On account of the ambiguity of the concept of eco-environmental quality and the incompatibility of evaluation, the paper takes regional eco-system as "Natural - Economic - Social" complex, with the using of Matter-element Analysis Method, selects the 2012 statistics data source of the study area, gives an effective eco-environmental evaluation of the hilly areas in Pingdingshan city by the calculating of Euclid approach degree. The evaluation results show: Euclid approach degree ρHj (City center) >ρHj (Lushan) >ρHj (Ruzhou) >ρHj (Baofeng), while the number is between 2 and 3. It showed that the eco-environment quality in Pingdingshan hilly areas is good, waiting for further improvement. It offers the scientific basis and countermeasures for the restoration and further development of the eco-environment in this area.

In order to investigate the interfacial tuning mechanism of electronic skin (e-skin), several models of the capacitive pressure sensors (CPS) with different microstructures and several sizes of microstructures are constructed through finite element analysis method. The simulative pressure response, the sensitivity, and the linearity of the designed CPS show that the sensor with micropyramids has the best performance in all the designed models. The corresponding theoretically predicted sensitivity is as high as 6.3 × 10−7 fF/Pa, which is about 49 times higher than that without any microstructure. Additionally, these further simulative results show that the smaller the ratios ofL/Hof pyramid, the better the sensitivity but the worse the linearity. When the ratio ofL/Hof pyramid is about2, the sensitivity and the linearity could reach a balance point. The simulative results evidently provide the important theoretically directive significance for the further development ofe-skin.

The structure and form of modern power grids are becoming more and more complex, and there are many indicators and factors that need to be considered to evaluate the development status of the power grid. In order to diagnose the development level of power grid, the index system is reconstructed, which includes seven dimensions: the coordination of power grid development speed, the coordination of power grid development scale, the coordination of power grid structure, the security and reliability of power grid, the level of equipment, the utilization efficiency of power grid and the development benefit of power grid, the construction principle and index selection basis are given. When dealing with contradictory problems in reality, methods combining quantitative and qualitative can be applied to study. The matter element analysis method is applied to power grid development diagnosis, and a model of power grid development diagnosis based on matter element analysis is established, the model can not only diagnose the development level of power grid, but also determine the key factors that affect the diagnosis results, and give suggestions for improvement. The practical example verifies the feasibility and rationality of the method, which has good evaluation accuracy and prediction effect.

Damage to mine shafts located below thick loose aquifers, caused by coal seam mining, can seriously affect the operational safety of mines. In view of such a problem, the comprehensive weight method and the fuzzy matter-element analysis method were used to analyze and evaluate the stability of mine shafts below thick, loose aquifers. Based on data relating to shaft structure parameters collected from fifteen damaged shafts in coal mines in East China, a comprehensive analysis was performed. The results showed that (1) the two indexes of surface subsidence velocity and water level drop value at the bottom of a loose aquifer have a large influence on the stability of shafts below thick loose aquifers, and (2) the predicted results of thirteen sets of samples were the same as the results measured during actual production; the accuracy of the model was 86.67%. The comprehensive weight method and the fuzzy matter-element analysis model both show good reliability for evaluating the stability of mine shafts below thick loose aquifers and can provide a scientific reference for the analysis of the stability of mine shafts in areas with thick loose strata, as well as for the design of comprehensive control plans that could subsequently be implemented.

As an essential direction for developing inclusive finance, digital financial inclusion breaks through the time and space constraints of inclusive finance development and has extensive connections between different regions. However, no research has modelled the network connections and the role and position of different digital financial inclusion development regions. This study constructed the spatial association network of China’s digital financial inclusion development and used the network analysis method and the quadratic assignment procedure (QAP) method to study the structural and locational properties and the influencing factors of the network. We found that (1) although the network had a relatively low density, its connectivity and stability were excellent, and the network structure is not hierarchical; (2) the centrality of some rapidly developing central and western provinces was greater than that of some developed eastern provinces; (3) developed eastern provinces played a net spillover role, driving the development of digital financial inclusion in central and western provinces; and (4) the spatial association was affected by the development level of the PC Internet and economy, the industrial structure, and the spatial adjacency. This study enriches the research on digital financial inclusion and provides a scientific basis for the formulation and implementation of policies to promote the further development of digital financial inclusion.

Based on some daily monitoring date from Taiyuan Environmental Monitoring Central Station during Dec 2008 to Nov 2009, the atmospheric pollution situation of Taiyuan was evaluated. The results showed that: the concentration of SO2、NO2 and PM10 in Taiyuan was 0.0228 mg/m3、0.0198 mg/ m3 and 0.1051mg/ m3,and the inhaled particulate matter pollution is Primary contamination. In the end, the original monitoring sites have been optimized by matter element analysis method. The atmospheric pollution situation of Taiyuan can be detected accurately after the number of monitoring sites was optimized from eight to five.
