The thesis developed a DSP -based automatically leveling control system of four of the supporting for a two -phase hybrid stepping motor which includes the introduction of the leveling strategy, the composition and the design of software based on the TMS320F2812.Practice proved that the system is a comparatively new system leveling easy to realize. The leveling precision of the system is less than six cent and the leveling time is less than five minutes.

Stage lighting and music control system plays an increasingly important role in stage performances. But in the actual control process of stage lighting and music, there is a deviation between the scene stage lighting expected and the scene with actual projection. An operator needs to debug many times before or in the performance. With the ARM microcontroller as core chips, the paper designs an intelligent stage lighting and music control system which have intellisense. The lighting console conducts wireless and remote control over the stepping motor of computer lights through NRF905 wireless RF(Radio Frequency) module. The computer lights system adopts 32-bit ARM-based processor manufactured by Luminary company as the main controller and two-phase hybrid stepping motor as the executive component. With infrared sensor, FLASH memory, SD card and Usb interface, the system has features as intelligent control, intelligent storage and plug and play. The system gets good scalability.

In this paper, the mechanical structure of a novel two-phase hybrid stepping motor, which offers big transmission ratio and fast response characteristics, is proposed. Comparing with typical two-phase hybrid stepping motor, permanent magnet of the new model is placed on the stator, thus it has better utilization of space than conventional two-phase hybrid stepping motor. Furthermore, new two-phase hybrid stepping motor torque mathematical model is established. And the two-phase hybrid stepping motor torque vector analysis method we provide here provide you with an intuitive way of research on the new type two-phase hybrid stepping motor operation principle and control mode.

In a stepping motor, the flux linkage with a phase winding is a function of rotor position and phase current. Employing inductance saliency to detect rotor position is suitable for hybrid stepping motor (HSM) for its saturation feature. This paper will introduce a position closed-loop control system for HSM with rotor position detection by monitoring chopping characteristics, and present simulation results based on Matlab/Simulink.

In a robotic grinding process, a light-weight grinder is held by an intelligible robot arm. Material removal is carried out by the rotating grinding tool while the end effector of robot guarantees that the tool follows a programmed path in order to work on complex curved surfaces. Grinding tool is driven by Two-Phase Hybrid Stepping motor derive. This work aims to develop a controller based on fuzzy logic to improve the speed control performance of Two-Phase Hybrid Stepping motor derive in order to achieve a controller that provides grinding with higher quality. The analysis and design of PID-Fuzzy controller to improve the response of the motor speed were studied. This paper simulates six motor speed input conditions. The simullink package of the MATLAB. Comparison between the conventional PID controller and Fuzzy-PID output was done on the basis of the simulation result obtained by MATLAB. The simulation results demonstrate that the designed Fuzzy-PID controller realize a good dynamic behavior of the Two-Phase Hybrid Stepping motor, a perfect speed tracking with less rise and settling time, minimum overshoot, minimum steady state error and give better performance compared to conventional PID controller.
