Introduced the essential construction craft of Nanchang Shengmi bridge (75+2×228+75m center bearing type steel tube concrete tie bar arched bridge). According to the construction craft and the quality specification request, discussed the steel arched bridge manufacture and the anticorrosion, the steel arched bridge rib erects, the steel arched bridge rib welding, the steel arched bridge in concrete configuration and the scene constructs, the steel tube protection coating construction, then proposed the construction quality control of large span steel tube concrete arch bridge. The conclusion of the article may be used at the similar steel tube concrete arched bridge construction.

Large-span V structure tied arch bridge structure system is complex. In order to make the actual state of the bridge into the ideal state of maximum close to the design, we must make real-time monitoring in the key parts of the structure, and adjust to the design of the data by analysis calculated, to ensure the safety and reliability of arch bridge in the course of construction and into stress after the completed bridge. Combined with the construction monitoring of the main Xinglong Bridge on Si River, this paper introduces the main bridge construction process measurement a preliminary study on the large span V configuration basket tied arch bridge construction monitoring technology. Based on the construction monitoring of Xinglong Bridge on Si River, this paper introduces the main contents and methods of monitoring point location, monitoring control of construction process, and discussed the construction monitoring technology of long-span X-style tied arch bridge V structure.

Concrete Filled Steel Tube(CFST) is widely used in civil engineering structures because of its superior mechanical performance. Yet the mechanical behavior of CFST is highly depended on the construction quality of the filled concrete. Hence it is very important for the inspection of the construction quality of the filled concrete in CFST structures. In this paper, the ultrasonic testing technique was used to detect the defect of the filled concrete of a CFST arch bridge. During the inspection, the ultrasonic transducer was moved along the circumference of the cross-section of the arch, and the defect of the concrete was comprehensively judged by detecting the change of sonic time, sonic amplitude and sonic frequency. Based on the analysis of the ultrasonic transmission path, the influences of different defects on the sonic time, sonic amplitude and sonic frequency were discussed. The detecting results were verified by core-drilling method. The verification showed that different kinds of defects defected by ultrasonic testing was in good accordance with the drilling samples, which demonstrates the adaptability of the ultrasonic detection technique in the construction quality inspection of CFST structures.

Bridge construction has received a lot of attention as transportation continues to improve. Reinforced concrete linked arch bridges are a common bridge style in today’s bridge construction. This type of bridge not only has a basic and generous shape, but it is also incredibly easy to construct, resulting in significant material and construction cost savings. This article analyzes the construction technology of a reinforced concrete linked arch bridge in order to achieve good construction and application. It is hoped that this analysis can provide a scientific reference for the guarantee of the construction quality and subsequent application effect of this kind of bridge.

In order to make steel box girder - steel tube arch bridge into the bridge state more reasonable, this paper studies the construction monitoring method regarding the fall girder method adopted to conduct system transformation. Using optimal control theory to determine the fall girder method girder jack-up height, control the line shape and stress of arch and girder and derrick force, and control the Vietnam Da Nang Dragon Bridge construction process. Studies have shown that fall girder method to conduct the system conversion can meet the design requirements, and optimal control method in fall girder method system conversion can obtain good effects. Fall girder method and optimization control method is worth extending to the similar bridge construction and control.
