Hitachi force motor valve has been widely used in the hydraulic automatic gauge control (AGC) system of rolling mill due to the characteristics of fast response, high control accuracy and strong anti-pollution ability. It is an important part to control the steel production cost by detecting the performance index of the FMV effectively and in real time. Traditional Servo valve test system detects its static characteristics through the flow and pressure changes between the traffic cavity, and this principle can solve the three position four way servo valve performance test. However, FMV is a special three-way valve and it is hard to test its static characteristic curve like three position four way servo valve. This paper proposes a FMV testing method and has realized it. The test platform is designed and built according to the hydraulic valve testing performance index for detecting the performance of a force motor valve. Not only were force motor valve (FMV) performance characteristics tested effectively but also the performance curves were drawn. The results show that the FMV performance testing method we have built can be effectively used to detect the static performance index of FMV.

In order to solve the problem that there is no appropriate testing method for the purchasing process of sealing washer in hydraulic support producing company at present, the author designed a test bed used to test the seal performance of hydraulic cylinder in the mine hydraulic support to provide database supports for purchasing sealing washer for hydraulic support manufacturers, by using the performance testing system of sealing washer worked upright column for hydraulic support. The introduction of the principles, constitutions and functions of the test bed will be shown in this paper. After a number of experiments, it is reflected by the practical applications that the test bed is operating stably, accurately and efficiently which could be used for testing sealing washer.

Before putting air conditioner into market, it must be checked strictly by inspection department. Balanced ambient room-type calorimeter chamber is used to measure the conditioner performance according to energy balance principle. At present, the principle of conservation of energy is a method with higher accuracy for air conditioner test. In this paper, we focus on introducing the measuring method of condensed water in the test system after explaining the principle of the air conditioning performance test balanced ambient room-type calorimeter chamber. it is used to balance the capacity measured in evaporator air conditioner by controlling the water inflow of the humidifier. In this way, can we achieve precise measuring the cooling capacity of the air conditioner.

Electrorheological fluid (ERF) is a new kind of smart materials, which has a great deal of market value and broad application prospects. To meet the needs of the ERFs performance testing, design and produce of the ERF's performance test system are based on the relationship of the apparent viscosity, shear stress and electric field strength. Select the NDJ-8S digital viscometer, high voltage DC power supply, liquid container, and other parts to constitute the ERFs performance test system after considering the relationship of the apparent viscosity, shear stress, shear rate and electric field strength. The system has potentials to control voltage, change velocity, change the distance between the parallel panels, and test the yield stress of the ERF, shear stress, viscosity and other parameters. The study introduces the hardware and software device, the related experiments, and obtains the relationship of the viscosity, rotational speed, voltage, and plate gap.

A set of data acquisition terminal for automotive sensor three voltage level signal performance testing is designed. It is connected together to form a complete set of automotive sensor performance test monitoring system using NI-6259 data acquisition card and PC data collection terminal. The system can display real-time maximum, minimum and average of high voltage level, middle and low, duty cycle, frequency, and flipping or not. The measured signal frequency range is 1Hz~2.5 KHz. The measured data and the specified range of data interface is contrasted, automatically determined whether it is reasonable, and classified saved.

Structure static testing is an important means to study the static characteristic of complex engineering structure. Electrohydraulic stactic loading system is the singnificant equipment of the testing. With its function of transfering low-power electrical singal to large-power hydraulic output quickly and precisely, the servo valve plays a key role in an electrohydraulic servo control system and dominates to a large extent the performance of the whole control system. Conventional electrohydraulic servo or proportional control is subject to the nonlinearites of their electro-mechanical interface, such as hysteresis, saturation and finite resolution. In this paper, a direct actuated digital servo valve was applied in electrohydraulic static loading system. It can be driven directly by computer needn’t D/A and has the advantages of simple structure, high tolerance to contamination and high reliability. Practical load-experiment results show that the static loading system with a direct actuated digital servo valve can work steadily and reliably and possess high accuracy and fast response.

To assure the security and reliability of radio fuze, its performance must be test. A performance test system of radio fuze is developed, which is based on the theory of the pushing plate method according to the performance indexes written in the national military standard. The testing system which is composed of dipole antenna, frequency meter, multimeter and oscilloscope can test the main performance parameters of radio fuze. It is proved that the testing system can carry out the performance test of radio fuze steadily.

Hydraulic torque converter’s performance testing is very important in the product’s development and production. In order to accurately and rapidly test various performance parameters of the hydraulic torque converter, a torque converter performance test system was developed based on the PC and VB development platform in this paper. It can improve computing speed and programming capability, decrease artificial involved times, realize the data analysis processing’s automation.

To solve the problem of measuring the brake chamber at present, this integrative performance test system for bake chamber was built up by using the computer control technology. It can measure these parameters: dynamic characteristic, static characteristic, sealing performance and return performance. To verify the system accuracy, a multi-parameter dynamic simulation model for the brake chamber was designed based on AMESim. It breaks through the limit which was formerly difficult to analyze the defects of the theoretical parameters for brake chamber. By the simulation models and test system, the influence of the key component parameters to the output characteristic is analyzed .The experiment results show that the integrative performance of brake chamber can be judged very well and the simulation model is accurate and reliable.
