A CAD/ CAM system has been developed for turbine blade’s manufacturing based on the software of UG in accordance with a type of static blade of China Chang Jiang Energy Corp. (Group) in this paper. According to a few parameters input by users, the system automatically generate three-dimensional geometric model of the blade, and through its CAM module, it automatically generates the CNC track for four-axis CNC machining center. A management system has been developed by using UG / Open API, MFC, and database technology so as to improving the design efficiency in the UG.

This work addresses through bibliographies and experiments the behavior of sheet brass 70/30 for Incremental Sheet Forming process - ISF, based on the parameters: wall angle (), step vertical (ΔZ) strategy and the way the tool. Experiments based on the method called Single Point Incremental Forming - SPIF. For execution of practical tests, we used the resources: software CAD / CAM, CNC machining center with three axles, matrix incremental, incremental forming tool and a device press sheets. Furthermore, measurement was made of the true deformation () and thickness (s1). Practical tests have shown that the spiral machining strategy yielded a greater wall angle, compared to the conventional strategy outline.

Analysis of a formed metal sheet shows the data of the incremental forming process. Variation in sheet deformation results from the process and shows how forming occurred. Another important result is the surface roughness of the sheet, which reports the parameters of the process, machine and tool used. Incremental forming of the titanium CP-Ti grade 2 sheet was performed in the SPIF modality – forming without a point of support, in order to look at the thickness deformations. SPIF incremental forming is characterized as forming that does not use points of support, and therefore simple tooling is used in the process. The following resources were used to perform the practical tests: CAD/CAM software, CNC machining center, incremental die, incremental forming tool and a sheet press device. The results obtained were the finish of the formed surface, measured by the roughness parameter RZ, and the measurement of the true strains ( ) and thickness (s1). Practical tests showed that the limit wall angle ( ), for the CP Ti grade 2 sheet, 0.5 mm thick, is 47º.

This review paper highlights the hybrid manufacturing processes which integrate the additive and subtractive processes performing on one hybrid platform consisting of the LMD (laser metal deposition) unit and multi-axis CNC machining center. This hybrid technology is rapidly developed and has many applications in Production/Manufacturing 4.0 including the LRT (laser repair technology). In particular, some important rules and advantages as well as technological potentials of the integration of a powder metal deposition and finishing CNC milling/turning operations are discussed and overviewed. Some representative examples such as formation of difficult features around the part periphery, deposition of functional layers and coatings and repair of high-value parts in aerospace industry are provided. Moreover, the technological strategies, CAD/CAM and CAI programs and construction designs of the hybrid manufacturing platforms are explained. Some conclusions and future trends in the implementation of hybrid processes are outlined.

The table of VM1000 CNC machining center is a box-frame structure with ribbed plate. The three-dimensional model of table based on Pro/E was built, the modal analysis and related experiments of table was completed by software of ANSYS, The dynamic performance parameter of the table is obtained, and the analysis results indicate that the design of table is available; it can be applied in practice.
