According to the needs of the electrohydraulic servo valve dynamic and static performance testing, designed an automated test system for the test of the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics test combinations together. Its advantage includes a stable system, a high degree of automation, simple operation, and high efficiency, full-featured.

We propose a test system which is easy to operate, and has high degree of automation, and introduce its detail of operating principle and test methods, and according to the requirements of the hydraulic jumbler performance, mainly test the rotational speed, flow, torque and propulsion and other performances of the hydraulic bolt rig. The measured results were analyzed and studied, and then the measures for improvement were proposed.

Aim to conquer the low efficiency of the current auto-CVT actuated by hydraulic system, a new design was proposed based on the analysis of the energy loss, which used compounded disc spring clamp set and motorized actuation system. Through the special design of the compounded disc spring and the balance spring, the axial thrust was well counterpoised, thus it achieved the result that the actuation system could be droved by low power motor. The test results show that the CVT developed according to the new design can reduce the power consumption obviously and improve the power performance.

In this paper, on the base of analyzing and concluding the traditional testing technology of tether net system, a method of tether net system testing based on simulation is posed. Discuss the conception, target, principle of system testing, the basic configuration and supporting technology of tether net system simulation environment are presented, and finally build virtual test bed environment , finish testing.

In order to solve the problem that there is no appropriate testing method for the purchasing process of sealing washer in hydraulic support producing company at present, the author designed a test bed used to test the seal performance of hydraulic cylinder in the mine hydraulic support to provide database supports for purchasing sealing washer for hydraulic support manufacturers, by using the performance testing system of sealing washer worked upright column for hydraulic support. The introduction of the principles, constitutions and functions of the test bed will be shown in this paper. After a number of experiments, it is reflected by the practical applications that the test bed is operating stably, accurately and efficiently which could be used for testing sealing washer.

Hitachi force motor valve has been widely used in the hydraulic automatic gauge control (AGC) system of rolling mill due to the characteristics of fast response, high control accuracy and strong anti-pollution ability. It is an important part to control the steel production cost by detecting the performance index of the FMV effectively and in real time. Traditional Servo valve test system detects its static characteristics through the flow and pressure changes between the traffic cavity, and this principle can solve the three position four way servo valve performance test. However, FMV is a special three-way valve and it is hard to test its static characteristic curve like three position four way servo valve. This paper proposes a FMV testing method and has realized it. The test platform is designed and built according to the hydraulic valve testing performance index for detecting the performance of a force motor valve. Not only were force motor valve (FMV) performance characteristics tested effectively but also the performance curves were drawn. The results show that the FMV performance testing method we have built can be effectively used to detect the static performance index of FMV.

Aiming at the problems of the existing battery test system, a EV battery test platform with high degree of simulation is designed, based on the upper and lower computer structure after a lot of analysis. The PC software is also compiled, which could simulate the real road status, or to control the battery to discharge with constant current or constant power, by the communication with the lower computer through 485 bus and CAN bus. The corresponding control method to realize the discharging test with constant current is designed, also an interface to Excel which can read the configure information from Excel to realize the simulation of discharging test is designed. There are some curves I got are shown below. Several battery packs test are completed. Also, the improvement of battery test system for electric vehicle will make a great contribution in the field of mechanical automation

This paper presents biogeography-based optimization (BBO) and grey wolf Optimization(GWO) for solving the multi-constrained optimal power flow (OPF) problems in the power system. In this paper, the proposed algorithms have been tested in 9-bus system under various conditions along with IEEE 30 bus test system. A comparison of simulation results reveals optimization efficacy of the proposed scheme over evolutionary programming (EP), genetic algorithm (GA), mixed-integer particle swarm optimization (MIPSO) for the global optimization of multi-constraint OPF problems. It is observed that GWO is far better in comparison to other listed optimization techniques and can be used for aforesaid problems with high efficiency.
