The feasibility of extrusion forming of guiding cylinder was discussed. Based on the analysis of several technological programs, the optimal plan selected, the technological process was determined and the extrusion die was designed. With the application of cold extrusion technology, the precision and surface quality of the product is increased, the intensity and toughness is improved, the amount of fining operation is decreased, quantities of materials are economized, the production efficiency is raised and the structure property of the component is got better.

The quality of the honeycomb radiator structure has a great impact on thermal performance of the LED lamp. In order to make honeycomb radiators structure more uniform and materials fluidity much better; we firstly take use of cold extrusion to form the honeycomb radiator, then it will be machined. In the honeycomb radiator deformation than the larger places where prone to stress concentration, that has a seriously affect on the effect of the radiator forming. Therefore, we optimized the extrusion die, including upper and lower mold prone to stress concentration places create fillet. The results show that an appropriate fillet of the mold can greatly improve the forming uniformity and reduce the force on the die.

In this article, it mainly describes the use of extrusion production process as an example of the special shaft. It gives us a full analysis from the structure of the product, the material problems, the key technical problems needed to be solved, blank preparation processing and the process of extrusion forming. It also introduces the blank dimensions and the calculation method of the extrusion pressure. The method of blank lubrication processing and the process of designing extrusion mould.We are not unfamiliar with the center shaft of the bike. It is one of the important parts in bicycle bottom bracket. It is also a key part to determine the quality of the bicycle. Generally speaking, materials are used is 20 steel. The roughness of the surface is moderate. But the requirement of the product precision is high. We can get it by using mechanical processing method. But it is processing and the efficiency is low. While the utilization rate of mental material is low. So the production costs high. Because the parts production patch is large and the annual production is hundreds of thousands of pieces. In my opinion, it is more reasonable for us to adopt the technology of producing the parts with the cold extrusion precision molding process. Then we can save the materials, improve the efficiency of producing parts, lower the production parts and then meet the requirement of mass production.

a cold extrusion forming process in die structure of plug extremity is analyzed in this paper, its technological data on the tooling structure design of plug extremity are discussed, and the die architecture design and key technology in the automatic extrusion machine for plug extremity with cold extrusion forming approach were accomplished. This plug extremity equipment developed with cold extrusion forming process technology can not only achieved the process of delivering material, extruding forming and cutting-off material in automatically, but also enhanced the rigidity and intension at two ends of plug. The production efficiency and the material used ratio were increased greatly, the manufacturing cost was decreased obviously, and the plug quality with cold extrusion forming method was ensured.

The article considers the surface roughness of compression molds castings received by casting under pressure depending on the condition of the form-building surface. The technological process of casting under pressure is presented for the "Strike plate" product, concrete technological parameters values are specified. The pilot studies of the roughness of the castings throughout the entire period of operation of a compression mold are conducted. Based on the received values the recommendations about improvement of quality of a surface of castings by drawing sheetings are submitted by phisical vapour deposition method.

The materials and combination of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipments (WEEE) are complex and special, so the recycling technological process of WEEE is complicated and its recycling production line is difficult to be constructed. To improve the rate of parts reuse, the purity and quality of recycling materials with lower cost, it is necessary to manually disassemble WEEE products as much as possible. The recycling production line is simulated through the eM-Plant software to find out its bottleneck procedures. The bottleneck procedures are eliminated through the method of parallel process. The production efficiency, cost, logistics, staff and flexibility of the production line are analyzed through simulation.

Modern cold extrusion technology has been from a traditional method developing into compound extrusion, multi-action extrusion, closed forming, divided flow extrusion and flow control forming as well as other forms. In this paper, basic principles of floating die extrusion and divided flow extrusion were analyzed. Tests and experimental practice and application of floating die and divided flow extrusion of gear were stated. Spur gear forming in application and forming processes based on exchange mandrel was detailed.

Abstract In order to solve the flange and dent defects in the end face of the cold extrusion of the connecting screw, the Deform3D software is used to simulate the extrusion forming process of the connecting screw, and the velocity vector is used to study the metal flow law of the part in the cold extrusion process. According to the velocity field and deformation law obtained by the simulation, the end face depression defect in the forming process is predicted. An improved production process is proposed, and the simulation results show that the new process scheme effectively eliminates the “sag” defect on the end face of the part. Finally, the extruded parts with qualified dimensional accuracy are obtained through experiments, and the results are basically consistent with the simulation results.
