Ascertaining existing buildings of seismic capacity deficiency is the precondition of strengthening them, which is very important to reduce earthquake disaster in the future. So it is necessary to predict the seismic damage of buildings. This article is the results of earthquake disaster prediction in urban area of Langfang, which is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the buildings in Langfang to defense the earthquake disaster.

In order to know seismic damage characteristics of multi-story brick masonry structure and improve its seismic capability, five kinds of earthquake damage or collapse forms of multi-story masonry brick structure are summed up based on earthquake disaster survey, each of which is analyzed with mechanics. And the failure mechanism of each seismic damage form of multi-story brick masonry structure are proposed, which provides effective engineering experience for the seismic or anti-collapse design of multi-story masonry brick structure. The research has the important significance in improving the seismic capacity of multi-story brick masonry structure and reducing the earthquake casualties.

In view of the country needs to improve earthquake disaster prevention ability of the city, this essay provided the design plan of Langfang Earthquake Disaster Prediction System(EDPS) Based on GIS. Using the GIS technology, data conversion technology and software development technology, the system established the earthquake damage prediction of spatial database and unified file data conversion interface and coordinate system, the system achieved the Langfang map visualization management and earthquake damage prediction of thematic map management system. The realization of the system provides effective technical support and improves the Langfang earthquake disaster prevention capacity.

In Northeast China, brick-wood building is widely distributed, but due to the absence of the seismic code, there are many differences between structure and construction technology in different regions .That makes the seismic capacity is uneven. Therefore, we chose the typical brick-wood building in the Northeast as the object of study. Based on seismic data in QianGuo earthquake, using numerical simulation technique to analyze the earthquake damage and failure mechanism of brick-wood building, explores the causes of seismic damage. On this basis, we proposed the new seismic reinforcement technology measures, by comparison has gone through a transformation of a typical brick-wood building aseismic capacity significantly better than the prototype. Meanwhile, this research helps to understand the seismic performance of brick-wood buildings in the Northeast, and to develop appropriate policies on disaster for the region is of great significance.

In view of our country needs to improve the ability of city earthquake disaster prevention, the paper proposes the earthquake damage prediction method of buildings group based on damage factors method. The system establishes the earthquake damage prediction of spatial database. Based on the earthquake damage factors method and the application of the GIS spatial analysis model, we predict earthquake disaster loss of city buildings and realized the Langfang city earthquake disaster prediction system. The realization of this system provides strong technical support for improving the ability of Langfang earthquake disaster prevention.

Along with the rapidly development of network technology, viruses, Trojans and other malicious code is updating unprecedented quickly, which constantly threatening the collective as well as the personal information safety.Analysis of malware based on the code behavioral characteristics aims at telling whether the code is malicious or not, which can effectively solve the problem caused by Zero-Day attacks that traditional anti-virus technology can hardly prevent. This paper studies how to monitor and record the API calling sequence when a program is running, and how to get the eigenvectors of behavior by means of analyzing the calling sequence of sensitive APIs, which makes the behavior of malicious code can be tracked, and providing supports and theoretical basis for addressing the potential threat of malicious code.
