We should construct a spatial database system for mineral resource reserve in Hebei province based on the database with the application of GIS spatial database technology based on the MapGIS software platform. Combined with the construction process of the database, this paper summarizes the problems and the solutions encountered in the construction of large database, and analyzes some techniques the departments of land and resources often use in basic geographic data to discuss with colleagues to further improve the quality and efficiency of database construction.

The traditional means of mineral resource management is backward, to this problem, The paper put forwards the mineral resource management information system based on GIS , the system is established by GIS and database technology. From the following aspects discuss the design and realization of the system , such as system requirement analysis, the design of system database and function modules,the realization of the system function,The system can effectively improve the management level and lay a foundation for mineral resources information.

Based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) approach ,use the 11 prefecture-level city in Hebei Province as the research object, selects indicators of the inputs and outputs categories of the mineral resource development and utilization of the year of 2007 , analyzes mineral resources development utilization efficiency of the prefectural-level city in Hebei, including overall efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency. The results show that: the efficiency in the development and utilization of mineral resources throughout the prefecture-level cities in Hebei exists regional differences. On this basis, made recommendations accordingly.

In this paper we introduce cross tree and block mathematical principles into the design of database system, divide the time sequence and storage space of computer database system, establish the mathematical model and algorithm of computer resources database system, and design the test database system. In this paper, we use high performance interface of Display Port, by way of coupling to communicate on two port control, and use RHEL 6.2 Linux virtual machine to do simulation experiment on process of database system. Through the simulation we find the API which is called by Read, Close, Mmap, Stat, Fstat is similar. It is consistent with the actual situation, and verifies the reliability of the program. Finally, we apply the database system to the network database construction of sports literature resources in the new town of Poyang Lake area. It reaches the effect that sport resources are shared by all. It provides technical support for the application of computer database system.

One of the most important state tasks in the management system of the mineral resource complex, both at the national and regional levels, is to ensure the reproduction of mineral resources. The solution of this problem can be modeled using the theory of control of active systems, which, of course, can be attributed to the mineral resource complex. When modeling the management system of the mineral resource complex of the region, it is necessary to take into account the impact of risks on the feasibility of a mining project, as elements of the external environment. In this paper, the authors have modeled the management system of the mineral resource complex of the region, taking into account the risks of mining projects.
