For reinforced concrete skein method to arch bridges, corresponding quality assessment system is established based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP). At the same time, the actual application process of the system was found. Structure of judging matrix, synthetic weight and for each layer of element and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was figured out. Finally, the system is verified by practical engineering. Something is obvious as the result shows. Firstly, the comprehensive assessment system for reinforcement quality of bridges is reasonable and practical. Secondly, this system takes some advantages to the systematization, standardization and theorization for the assessment to reinforcement quality of bridges.

Through the study of the multiple dimensions of supplier, this paper comes up with an index system of evaluating the quality of supplier service quality and studies the analysis and design of intelligent assessment system for supplier service quality. Based on the extensive collection of survey research result, the paper form an index set with the KPI method, then form the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. This intelligent assessment system map all relevant information of supplier that an earlier entered to the evaluating indicator, then output the assessment result. Evaluation of teachers is one of the most important sectors for colleges and universities to foster a high-quality teaching staff influencing the training qualities of students directly. Scientific and rational evaluation of teachers has the important guide functions to improve the quality of teachers, inspire teachers' potential and creativity and encourage teachers to make constant progress. It is difficult to evaluate one teacher objectively and fairly using the ordinary evaluation method for the influencing factors are more and complex. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of selecting outstanding teachers in university is proposed in this paper, its main goal is to make the scientific and rational evaluation on one teacher and select outstanding teachers. Finally, an example of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on one certain teacher for the illustration of the proposed method is represented, the result indicates that the scientific and rational evaluate result is provided by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
