An electro-hydraulic servo pressure control system was proposed, which meet the request of fast response, zero overstep and high control precision, based on analyzing the technique of riveting. The proper control parameter which is got by the debugging result of the PID arithmetic in PLC realized the precise control of systems pressure. In practice the device has good application value.

The 5 MN hydraulic amplification type force standard machine was renovated by replacing its hydraulic pressure control system, measuring ram and cylinder. For re-evaluation of uncertainty of force amplification factor, diameters of the main and mearsuring rams and cylinders were re-measured. A programmable logic controller with a personal computer is used to control the weight motion and the valve actuation, to monitor various kinds of sensors output, and to record readings of a force transducer under calibration. Fluctuation of calibration force was suppressed by using a quartz-resonance type pressure gauge, and measurement repeatability was improved to some extent. However, there remains room for improvement to further stabilize the calibration force by modifying the measuring ram.

Abstract Under the background of developing the advanced infrared camouflage technology, a novel idea of infrared regulation based on cooperative control of emissivity and temperature was proposed. Combining the traditional temperature calculation model, the infrared characteristic calculation model and the proportional-integral-differential (PID) control strategy, the corresponding adaptive infrared control system model was designed. By integrating the electrochromic material with the thin film resistor, the theoretical feasibility of the infrared control system was verified by the principle prototype. On this basis, the models of space target and its profiling decoy were established, and the infrared camouflage characteristics of profiling decoy in 3-5µm band and 8-14µm band were studied respectively. The results show that the profiling decoy with cooperative control of emissivity and temperature can achieve better infrared control effect than that of ordinary temperature control. The cooperative control system can effectively reduce the overshoot of radiation and has the ability of fast response, high control precision and control stability.

The existing hydraulic pressure control fault diagnosis system is effective on fault detection, but the fault isolation capability is bad. In order to improve the capability of the fault isolation, the artificial neural network (ANN) is used in the fault diagnosis system. Aimed at the representative diagnosis of the hydraulic pressure control system, the three layers feedback network is adopted, the basic theory of conjugate gradient BP neural network is explained in detail, and the key techniques are introduced. Five types of typical faults of hydraulic pressure control system can be distinguished easily by it, the faults diagnosis efficiency is higher 30% than ever and the fault diagnosis capability is better 80% than before.

On basis of the introduction for the composition of carried-load assistance system and the control mechanism of hydraulic pressure valve for lower extremity exoskeleton, the position control loop is built. The control system is designed by frequency domain method using the PID parameters combined with lead correction network. Simulation results show that the control method can servo the angle of knee joint as human’s natural walk as well as the harmonious of man-machine moment. According to performance test of hydraulic pressure control system, the flow and pressure in piston is analyzed considering different load, the pressure of oil box and movable mode. Test results show that hydraulic pressure valve control system can realize efficiently slow walk carried 30 kilogram load, up and down stairs.
