The construction scheme of CAN-bus modules on passenger cars is designed in this paper according to the development trend of safety and information intellectualization. The scheme includes functional partition of vehicle, electrical system classification, control unit division, and the assignment of the network ID. In particular, a detail description is given to the position and functions of input and output control modules. Tests have been given by OEMs to prove its practicability and validity.

The study of this article focus on the standards on the working limit of the passenger car. The standards for passenger cars at low temperature were studied and proposed by combination of the technical content in cold regions’ environments and the development trend in the domestic and international situation. The proposed standards can improve the service life of mechanical parts, reduce wear and failure of passenger cars and improve the passenger's power, economy and security. In the industry standardization and the objective requirements of relevant standards, this proposed standards are the basis to ensure fair competition in international trade, maintain the normal order of market and make up a communication bridge among the international economic cooperations. Maintain maximum benifit of the China's auto industry in the internationality. The emphases of the standards is to establish standards for low temperature environment laboratory, draw our own standards on product characteristics and screening standards system in line with China's actual conditions.

This paper conducts research on the development trend of automobile energy-saving standard system under China’s goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030. The research first sorted out the carbon dioxide emission standards and regulations of major automobile developed countries in the world, systematically analyzed the current status of China's automobile energy-saving standard system, and proposed the key problems at this stage. With the goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions as the core, the key tasks for the next phase of the construction of the automotive energy-saving standard system are proposed, including comprehensively promoting the formulation of fuel consumption standards for passenger cars and commercial vehicles from 2025 to 2030, and accelerating the construction of NEV energy-saving standard system.

To study the wake development characteristics of wind farms in complex terrains, two different types of Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) were used to conduct the field measurements in a mountain wind farm in Hebei Province, China. Under two different incoming wake conditions, the influence of wind shear, terrain and incoming wind characteristics on the development trend of wake was analyzed. The results showed that the existence of wind shear effect causes asymmetric distribution of wind speed in the wake region. The relief of the terrain behind the turbine indicated a subsidence of the wake centerline, which had a linear relationship with the topography altitudes. The wake recovery rates were calculated, which comprehensively validated the conclusion that the wake recovery rate is determined by both the incoming wind turbulence intensity in the wake and the magnitude of the wind speed.

With the development of lightweight vehicles, lightweight alloy materials has been increasingly used in automotive industry, automobile manufacturers are therefore looking for thinner and stronger materials so that the higher requirements has became a challenge to lightweight alloy die-casting technology. The paper summarized the applications of lightweight alloys in the automotive industry, and the new advances of lightweight alloys die-casting technology, such as low pressure die-casting, semi-solid die casting, oxygenation die-casting and the combination of different die-casting technologies, and discussed the development trend of the lightweight alloy die-casting technology.
