the push-pull switch power is a kind of form in the family. It has the characteristics of good voltage output, high efficiency, the simple circuit and so on. On the design of the push-pull switch power supply, the key and difficult point is the design of switch transformer. Taking the switch transformer of a push-pull switching power supply as the research object and based on the design requirements, this paper aims to realize the calculation of the coil turns in switching transformer. Meanwhile, under the consideration of the skin effect and the proximity effect and the choices of switch transformers wires and the methods of wires winding, the design of switch transformer of the push-pull switch power supply has been completed by circuit simulation and implementation.

On the design of the half bridge switching power supply, the key and difficult point is the design of switch transformer. Switch power supply is a power supply of maintaining the stable output voltage by the use of modern electronic technology, controlling the time ratio (duty cycle) of on and off of switching transistors . Push-pull switch power supply is a form of switching power supply family, which is divided into an independent-excited push-pull switch power supply and self-excited push-pull switch power supply. This paper will put forward an design scheme of the independent-excited push-pull switch power supply based on the design requirements, and the driving integrated circuit selection according to the design scheme of the push-pull switch power, at the same time, the switching transistors and rectifier diode selection through the calculation. The number of turns on a switch transformer is calculated according to the input and output voltage. Considering the skin effect and the proximity effect, switch transformer winding method is selected and the power supply meets the requirements of design according to the saber2007 simulation and implementation.

With the increase of switching frequency of power switch, EMI noise pollution becomes more and more serious. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, the switch power supply filter and passive EMI filter, active EMI filter is studied. It mainly research active EMI filter with feed forward , non-inductive current detection device of active EMI filter and active EMI filter for three-phase inverter motor. To solve this problem which is that EMI noise pollution has become more serious along with the increase of switching frequency switch power supply, the increasingly serious pollution make the EMI filter technology have a wide range of applications and put forward higher request to filter technology

Transformer is an important component of switch power supply system, the distribution parameters of the transformer affects the performance of switching power supply. This paper analyzes the simulation of transformer parameters, studies the effects of transformer leakage inductance and distributed capacitance ,and calculate it by using numerical analysis method. To ensure reliability of switch power supply , 2D modeling is used for the simulation of transformer in Ansoft Maxwell.

With TOP243Y as control chip of multiplexed output flyback switch power supply, has the advantages of small volume, high integration and strong function, and the high-frequency transformer design and calculation large effect on the overall performance of multiple output the switch power supply. Based on the design computation to optimize the parameters of the transformer can be achieved to improve voltage accuracy, reducing the ripple effect. Seen from the experimental data and waveform of the switching power supply regulator, electromagnetic compatibility are good, meet the design requirements.

This paper mainly analyses the switch power electromagnetic interference source and the coupling channels, and with half a bridge type switch power converter for example analyses of switch power supply conducted interference. On the basis of the principles and characteristics of the various switching power supply, we have designed a high-power supply which can be used for the magnetic resonance sounding equipment for detecting mine ground water. The characteristics of the switching power supply are the full-bridge converter as the main power topology and the SG3525 chip as the core of the control. The high frequency PWM signal generated by the SG3525 can drive the four power switch tubes of the full-bridge circuit to conduct alternately thought the IR2110, so we can get continuous and stable DC output voltage. The design of the switching power supply has a lot of advantages, such as high efficiency, low noise, high stability, and small volume weight.

Aiming at the application requirements of miniaturization and energy saving in the field of high voltage power supply, a high voltage switching power supply with soft switching technology was designed. The soft switch technology which makes the loss of switch power supply decrease obviously,and the dual voltage rectifier technology can effectively reduce the volume of switching power supply. Circuit parameters of switching power supply are optimized in order to further improve the efficiency of power supply. From the experiment results, the high voltage switching power supply meets the design requirements, and suitable for the strict requirements of environment on the volume and efficiency.
