Large reservoir ecological risk assessment is an important part of ecological environmental protection and improvement. Taking Nuozhadu reservoir in Lancang river basin as an example, a multi-level risk receptor--multiple risk source evaluation index system which can describe the complicated relationship and mechanism of ecological risk is established in terms of recognizing ecological risk sources and receptors of the valley area of terrestrial ecosystems; Considering fuzziness of human cognition on ecological system, diversity and different measure standard of the risk evaluation indicators, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on RRM(Relative Risk Model) thought is constructed. Calculation results show that the ecological-risk fuzzy-evaluation score of each receptor and the overall score can be obtained, which can provide important reference for ecological environment improvement of Nuozhadu reservoir area through the comparative analysis.

The urban ecological risk assessment is a new research field, which has been rising and developing with the change of environment management objectives and environment conception. The urban ecological risk assessment could be regarded as a classical Multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) issue. The interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS) can fully describe the uncertain information for the urban ecological risk assessment. Furthermore, the classical TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese for Interactive Multi-Criteria Decision Making) is built on cumulative prospect theory (CPT), which is a selectable method in reflecting the DMs’ psychological behavior. Thus, in this paper, the TODIM method based on the CPT is proposed for MAGDM issue under IVIFS. At the same time, it is enhancing rationality to get the weight information of attributes by using the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy entropy weight method. And focusing on hot issues in contemporary society, this article applies the discussed method to urban ecological risk assessment, and demonstrates urban ecological risk assessment model based on the proposed method. Finally, through comparing the outcome of comparative analysis, we conclude that this improved approach is acceptable.

With the development of society, the ecological risks continue to produce; ecological risk management is becoming urgent. This paper uses the literature research methods, focusing on the origin of ecological risks, the arising of ecological risk management, the ecological risk assessment model, and the relationship between ecological risk assessment and ecological risk management. Based on research at home and abroad, the paper proposes shortcomings of current research and three areas for further study in the future.

This paper, through the layer-by-layer decomposition of risk sources and risk receptor, constructs an ecological risk assessment indicator system of damaged forest in coal mining area. Based on the reality of A coal mining area, with the application of improved risk model, this paper processes and analyzes the statistics and solid - state survey data in A coal mining area to get the ecological effects of forest damage led by coal mining in that area, and calculates the loss value, the compensation amount and the compensation scale of the forest ecosystem service function in the subsidence area of fully mechanized mining area.
