According to the advantages of cloud computing which is a new technology and the developing state of the information management of oil enterprise, this paper builds a information management mode for oil enterprise based on cloud computing, in order to solve many certain problems in the recent information mode. Analyses the different business needs in the up and down stream in Oil Company, and then build an enterprise hybrid cloud management model. Under this mode, the information management of this company can realize lower IT operating costs, lower energy consumption and higher efficiency, and also take balance between efficiency and data safety. This kind of mode not only fits into the developing need for Oil Company, but also the need for green IT age.

The main purpose of writing this paper is to introduce the application of a new technology and business model--cloud computing to enterprises which are undertaking or will undertake the construction and operation of information management system, in order to solve the problems of high investment and low efficiency in information system construction and operation. The paper makes a general introduction to cloud computing, discusses the influence of cloud computing on enterprises taking into account the actual problems of enterprises, and puts an emphasis on how to use cloud computing for information management innovation. The paper puts forward a brand-new mode of enterprise information management - cloud services and points out the commercial application value of cloud computing, and enterprises can use the ideas in this paper for important reference in the process of information management innovation.

Cloud computing cost-effective, and scalable characteristics can be an effective solution to teaching college laboratory teaching uneven distribution of resources, updates slow, the shared low degree. Analysis of cloud computing at home and abroad in the application on the basis of education, the paper put forward and design college laboratory teaching management system based on hybrid cloud management function, and provide a good guide for colleges and universities to achieve cloud computing experimental teaching management.


Over the last few years the majority of small and large companies moving to cloud computing to develop IT solutions for businesses. It is technology which provides distributed and dynamically shared computing resources using certain operating techniques. In the revolution of information technology, cloud computing is becoming a key paradigm. Cloud computing further classified as Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud. It provides three services which are categorized as Infrastructure-as-Service, Platform-as-Service and Software-as-Service. Open source cloud management platforms providing Infrastructure-as-a-service are now commonly used because of the fastest growth of cloud. Many open source softwares are available for deploying public or private cloud. This paper provides a brief review and comparison of five well-known open source cloud software i.e. OpenNebula, Eucalyptus, OpenStack, Nimbus and CloudStack providing IaaS on the basis of their similar features and technology used. After reviewing the importance and features, we have found OpenStack Cloud Platform is more reliable and useful for the enterprises and organization because of its feature and rapid improvements in its features. The distinction in this paper is believed to help people to choose the suitable open source software according to their need.

The application of information management in manufacturing industry is more and more extensive. Information management has become the main development direction of current civil engineering cost management. Therefore, the problems and Countermeasures of cost control in civil engineering management based on cloud computing technology are put forward. After a brief description of the current information management of engineering cost, a project cost management model based on the cloud computing platform is designed according to the demand of the information management of the current project cost. Through the experimental comparison, it is proved that the project cost management model based on cloud computing is more advantageous than the traditional management mode, whether it is the management cost or the management efficiency.

With the rapid expansion of the campus scale and the increasing of the geographically dispersed campus, how to adopt new theory, new method and new technology to realize the equipment optimized assignment and the information management is a new research challenge. It is the key to safeguard the national fund to use reasonably, and to speed up the development of education healthily. Through analyzing the domestic and foreign related research works, the paper proposed that it can take use of the spatial data expression and analysis with Geographic Information System (GIS) to realize the large-scale and inter-campuses equipment optimized assignment and information management. It discussed the mathematics model and the system architecture. Moreover, the paper described the key implementation technology in great detail such as spatial data mapping with MapInfo professional 9 and the development of WebGIS functions with MapXtreme. The results show that the solution is feasible and effective.
