases of different countries , epidemic situations in China, etc. RESULTS In order to make a practical assessment of the GIDEIMS, on July 16, 2019, We checked infectious disease data collected from GIDEIMS and other websites. Compared with the Global Incident Map and Outbreak News Today, GIDEIMS provided more comprehensive information on human infectious diseases. GIDEIMS is currently used in the Health Quarantine Department of Shenzhen Customs District (Shenzhen, China), and is recommended to the Health Quarantine Administrative Department of the General Administration of Customs (China) and travel health-related departments. CONCLUSIONS GIDEIMS provides a helpful tool for travelers and travel health management staff with travel health management.
