Study on the Floatation Effect of ZFC Agent for Difficult Slime

This paper introduced a newly developed coal flotation collector ZFC and its flotation characteristics for Shanxi three different coal samples. ZFC was an emulsion composed by 27% diesel oil, 70% water and 3% homemade surfactant PGS. The surfactant PGS was synthesized with environmental friendly reproducible oil and several surfactants. The flotation results showed that the ZFC had the characteristics of excellent performance, high selectivity and good stability. ZFC could promote the dispersion of diesel oil in the slurry, so that the efficiency of floatation was improved and about 70% diesel oil was saved.

A newly developed coal flotation collector EDO and its flotation characteristics for three Shanxi different coals were introduced in this paper. EDO was an emulsion composed by diesel oil, water and independent development surfactant PGS. Compared flotation experiments show that, at the same dosage, EDO gives 2~5% combustile material recovery promotion than typical collector with only a slightly ash content increment, but saving over 70% diesel oil, and improves the floatation speed. EDO could promote the dispersion of diesel oil in the slurry, so that the efficiency of floatation was improved. The flotation results showed that the EDO had the characteristics of excellent performance, high selectivity and good stability.

Herein we describle a facile synthesis of sulphonic acid oxime esters in acetonitrile from the corresponding sulphonic acids and oximes catalyzed by the environmental friendly 2-(1H-benzotriazole-1-yl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyluronium tetrafluoroborate (TBTU) in the presence of triethylamine (TEA) under mild conditions. The present approach offers the advantages of a clean reaction, simple methodology, employing readily available catalyst, short reaction duration, high selectivity and high yield.

Flexible and fully transparent thin film transistors (TFT) were fabricated via room temperature processes. The fabricated TFT on the PEN exhibited excellent performance, including a saturation mobility (μsat) of 7.9 cm2/V·s, an Ion/Ioff ratio of 4.58 × 106, a subthreshold swing (SS) of 0.248 V/dec, a transparency of 87.8% at 550 nm, as well as relatively good stability under negative bias stress (NBS) and bending stress, which shows great potential in smart, portable flexible display, and wearable device applications.

One of the organocatalysts 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) is an excellent solid catalyst in a number of reactions. It is also a good nucleophile and a base in numerous reactions for the synthesis of heterocycles. DABCO catalyzes many reactions like cycloaddition reactions, coupling reactions, Baylis-Hillman reaction, Henry reaction, ring opening reactions, etc. One more advanced feature of these reactions is that they proceed through environmental friendly pathway. DABCO has more advantages than other organic catalysts because it is an inexpensive, non.toxic base, an ecofriendly and a highly reactive catalyst for building of organic frameworks, which produce the desired products in excellent yields with high selectivity. Many catalytic applications of DABCO have been reported for the synthesis of an organic framework which has been discussed in this review.

Novel fluorescent nanomaterials have attracted enormous interests in the applications of illumination and display besides the traditional organic fluorophors. As potential alternatives, the environmental friendly fluorescent ultra-small organic-inorganic hybrid metal nanoclusters (size < 2 nm) is a series of powerful competitors used in illuminating field, on account of the non-poisonous, large amount of storage in earth, simple synthetic route, and relative low cost. The most important one, facile regulation of the fluorescence intensity and emission colors makes metal nanoclusters more attractive candidates for illumination application. Here, through ingeniously designing the structures of capping ligands, the highly bright copper nanoclusters are obtained, which further assemble into 2D ribbons with fluorescence quantum efficiency ascending to 36.4%. Last, the light emitting diodes with excellent performance are constructed, the emission wavelength locates at 650 nm in red region, which is suitable for plant illumination.
