In order to meet the requirements of increasing domestic airline pilot training and flight safety, airline pilot training departments pay special attention to flying qualities of advanced teaching aircraft. According to the application of equivalent systems in aircraft flying quality evaluation system, the selection method of initial value and equivalent system and the evaluation index of equivalent systems are analyzed. A modeling and simulation example is given to an advanced teaching aircraft, and it increasingly demonstrates that the adoptive equivalent system method applied to flying quality evaluation of advanced teaching aircraft is feasible.

This paper presents the thoughts about application of saliency map to the video objective quality evaluation system. It computes the SMSE and SPSNR values as the objective assessment scores according to the saliency map, and compares with conditional objective evaluation methods as PSNR and MSE. Experimental results demonstrate that this method can well fit the subjective assessment results.

Teaching quality evaluation of physical education usually involves multiple influence factors with grey and uncertain information. This brings about limitations to effective evaluation of teaching quality of physical education in colleges and universities. Thus, this paper draws merits from previous research and proposes a teaching quality evaluation system and model of physical education in colleges and universities. First, based on real situations, grey categories of evaluation state for physical education teaching quality are established. The definite weighted functions of grey category of evaluation state are confirmed. Specific steps of the teaching quality evaluation model based on grey clustering analysis are accounted for. Finally, a case study is introduced to verify the model. This model enlightens a new way to evaluate teaching quality of physical education in colleges and universities.
