River water quality is an important indicator for identifying river changes and analyzing river health, and has an important impact on the ecological environment of the river basin. In this paper, the matter-element analysis method based on the coupling weight method is used to evaluate the water environment of the water quality measured data of Wenyu River in 2019, which provides a reference for water quality management and protection. Through the establishment of the object element to be evaluated, the classical domain, the section domain, the normalization of the evaluation standard, and the measured data, three representative indicators such as DO, NH3-N, and CODcr are selected as the object element to be evaluated. The standard value corresponding to the water quality standards of Grade I to V is the classic domain. The weight of river indicators is determined by the coupling of the ordinary objective weighting method and the multiple super-scale weighting method. After the weight is determined, the correlation degree is calculated and the matter-element analysis model for water quality evaluation is established. The results showed that the water quality of the Wenyu River in May 2019 was still mainly Grade V water, which was in line with the actual water quality situation. It shows that the method meets the feasibility and practicability in water quality evaluation and is relatively reliable.

This article builds an evaluation indicator system based on the process of agricultural circulation and the balance of many-sided benefits. A new classification of indicator types was made from the perspective of benefit balance, and gross profit margin and inventory-sales ratio were classified as interval indicators, which enriched the indicator types. The matter-element analysis method is used to measure the circulation efficiency of agricultural product wholesale markets. The study found that in terms of geographical location, in the vertical direction of Aihui-Tengchong Line, the closer to the southeast, the higher the circulation efficiency; Since 2016, the overall circulation efficiency has almost stagnated, mainly because the wholesale industry has strengthened its ability to control upstream and downstream relationships, and the entry barriers of agricultural products have been continuously increased.

AbstractThis research is focused on the evaluation method of anchored slope stability, and an accurate evaluation method with a simple operation is proposed. Group decision theory and the analytic hierarchy process are used to determine the weight of each evaluation element, the correlation degree of each indicator is determined based on matter element analysis theory, and inverse hierarchical calculations are performed based on the obtained weight value and correlation degree to finally obtain the criteria layer correlation degree used for stability evaluation. The results show the following: (1) the evaluation method better integrates the effects of multiple factors on the stability of the anchored slope, and the evaluation results are accurate and consistent with the actual situation of the project; (2) the evaluation method can make full use of the experience of the expert group and effectively avoid the evaluation error caused by the subjective deviation of a single expert; (3) the group decision theory-entropy model was introduced to realize the quantitative evaluation of the reliability of expert scoring and effectively improve the efficiency of expert discussion; and (4) the evaluation result is intuitive, and the correlation degree obtained can not only reflect the stability grade of the anchored slope but also reflect the "distance" between the anchored slope and other stability grades.

The structure and form of modern power grids are becoming more and more complex, and there are many indicators and factors that need to be considered to evaluate the development status of the power grid. In order to diagnose the development level of power grid, the index system is reconstructed, which includes seven dimensions: the coordination of power grid development speed, the coordination of power grid development scale, the coordination of power grid structure, the security and reliability of power grid, the level of equipment, the utilization efficiency of power grid and the development benefit of power grid, the construction principle and index selection basis are given. When dealing with contradictory problems in reality, methods combining quantitative and qualitative can be applied to study. The matter element analysis method is applied to power grid development diagnosis, and a model of power grid development diagnosis based on matter element analysis is established, the model can not only diagnose the development level of power grid, but also determine the key factors that affect the diagnosis results, and give suggestions for improvement. The practical example verifies the feasibility and rationality of the method, which has good evaluation accuracy and prediction effect.
