The non-mining damage of shaft liner in deep and thick overburden occurred frequently in China. This causes heavy losses to the coal industry in China. The paper had a discussion on theories that explain the breaking mechanism of the mine shaft liner. As pointed out, the mining activities could make underground water table dropping and the strata consolidation and compaction could cause the overburden subsidence. Therefore a vertical additional force would be affected on the mine shaft liner and the vertical additional force would be the main factor to cause breakings on the mine shaft liner. According to the cause, the paper holds that a monitoring system should be built to monitor the additional strain of the mine shaft liner. Based on the analysis of these data, the safety of the mine shaft liner can be accuracy evaluated and timely forecasted. Therefore the mine liner breaking could be prevented before fracture by decreasing the vertical force or strengthening mine shaft liner.

Along with the times, recently there have been found tool to facilitate human’s work. Electronics is one of technology to facilitate human’s work. One of human desire is being safe, so that people think to make a tool which can monitor the surrounding condition without being monitored with people’s own eyes. Public awareness of the underground water channels currently felt still very little so frequent floods. To avoid the flood disaster monitoring needs to be done to underground water channels.This tool is controlled via a web browser. for the components used in this monitoring system is the Raspberry Pi technology where the system can take pictures in real time with the help of Logitech C170 webcam camera. web browser and Raspberry Pi make everyone can control the devices around with using smartphone, laptop, computer and ipad. This research is expected to be able to help the users in knowing the blockage on water flow and monitored around in realtime.

Nowadays, the short of water resource has been a problem. To make the use of water resource more effectively, especially the underground water, we designed the IC card paid water wells Remote Monitoring System. The system consists of 3 parts--water wells terminal control unit, the data transmission network and supervisory and trade center. The process includes hardware design and software design. The core point consists of the IC card reading and writing processes and RS485 multi-device communication using MODBUS protocol. After testing, the basic function is completed, and it will be in the future having broad prospects for development in many fields.

In recent years, China's coal industry accidents occur frequently, seriously affect the development of the coal industry, for the job site in the coal mine monitoring system installed several monitoring of coal mine production equipment to ensure safety and reliable operation of equipment. However, a plurality of building monitoring system meets some problems, such as reducing the waste of resources and production costs, and improve the level of safety management, the use of embedded technology designed S3c2440 based multi-protocol converter, prompting the original coal use different protocols and applications compatible with a variety of monitoring systems, monitoring of information data seamless transfer and access into the Ethernet switch, the status of the mine production equipment is transferred to the centralized control center for centralized management. This paper will be based on coal mine multi-protocol converter design S3c2440 detailed analysis and research.

This paper presents results of impermeability and frost resistance tests of a series of high strength concrete which will be used in Yuncheng coal mine shaft lining. And the shaft is one of the most difficult to construct using freezing method because of the extreme thick overburden soil. The results show the impermeability and frost resistance of the selected concrete mix proportion options can meet the special requirements of the shaft construction. It’s due to the low water-cement ratio, admixture and water-reducing agent decreases void caused by excess water. And the composite mineral admixture forms bubbles to cut off the tiny water permeable channels in cement stone. Also the filling effect and pozzolanic effect caused by fly ash contribute a lot. The research on high strength concrete used in shaft of coal mine with thick overburden soil is still rare worldwide.

The vertical additional force could make the shaft lining in deep topsoil fracture. The force is caused by the bottom aquifer drainage settlement. In order to analyze the mechanical state of shaft, a shaft lining automatic monitoring system is built. The overall safety can be valuated by it. When monitoring data show that the shaft lining will be fractured, management measures can be timely taken to prevent more damage. In the process of ground grouting treatment to prevent shaft fracture, the monitoring data can be as the shaft lining stability and grouting parameters adjustment basis, to ensure safety and grouting reinforcement effect.

In the process of coal production in China, people's unsafe behaviour is the main factor in the system safety. Therefore, the key work in the safety management of coal mine enterprises is reducing or eliminating the unsafe behaviour of people. To solve the injury problems of coal mine enterprises and achieve intrinsic safety, we must carry out effective safety training and management so that employees can transform from the "want me to safety" to "I want safety", make safety management active in coal mine production and achieve fundamental safe production. How to train the ability of "independent safety" should be said that a new direction, the traditional way often emphasis on instilling knowledge and skills training. To stimulate employees' awareness of "I want safety" is still a difficult problem which has no system method and theory yet. This paper aims to study these questions and try to provide some new methods and ideas to improve coal mine safety training.
