When the reliability analysis of in-service RC flexural member is carried on, an expert evaluation or AHP (analytical hierarchy process) for evaluation is commonly used, but human factors are big. This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation method of a existing RC flexural member’s reliability on the basis of attribute mathematics. According to the actual measured values of each index in the evaluation system, using a mathematical method to calculate weight, and build a comprehensive quantitative analysis model. Example analysis shows that this method can effectively identify and finely distinguish the reliability of in-service RC flexural members, which be much more objective and scientific compared with other previous methods.

This work, in view of the features of strong gas zone heterogeneity in Multi-Layer Sandstone Gas Reservoir (MLSGR), develops a methodology on Comprehensive Evaluation of Gas Zone (CEGZ). By using of the methodology, three grade gas zone classified score bounds were transformed from three grade field production capacity classified criteria by utilizing multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method in terms of analytical hierarchy process and comprehensive scores, and CEGZ of 13236 well-layers in Sebei MLSGR, Qaidam basin were fulfilled successfully, which lays the geologic foundations for subsequent balanced and fine exploitation of Sebei MLSGR, and validates the applicability and reliability of this methodology synchronously.

Based on fuzzy mathematics theory, a multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for mechanism schemes of machining center was established using value set instead of fuzzy set, which avoided the problems of constructing membership function, and achieved the quantitative evaluation for mechanism scheme with complex elements preliminarily. The model provided references for the development and establishment of the expert evaluation database system of the mechanism scheme.

AbstractLearning evaluation is an effective method, which plays an important role in the network education evaluation system. But most of the current network learning evaluation methods still use traditional university education evaluation system, which do not take into account of web-based learning characteristics, and they are difficult to fit the rapid development of interuniversity collaborative learning based on network. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate interuniversity collaborative learning based on the combination of fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process. Analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of evaluation factors of each layer and to carry out the consistency check. According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, we establish interuniversity collaborative learning evaluation mathematical model. The proposed scheme provides a new thought for interuniversity collaborative learning evaluation based on network.

There are two major problems in the evaluation of the teaching quality of English writing: the weak logic of the evaluation system and the low reliability of the evaluation model. To solve the problems, this paper put forward an evaluation method for the teaching quality of English writing based on the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Firstly, the authors reviewed the current evaluation methods for the teaching quality of English writing. Next, hierarchical evaluation systems were established for the teaching quality of English writing from the perspectives of teachers and students, respectively. After that, the AHP method and the grey theory were introduced to set up an evaluation model for the teaching quality of English writing. Finally, several strategies were presented to improve the teaching quality of English writing. The proposed evaluation systems and model enriched the theories on teaching quality evaluation of English writing, and promoted the teaching quality of English writing.

According to the subjectivity, randomness and fatigue of the satisfaction selection of online teaching evaluation indicators for the students, the level of teachers teaching can not truly measure by the evaluation results. This paper introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to deal with the evaluation data, and Practice has proved that this method produced results more equitable to reflect on teaching level. Recognizing and evaluating the development level of a country’s precise finishing industry, is the prerequisite to the country’s decision-making on the development planning and guiding policies in this industry. This paper presents a Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) Model on the base of “Expert Knowledge”. This model combines the advantages of Fuzzy Evaluation Method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and can give relatively reliable evaluation results with incomplete information of the evaluation criteria. The application of the FAHP Model provide reliable comprehensive evaluation data.
