Recognizing and evaluating the development level of a country’s precise finishing industry, is the prerequisite to the country’s decision-making on the development planning and guiding policies in this industry. This paper presents a Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) Model on the base of “Expert Knowledge”. This model combines the advantages of Fuzzy Evaluation Method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and can give relatively reliable evaluation results with incomplete information of the evaluation criteria. The application of the FAHP Model provide reliable comprehensive evaluation data.

In this paper,it is mainly based on the characteristics of index of some equipment, analyses the correspondence between first class index and second class index, studies the calculation of weigh index. Several methods including linear weighted method, Comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, and the fuzzy Borda method have been taken into account to improve the confirmable methods of judgment matrix in the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The analyses of three different eqiupment,A system,B system and C system, demonstrates that A system is the best unanimously.

This work, in view of the features of strong gas zone heterogeneity in Multi-Layer Sandstone Gas Reservoir (MLSGR), develops a methodology on Comprehensive Evaluation of Gas Zone (CEGZ). By using of the methodology, three grade gas zone classified score bounds were transformed from three grade field production capacity classified criteria by utilizing multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method in terms of analytical hierarchy process and comprehensive scores, and CEGZ of 13236 well-layers in Sebei MLSGR, Qaidam basin were fulfilled successfully, which lays the geologic foundations for subsequent balanced and fine exploitation of Sebei MLSGR, and validates the applicability and reliability of this methodology synchronously.

The success or failure of power sector has a multi-dimensional effect. It affects on the other sectors of the industries. Therefore, drivers of success or failures as well as the solution of crisis of power sector have been identified from various aspects. This paper investigates the available solutions of problem of power industry regarding the preferences of compatibility of solutions. The available solutions have been identified from the previous researches. Different dimensions of the solutions have been considered to find out the most compatible solution for the stable growth of power sector in a developing country, Bangladesh. The Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) has been used to determine the compatibility of the available solutions.

Based on ahp, the fuzzy mathematical theory, combined with the background knowledge has established the postgraduate education quality analytic hierarchy model, and using this model study postgraduate education quality evaluation question. Take the graduate student factor, the teacher factor, the school factor and the external factor as the foundation variables ,has established the usability fuzzy evaluation indexes of membership functions ,integrating the analytical hierarchy process (ahp) gives evaluation criteria on the relative weight of evaluation target, finally uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to give the scientific evaluation to the graduate education quality.

In recent years, there have been concerns raised about construction industrialization inChina, which have initiated a wave of policy change in both governmental and industrialorganizations in order to change the mode of conventional construction. However, the currentdevelopment level of regional construction industrialization (RCI) in China has not beenwell-characterized. This study screened preliminary index systems in five dimensions: technical, economic, sustainable, enterprise development and development environment. Based on the datagathered from the questionnaire surveys and subsequently analyzed, twenty-two critical evaluationindicators were identified. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was then employed to determine theweighting of each indicator. The evaluation method of the development level was formulated on thebasis of the evaluation criteria. Jiangsu Province was used as an example in this study, with thedevelopment level of this province being comprehensively examined using a combination of theindex system and evaluation method. The results show that Jiangsu has a relatively high RCIdevelopment level. The data from analysis scores of five dimensions and twenty-two indicatorsshow that the index system is feasible, with evaluation results being consistent with actual practice. These findings provide a good practical reference for making decisions about how best to guide thedevelopment of RCI.

When the reliability analysis of in-service RC flexural member is carried on, an expert evaluation or AHP (analytical hierarchy process) for evaluation is commonly used, but human factors are big. This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation method of a existing RC flexural member’s reliability on the basis of attribute mathematics. According to the actual measured values of each index in the evaluation system, using a mathematical method to calculate weight, and build a comprehensive quantitative analysis model. Example analysis shows that this method can effectively identify and finely distinguish the reliability of in-service RC flexural members, which be much more objective and scientific compared with other previous methods.

This paper to bridge safety evaluation as the starting point, the current evaluation method is based on the collection of the Delphi method, the level of analysis, grey cluster theory and the theory of fuzzy evaluation DHGF comprehensive evaluation method is applied to bridge safety evaluation, the establishment of a bridge safety evaluation of the DHGF evaluation model, and based on actual projects will DHGF evaluation method used in the actual concrete bridge safety evaluation, so as to verify the DHGF bridge safety evaluation of the scientific method, accuracy and operability. The main innovation is the first time DHGF evaluation theory is applied to bridge the field of evaluation and the establishment of the corresponding class bridge safety evaluation criteria and indicators in order to achieve the safety of the bridge accurate evaluation.
